We had a reservation for my wife's birthday and when we arrived the valet was kind a courteous. I would recommend the valet because parking isn't easy to since downtown. Once inside we were seated properly. The restaurant atmosphere was that of the higher end but down to earth if you know what I mean. Our server was well versed on the special of the day. She made some recommendations and we were very happy with our selections. For an appetizer we had the calamari and crab cakes which was nothing short of amazing! Both were almost melt in your mouth good! By far the best I have had. The main course was meatloaf, garlic mashed potatoes, green beans... the other was pork chops baked mashed potatoes and green beans. Both were good and flavorful. When we do go back I'll probably do just the appetizers. It does deserve a try. read more

We arrived at 1:40, 20 minutes prior to closing. The bartender seemed very put out that we entered the doors at all. He was not helpful at all just throwing down 3 electronic tablets that held the menu once activated. Figuring how to activate was an ordeal of which he offered no assistance and pushed for drink offerings again and again without providing anything to choose from. Ok ... water! I asked the waiter- do we need to leave???? No . Figured out the menu. Food to a very long time to arrive. 2 meals were good. The fries were terrible soggy! One meal was burned. A sandwich. Bread had to be removed it tasted so bad. Did service check back- heck no. Overall a cool place. But show up ban hour before closing or you will get unhappy employee and burned food. Chips were good as was soup. Would I go again? Heck no. Wouldn't want to encounter an employee like that again read more

Chambers is a wonderful restaurant with great service and good food! Located in the lower level of the Tulsa Club, in the heart of Tulsa, Chambers has a modern setting with an upscale feel. The service is fantastic as the hostess greets and seats you with a smile. The server, Katherine was amazing as she was patient with us answering questions about the menu, accommodating changes, and offering suggestions. She checked on us often and felt like she was part of our party! The food was high end and tasty! The French Onion soup was cooked to perfection offering a perfect flavor and a great start to the meal. The Tuna Poke was very tasty but the bed of rice noodles needs to be replaced by either a wonton shells or something with more substance. Regardless a wonderful appetizer. The Cherry Brick Chicken was flavorful and cooked to perfection. Chambers seem to have solved the problem most restaurants have with over cooked dry chicken. The Short Ribs were amazing and tender to the touch. The red wine was evident but not overwhelming and all meals were complimented by the perfect sides. Unfortunately we were so satiated that we could no fit in dessert which looked absolutely delicious! A wonderful restaurant with amazing service and fantastic food! Dishes from most to least favorite: Chicken Alfredo (5/5): perfect creamy and cheesy sauce, Al dente noodles. Chicken thigh was moist with perfectly crisped skin. Caesar Salad (5/5): lots of well seasoned croutons and dressing was tasty, not very anchovy forward. Short Rib (4.5/5): it was fall off the bone! Served over grits and topped with fried onion strings. Grits could use some seasoning. Tuna Poke (3/5): Tuna and salmon pieces on a bed of fried rice noodles. Dish was salty and difficult to eat politely with noodles. Also pretty fishy... Meatballs (2/5): nothing special, looked and tasted store bought. A quiet, and out of the way restaurant tucked below the Tulsa Club Curio Hotel. I ate here for breakfast and had a veggie omelette and coffee. Although they were out of creamer, the honey and milk made the coffee pretty good. The omelette was fluffy and not greasy, which in my book is a culinary feat. Too often Omelettes are slathered with oil, but not here. Well done Chamber. The wait staff was quick and courteous and checked on me several times. Even the manager came out to check on things, but not too much to disrupt my quiet morning. The restaurant was VERY clean and modern in design. You feel like you've stepped back to the 50's. We were here on New Year's day. My friend made a reservation a few days before. There were about 10 entrees dishes on the menu, and the restaurant was out of steak and burger (three entrees) because they had a busy New Year's Eve. There were only five braised short rib pappardelle left at 6pm, and our table ordered four of them. My husband enjoyed his pappardelle, and I like my roasted chicken breast. The portions can be a tiny bit more. We were given three bottles of water for the seven of us. The bottles were only enough for us to get one small glass of water each. It will be great if the bottles were refilled more frequently, or were bigger in size. read more

