    AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Read the reviews, I wish I had. Poor customer service, no communication, and careless work. After my experience, it's not surprising to see how many low-rated and "not recommended" reviews this business has. Filter the reviews and see for yourself. I brought my laptop in for a screen replacement and expected basic communication and service. Instead, the process dragged on nearly a month, and I had to reach out multiple times just to get updates. The wrong screen was ordered, and at no point was I informed of the delay. There was no proactive communication from the store at any time. When I later shared my concerns, the owner continually flip-flopped, first claiming they had called me, then saying they were too busy to call, and later insisting employees had explained that damage can occur during repair which simply did not happen. Despite serious reservations, I agreed to allow them to continue after being told the business would "take a loss" by reordering the correct screen and covering international shipping- a problem entirely of their own making. I believe in second chances and supporting local businesses, but when I finally received my laptop, the condition was unacceptable. The frame was chipped, glue smeared around the screen, and there were scratches that were not there before. Instead of taking responsibility, the owner continued to deflect blame, claiming the damage could have been pre-existing then insisting the laptop was too difficult to disassemble properly. The owner's pattern of contradictory statements demonstrates a lack of accountability and a willingness to manipulate the narrative to avoid blame, which is extremely unprofessional. The owner offered a boilerplate response citing a 30-day store warranty for labor and installation, which does nothing to address that my laptop was returned in worse condition than when I handed it over, or that I had to repeatedly chase them for information. Their response completely ignores the physical damage, the lack of communication, and the stress caused. I paid $600 for a repair that left my laptop worse than before and caused weeks of inconvenience. Mistakes happen, but continually flip-flopping, gaslighting customers, and refusing accountability is a choice. Save your time and money, take your business elsewhere.

I had to be the one to call and follow up to find out what was going on. Communication was the biggest issue. It was very difficult to speak directly with the technician working on the console, and I received different information depending on who I spoke with. It seemed like the staff wasn't on the same page, which made the process frustrating and confusing. I understand that repairs can take time, but I was specific in only requesting a cleaning so there was no need to keep my console for days on end for "diagnostics". Keeping customers informed and having consistent communication would go a long way toward improving the overall experience.
