We lounged in our robes as we waited for our services to begin which was right on time. I had the body scrub and massage 1st and 2nd. Leo do both of those services and he was fantastic. He gave me a deep tissue massage which I needed for my muscles to relax. It was great and my body felt like butter afterwards. He was very kind and attentive to my needs. After that I had a facial which made my skin look 20 years younger and healthy. After that we got to lounge drinking mimosas, tea, water or coffee and then got whisked away to relax in the salt cave. Both my friend and I felt lighter and relieved of any stress we had. Then we got a meal that we chose off the menu. It was a half day of pampering and didn't want to leave. I didn't take any pics as I locked our phones away so we could truely relax. Tip: arrive early at least 30 mins to fill out paperwork and change and get a little relax time.

The rooms each have a single pod equipped with a shower, towels, body wash and shampoo/conditioner for before and after the float. The single person pods are heated to body temperature and filled with 1200 lbs of epsom salt. You can choose to keep the pod cracked open or fully closed and keep the blue tinted light on or off. The mirror room has all the essentials - body lotion, hair spray, hair dryer though very outdated and could be a newer model. The hot tub was kept at a good temperature and has working jet streams. The steam room pumps steam in frequently. The sauna was hot and wonderful. My massage service was very good. My masseuse Kevin did a wonderful job with the deep tissue massage.

After a scan and setting your preferences, your massage begins. During the massage, you're able to change the music, skip a certain area, and add or decrease the pressure. It's convenient having the customizations at your fingertips and the pressure is accurate. I had a quick 30-min massage and overall it was a good experience. 4 out 5 for the massage. The spa portion wasn't the best, as it was a cold rainy day so the pool wasn't an option. I also mentioned several times it was my first time at the spa and wasn't given a tour or told about the amenities. I chose to use the fitness center but wasn't told about any lockers or anywhere I could leave my belongings. Storing my umbrella and coat would've been convenient. I don't think I'd be back as you can't make a full day out of it unless it's pool weather or you enjoy a hot tub. 3 out of 5

We usually get a massage which includes access to all the amenities such as the pool, lounge area, sauna, steam room, indoor pool, etc. For our 25th anniversary, we opted for day passes at $125 p/p. Since this was our first time using Resort Pass, which is where I was directed to buy them, we did not know if the check-in/out process would be different. Nope, just as smooth and still included validated parking. We skipped the tour since we are familiar with the spa. Changed our attire into their comfy robes and sandals, then headed straight outside the main lounge area to begin our day of relaxation. After lying around and reading for a while, it was time for some drinks. Unfortunately, there is no service in that area, but it is a short walk to the bar. Since we were celebrating our 25th, they were kind enough to give us complimentary champagne. After finishing our drinks, it was time to head down to their amazing pool overlooking the hill country. Absolutely stunning! Fortunately, the pool area offers service, so the drinks started flowing. No cocktails, just beer. The pools temperature was perfect, minimal adjustment, if any, on such a hot day. When lunch came around, we opted for the chicken BLT which came with chips. An error occurred with our order, so we did not receive it until well over an hour later, but being the place it is, recognized this, apologized, and removed it from our bill. After spending a majority of our day at the pool, it was time to end our day in the sauna and steam room with a final dip inside. What an amazing way to spend our anniversary.

She thoroughly explained the procedure and what I should do to get optimum results. I enjoyed the first treatment which was quite interesting. Laying back on my red- light heating pad in a dim room, looking up at the ceiling, I thought this might be what it's like to see the Northern Lights. The lights moving across the ceiling as well as the soft music made for a very relaxing time. And the next morning I was ecstatic. My waistline had lost an inch, and my weight was down 4 1/2 pounds. I completed my 6 massages in 3 weeks during which time I have lost a total of 7 lbs and 3 inches in the waistline. Love my massages.

Note: this place doesn't take medical / health insurance but if you have an HSA / FSA, it usually works! Filling out paperwork takes a few minutes and then you are placed in queue to talk to an actual healthcare provider to make sure you are eligible and actually getting what you need -- that was REALLY neat! No pokes till you are checked out (virtually). A properly registered RN does the poking so you can be assured that it's aseptic and clean. They have a membership option too -- in case you find yourself needing hydration + extras often. The facility was clean, the chairs were uber comfortable and blankets were provided! Make sure to hydrate prior, but if you forget, they have the famous H2O too!