Pretty legit across the board. Our waitress was nice and came just at the right times. For being in a hotel I wasn't sure what to expect but the corn bread and two butters was quite good and tasty. I'd say start with that if you aren't sure. We kinda wish the Brussels sprouts were a bit more done but they weren't cold and they had a great taste... she hd a salmon salad and she was in love with it. Not one section was under cooked and she lived the sauce it was in. I nabbed the wagyu burger and let me just say come hungry it is a massive burger! The pretzel bun was definitely a great addition to this burger and I nabbed the side salad and they soooo should make a meal out of that. The vinaigrette dressing they make was phenomenal! I've previously been to Chamber for breakfast on several occasions, and it was very good so I wanted to come back for their dinner. I'm so glad I did! We started with drinks, then ordered the pork belly appetizer. It was excellent! For dinner, we had the NY Strip and the beef short rib entrees. The steak was cooked perfectly, and the beef ribs were so tender. Now, we want to come back for lunch as our server told us they recently started opening daily for lunch. I've been to the Chamber bar multiple times, even had drinks here for my birthday, because the First Lady is one of my favorite cocktails in Tulsa. The atmosphere is great, and never too busy. We recently went for brunch, and our food was delicious! Everything we ordered was great and reasonably priced. If the like vinaigrette dressings, they have a few really great ones to try, especially the Prosecco tarragon vinaigrette. The problem with this place for me has been consistently poor service. The first bartenders we had 6+ months ago were great. Knowledgeable, friendly, professional and fun. Honestly, they were probably half the reason we came back. But the past few times, the service has been slow, disorganized and inexperienced. We were one of maybe four tables for brunch with two servers stopping by infrequently. It was like both servers assumed the other one was our server maybe? I don't know, but our entire group agreed that the service was atrocious, which is so disappointing because I loved the food at brunch! Service, training and organization have considerable room for improvement, but if you're open to a leisurely, and somewhat frustrating, dining experience, the food will not disappoint. Everything I've had is amazing. The other night I went with the pork chop, side of Brussels sprouts and mashed potatoes. I left so full and happy. I don't ever like reviewing restaurants and leaving less than 4 stars, but we were really disappointed last Friday, April 29. Since they don't open until 5pm, my mom couldn't make a reservation for 5:30pm. The host was able to seat 7 of us and was quickly provided water and menus. After that, it started going downhill. We sat there until 640pm and she came back and said they are starting to cook our order. We ordered several beet salads, a French onion soup, a shrimp cocktail, a side of mac n cheese, and the chicken entrée and a brownie sundae. While we were waiting for our food, we noticed other people who were seated after us receive their food, whether it was an appetizer or their entrees. Right before 7pm, our food arrived, except for my aunt's brownie sundae (that was her dinner). The server said, "The chef just has to add the ice cream to your brownie!" Almost 10 minutes later, her dessert was served. We all laughed that the chef had to churn the ice cream since it should never take 10 minutes to scoop out ice cream. We did not see a manager on duty, nor received anything more than, "Sorry it's taking a while" from the server. Nor did she offer to reduce an item from our ticket due to the long wait. The food was pretty good - the pistachio-crusted goat cheese that comes with the beet salad was a great flavor addition. The shrimp cocktail setup was fun and she enjoyed the abundance of food. read more

On the 1st floor of the Tulsa Club Hilton Hotel, it's been completely renovated and looks very nice. Great atmosphere and the restaurant wasn't loud. Very good service and she gave great recommendations. I ordered the friend chicken sandwich with no bun. The chicken was a breading made with buttermilk and is very good! We enjoyed both our stay at the Tulsa Hotel Club and the Chamber Restaurant on the street level. Very friendly staff and the managers who came to our table to chat. Their recommendations are spot on and everything we tried was good. We had a rental car but ended up ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the Chamber for two days straight. Food was very good and generous portion. But I think they are still evolving because some of the recommendations were recently added or modified. Started with a Wedge salad that was excellent, not sure the seasoning used but the dressing and all the little add on made this one of the best Wedge salads I've had in my life. I appreciated having an option for breakfast other than pork. The omelet had 3 cheese, and a bunch of veggies. It was good. The potatoes that came with it were a bit bland. My husband had the eggs Benedict. The Hollandaise was flavorful. He enjoyed the breakfast a lot. Parking here is a downfall. You can valet or street park. On the weekends it is free to street park.
