My lawyers arranged my visits to your office, I didn't choose you. And what if i was seen on a lien? So you're implying that because I didn't pay yet, which my lawyers are handling, I'm doing what? It all leads to more evidence, in your tone and accusation, that you treat those on lien poorly. 2) You didn't even see me Dr. Andrew's. You did the initial assessment then passed me off to a useless chiropractor, Jessica(?) who I repeatedly asked NOT TO SEE. 3) Where is your evidence that I was seen "more than 3 minutes? You didn't treat me! So you're now saying that to defend yourself when you weren't in the room. I was, and that was my experience. Go ahead and defend your shitty office, I'm still reporting my experience. 1 time - 10 mins? 2nd time - 7 min, all session after that less than 5 mins. I'll round up. 4) Your office kept calling and calling to schedule appointments that I didn't want. After 2-3 weeks of ignored called, you finally got the point. I told my lawyers that I did not want to go to your office. 5) My experience was poor and I'm reporting it here. I started committing g to Dr. Townsend after I moved and my old chiropractor was just too far out of my way (I really do miss my old chiropractor). But Dr. Townsend is super talented with his techniques he uses for adjustments. His availability on his schedule is a lot more open than some other Chriopractic offices I have been to. She reassured me that the pain could be reduced without steroids or surgery. Since then, I've had a lot of recovery. There is a Pilates rehab trainer in the office. Between seeing Dr Ban for chiropractic adjustments and the Pilates rehab trainer, I've recovered a lot. I don't need a cane anymore. I can get up from lying on a table or bed without a struggle. Took an... x ray???? Afterwards, I remember looking at a photo of my upper body insides (?) and being explained what needed help/chiropractor-work/whatever. I remember being surprised... like did these people just give me an x ray without my consent???? Anyway, I was shy and not one to advocate for myself, so I didn't ask. Instead, I let her talk me into paying for some type of chiropractor work that day. I remember it felt emotionally icky. Looking back (and reading about chiropractic care) I'm like... pretty sure they gave me an x ray. I probably technically/legally gave consent when I signed some intake paperwork or something... but damn, fuck that. I think about this experience and get angry once a year or so.
