First experience here. Found it on Yelp. From the outside appearance almost drove away. But the place was packed. Lots of people usually means good food. It was not a let down. I had the pork chop. It was amazing. We shared plates with fish tacos, and a salad. Service was good-friendly atmosphere. Lots of drinks to choose. Dropped to 4 star because we had to wait more than 30 min for the fudge brownie desert. But it was good. Worth returning. read more

Been wanting to try Bird & Bottle for some time. Today was a good time. Arrived around 3:45 for Happy Hour (3 - 6pm). Couple on the patio outside, two couples inside. Greeted by friendly waitress/bartender and allowed to sit wherever we like. Chose a 4-top next to the front window. Open space with nice bar area and a separate dining area in the back. Waitress/bartender didn't introduce herself but she was pleasant, knowledgeable and prompt refilling our waters and clearing plates. Some of the apps are half price from 3-6 and martinis are $4 (gin or vodka, dirty or dry and bleu cheese olives can be had for $1). My better half got a Shrimp Cocktail half price for $6.50. We split the Creamed Artichoke and Spinach Dip half price for $6.50. The waitress/bartender suggest we might want an extra bread order ($3) to make sure we had enough for the dip. I had the $4 Vodka Martini (dirty with 2 bleu chees3 olives). My wife had the Death After tomorrow with 1 1/2 ounces of absinthe ($10). We both thought it was a great Happy Hour and had two drinks apiece. Background music was very nice and non-intrusive. We'll definitely be back to try the rest of the menu. They do have several beers on tap not listed on the menu. The tab (2 apps, 4 drinks and extra bread came to $46. Nice place. read more

We visited this place for the first time and loved it. The food and service was fantastic even during social distancing. I had the brick chicken with gnocchi and my wife had the spare ribs. We also shared some artichoke dip and several cocktails that were all great. The carrot cake looked great but it was a bit on the dense side and the flavor was tool subdued for my liking but we still ate the entire thing. Evening started out great. We were excited about this group having been nominated for a James Beard award. Drinks were fine, as were appetizers. The potato soup was terrible. It was thin and tepid--not even lukewarm. We would have sent it back, but no one ever came back to the table to check on the soup course except to clear the dishes. The entrees were okay, not great. Not sure why the group who owns this restaurant is up for an award. Plain vanilla decor, lackluster service and mediocre food. We shared a beautiful bottle of Pinot, a lovely charcuterie board, duck empanadas and there's absolutely mouthwatering entrée. It was way too much but oh so good. Definitely worth every last bite. Our server, Hannah, was very attentive and sweet. We will definitely return to Bird and bottle. This place has deals on martinis and they are so delicious!! Their staff and the woman that runs this place are all hardworking and so hospitable!! I love to come to this place after I've been climbing at climb Tulsa with friends. Covid has kinda slowed that down but I really do miss my after climb happy hours with friends. All of their food I've had there hasn't disappointed at all, I love their tacos and any of their flatbreads!!! My whole family loves this place and I'd definitely recommend to anyone trying to have a nice spot to grab a bite, drink, or just catch up with a friend over a meal. Wife and I have been hearing Bird and Bottle was a good restaurant to try , and her work has occasional lunches there. We also heard they have fried chicken special on Sunday evenings, so we went there last evening and I gotta tell ya the brussel sprouts were very good, the mashed potatoes were good but were room temp at best, the chicken, and I`m not exaggerating, the crust was so hard that you could`ve thrown the thigh at a car windshield and busted it. I stabbed the crust 4-5 times with my fork finally breaking through and the thigh meat was as dry as Christmas Vacation family turkey. $45. wasted. paid the bill, left a tip, ate somewhere else. Had to , didn`t want just brussels for dinner , and afraid to order desert. read more

Beautiful inside decor. If you are tempted to eat outside; don't. No breeze and no fans, also the music is rather loud and is not turned down when requested. I have better hopes for this restaurant, but maybe give it a few months before trying. I ordered the Madame Benedict. Soggy Bread, a broken poached egg and a cheese sauce with a gritty texture made for a less than pleasing meal. Hash browns had a wonderful flavor and texture. My son ordered a plain burger. We specifically said no cheese. It came out with cheese and when we sent it back they scraped half of it off and brought it back to us. 2 stars for brunch. I hope to give a better review when we try dinner in the future. read more

Their food is very good, the server was very attentive and the drinks were fantastic - get the one with the grapefruit and habanero - they can can adjust the heat to your liking - I went with super mild and it had a nice little kick but not so much that it overwhelmed the other flavors or made it hard to drink - super yummy - my new favorite drink. I had the pork chop delivered once and while the pork chop was delicious and cooked perfectly, the sides were "plated" underneath the chop and everything ended up all mushed together flavor wise. So when I went in person I got the brussels as a side and the butternut squash risotto - the brussels were good - the risotto was meh. Their spinach dip is excellent. OK cheese board but I will say there was a soft cheese that was so yummy and I normally don't like soft cheese on a cheese board. My only truly negative is the seating - I do not like sitting so close to another table its like they are at your table and can literally hear everything your saying. Overall excellent experience - would highly recommend. read more

One of the best dining experiences we've had in a very long time. The host greeted us quickly even though he was busy helping other guests. We were seated within 5 minutes. Keep in mind, the patio was almost full and the dining room was at half capacity. We got seated and were greeted by Abby, our waitress, very quickly. We ordered two house martinis with blue cheese olives to start and they turned out lovely. We got the bone marrow appetizer with luge shots to wash down the leftover bits. Abby suggested it, and it was worth it. We got the market catch of the day and the short rib to share for the main course with a side of truffle fries. The market catch of the day was scallops. They were cooked PERFECTLY. Melt in your mouth, with the right amount of char on the outside. The short rib was so tender and moist, it fell apart at the touch. We got the Glacier torte to go for dessert. We will be going back. This is a hidden gem for sure. 5 stars for service and quality of food and atmosphere read more

This is an awesome little restaurant tucked away in the corner of the ranch acres shopping center. It has a great vibe and some amazing food. We did the 3-5pm small plates at the bar. The food was really good and fresh. We had the duck pierogi, the brussel sprouts flatbread, and a salad. The flatbreads are huge, and the bechamel type sauce on ours was really good. The pierogi were amazing and unlike anything I've had. The salad was so good you kind of forget you're eating a salad. The bar service was great, and you can see the kitchen right behind it, which I always love to watch. This was by far one of the most dismal dining experiences I've had in a long time. My wife took me there to celebrate my birthday. The place was so loud you could not talk in a normal conversational voice. The menu had maybe seven entrees which you would think would be outstanding as that is all they had to focus on. I can't speak to the New York Strip as my waitress totally forgot to place the the order, but I can comment on the "brick chicken" which was nothing of note and very dry. Timing is everything, but this is something the staff did not consider, as the appetizer came out after the Salad. Well I would say it came out almost at the same time as the salad followed directly by my wife's entree. Literally the entree came to the table before I was able to swallow my first bite of salad. My wife asked the waitress about my entree and she said that she thought I decided I didn't want it. Strangely enough after 25 minutes the steak had still not arrived and as she predicted I decided I didn't want it. Talked with Manager about the dramatically poor experience and she said she was sorry, and she would tell the chef as she handed me my ticket. The Manager had the audacity to try to make a joke about us not coming back. Saying "l would say come back again, but I doubt that will happen." I imagine the staff had a bad day, but since they did not care enough to make good on their poor showing and customers merexperience. I'll never know. Definitely one and done.... read more
