Sometimes there are long lines during the holidays with sales. One time, I ordered an iPhone in advance and picked it up here. I didn't even have to set an appointment to pick it up. I just went once I received the notice saying it had arrived. Yes, I had to wait a few minutes because there were lots of people picking things up. But once I got my phone, they were very helpful answering questions while I got acquainted with my new device. They've always been very helpful with their support, being able to gear it to my mom, who is, admittedly, not very technologically savvy. Every person has been very patient with her and we always leave satisfied. It's a bonus that Manhattan Village is a relatively nice mall. The other stores here are decent and there are some nice restaurants. There's even a little artificial grass park with a fountain where you'll see lots of families letting their kids play.
