I can't more highly recommend any other roofing company more than I can Birdcreek Roofing. We've dealt with a true roofing nightmare for the past 2 years after another contractor demolished our solid metal roof by drilling holes throughout the whole thing causing irreparable damage and causing 5 internal leaks and internal damage. Birdcreek truly saved us and repairs our roof, it's now better than before. We worked with Brad Otts who was kind, honest and informative every step of the way. He made it easy to choose him after Interviewing 4 companies. They were so professional every step of the way from the day we signed our co tract to the very finish. They were prompt the day they started working and cleaned up to a perfection after they were done. This was a big big job and they did an outstanding job. We're confident if we ever have questions or run into any issues they will be as kind honest and responsive as they have been from the get-go, which was ultimately our selling point. Eddie was phenomenal! He came out to our house twice to discuss the hail damage with our insurance adjusters (probably on our roof for 5+ hours in 100+ heat showing them all the damage). We then had a new roof in less than 2 weeks. They also left our yard and porch in better condition than they found it (swept and really clean). As a first time home owner, I had no clue about what to expect and Eddie was so great -- he explained the whole process, answered all my questions and walked us through every step. We called Birdcreek Roofing to get our roof inspected to determine if it needed to be repaired or replaced. JP Brazeal came out the next day and inspected the roof at no charge. He was very polite and knowledgeable. We will definitely use them when we do need to replace the roof. read more

Really disappointed in the work they did on our new home. We hired them to fix a leak by adding some simple flashing and shingles around a dryer vent that is not in use. Since then, water has poured through the leak every time it rains, damaging sheet rock and baseboards. We also had them add new shingles to the roof on each side of a new balcony. The match job is horrible and embarrassing! We paid them a fortune for this work and now have to hire a different company to fix it all. read more

From the first consultation to helping me understand insurance deductibles to setting the date to do the work to completing the work, this company provides a five star experience. Eddie is personable, knowledgeable and helpful and served us to get our roof replaced in a timely manner. One of the things I was most impressed with was that they took care of scheduling everything. Gutters needed to be replaced. Done. Painting needed to be taken care of. Done. I called this am to get an estimate, they said someone would call me. At 2:15 I got a call saying someone was on the way. Not even calling to set up a time for the estimate, then an hour later another call saying he would be here in 15 minutes. he did not arive, so I called him 10 Minutes later and told and told him to forget it, the guy said I am right here outside, ( he was lying since I have cameras around my house, I see everything) he was not outside my home. When I called he tried to tell me his GPS sent him to Harker Heights, really? well not my problem. But hey, there is no street in Harker hights named the same as my street.Look if you call someone you should arrive in a reasonable time not 1 hour 25 minutes, later, the customers time is important too. Most reviews praise this company, but one indicated they did seriously poor work, and posted pictures of mismatched shingles, so maybe the guy that did that work was the same guy that called me. Any way if you say you will be somewhere within a certain time, be there. Would you believe that someone came to my door at about 3:30, and I ignored them, because I do not open the door, if I don't know you, or don't have any appointment with you. The guy walked back to his truck, then came back and left a bag of black Rifle coffee, and a black rifle coffee mug at my door step. I know it was from this company because they attacked a Birdcreek tag to the coffee bag with a business card from: Marshall Brown. Nice mug, but I threw it and the coffee in the trash. Look when I tell you to take a walk, because you waisted my time, I mean just that, don't come to my door and ring the bell, and then leave stuff that I have to throw away, this is creepy, almost stocking,this is wasting more of my time, ( having to dispoise of this stuff) and this can also be considered harrrasement which is against the law. read more

Had one corner of my house leveled which caused a few rows of shingles to buckle. The roof was only a year and a half old. Called various roofing companies and this is what transpired. The first company after making an appointment for them to come out and give me a quote, no showed. I was actually home for this appt. dealing with a plumbing issue. The second company I called was (Symank Roofing) who actually put the new roof on my house before I bought it the previous year. Mr. Symank came out the following day which was a Saturday and gave me a quote of $150; said he would have to blow torch the shingles apart since it was so cold. Was very impressed he came out not only on a Saturday, but he Saturday before Christmas. Said he would be out the following week to repair. Toward the end of that week when he hadn't showed, I called him, left a voice mail, and haven't heard from him since. Called Talbert Construction out of Waco who had raving reviews on Angies List, and after a week of playing phone tag and the guy finally getting out to make an assessment, he quoted me $2100. I told him that was ridiculous and called 3 other companies to come out and give me a quote. Tri- Star out of Temple actually came out on a Saturday which again impressed me, and said that basically a quarter of my entire roof needed replaced and gave me a quote of $1300. Mark Gillmeister Roofing of Temple gave me a quote of $1200 and told me that some other part of my roof needed repaired other than just the shingles. And then finally, THANK GOD, I got in touch with Craig Gillmeister (not sure if related to Mark) who had installed my gutters last summer. He referred me to his father David, who works for Birdcreek Roofing. Not only did he call me immediately, he came out and assessed my roof issues the same day and called me back with an estimate of $250. I was dumbfounded to say the least. How could it go from $150 to $2100 to $1300 to $1200 and then back to $250. Anyway, I knew Craig his son who installed my wonderful seamless gutters was an honest and ethical guy so I knew his father would be as well; like father like son. After calling him back and giving him the go ahead, when I got home that evening at 4:30 from work, he was up on my roof finishing up. You talk about expeditious !!! He was contacted, roof was assessed, and repaired all in the same day and for a fraction of what the other shysters quoted me. For all you single lady homeowners out there sick and tired of being scammed, if you ever need gutters or roofing repairs, take it from me; Quality Seamless Gutters or Birdcreek Roofing.
