Loved it. Everyone was nice and simulators are top notch. My husband said they're the best ones he's seen yet.

It is definitely catered to folks with golfing experience, but even those of us who were new had a great time! The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, but the accommodations were what surprised us the most. Each bay is completely private and decked out with couches, TVs and even fridges. The fridges are key since you can bring your own food and drinks! Overall we had a great time, and when you break down the prices it's really just over $10/person per hour, which is a steal. We'll definitely be back! PRO-TIP: there are multiple websites out there and it's a little confusing which is which when booking. We used www.swingeasygc.com. But you can always call and Nick will help you out!

The only issue I had is when I talked to Cole to book my reservation, who was very very accommodating and fun. He didn't mention that the location I had my reservation at was by the airport and not in Costa Mesa The address I use was from the yelp information So much great fun my wife and I played Cypress point and it was a real hoot. Had a couple of beers and signed up to be a member. Give it a try, especially on a cold day when you still want to play golf Only reason a four star instead of a five star was because of the location issue ; but again Cole was very inviting on the phone made me want to come, and Dominic was very accommodating while we were there

But from the very first lesson with Coach Lew, everything changed. Coach Lew has an incredible gift for making golf approachable, even for total beginners like me. He creates a comfortable, supportive learning environment where no question feels too small and no mistake is treated as a failure -- just an opportunity to grow. He breaks everything down with patience, clarity, and just the right amount of challenge to keep things exciting. What I appreciate most is that he never just tells you what to do -- he teaches you why it matters and how to make it work for your unique style. Every session with him builds both skill and confidence, and I can honestly say that I now look forward to every time I step on the course. Coach Lew has turned what was once a completely foreign sport into something I genuinely enjoy -- and I owe that transformation entirely to his coaching. Whether you're just starting out or looking to refine your game, Coach Lew is the kind of coach who will meet you where you are and take you further than you thought possible. Jonathan and I thank you for your service and cannot wait to visit you!

It's not the best value if you are seeking a course in the Par 70 range. Rainy season does not treat the course well. As beginners, we came to enjoy the game and learn at our own pace. Instead, the course ambassador repeatedly approached us, telling us we were playing too slowly and blocking other groups. The problem was that there was no one waiting behind us. In fact, we were the ones constantly waiting for the group ahead to finish before we could hit. At one point, we even saw people ahead parked in their carts taking a break, yet somehow we were the ones being pressured to hurry. We paid the same green fees as everyone else and expected to enjoy our round without being constantly rushed. Instead, we felt stressed the entire time. Rather than welcoming new golfers, the ambassador made us feel like we weren't wanted on the course. To make matters worse, we brought our concerns to the front desk after our round. Instead of listening to what happened or trying to understand our perspective, the manager immediately sided with the ambassador and insisted he had done the right thing. There was no apology, no attempt to address our concerns, and no interest in hearing about our experience. As Asian golfers, the way we were treated left us feeling singled out and unwelcome. Whether intentional or not, that was the impression we walked away with, and it completely ruined what should have been a fun day of golf. Golf should be a welcoming sport for players of all skill levels. Unfortunately, Meadowlark Golf Club failed miserably at making beginners feel welcome. I won't be coming back, and I wouldn't recommend this course to anyone looking for a friendly place to learn or simply enjoy a round of golf.

I don't have the same time I had in my 20s to devote to the game, so finding quality instruction and practice was key to maximizing the time I did have. I honestly had never heard of Golftec because I've been living under a rock since stepping away from golf, but they were close by, and figured I'd give them a shot. Immediately loved the vibe and access to quality tech and information. First assessment I felt like I was where I needed to be. I felt like I was going to truly transform my game because we were talking the same language and I knew I couldn't do this on my own. I worked with Coach Matt for over 10 lessons and couldn't be happier. We got a lot done in not much time. I got to a single-digit handicap really quickly in my first year back and I wound up flushing so many more shots than I ever did when I was playing a lot of golf in my more athletic days. That was the validation I needed. I may not be able to swing as fast as I used to, but even with that, the scores started dropping, and the quality of shots I was hitting was another level up, even from when I played my best at a 5 handicap at 25. Beyond that though, I have so much more knowledge of where my problems lie. Like most people, I can't bring my swing coach with me on the course every time I play, so when things go sideways, I need to be able to assess and remedy the issues on my own, and I'm thrilled to say I have far more awareness of my swing and the ways to get it back on track thanks to Matt. I'm currently moving to the Bay area now, so I had to stop lessons, but I couldn't praise my experience there enough. The facility is great, the tech is fantastic, but more than that is my one-on-one with Coach Matt. As someone who doesn't love traditional 90-minute lessons because I feel like it's just a lot of standing around talking, I opted for more sessions at 30-minute lengths, which was perfect for the way I like to work. We were able to maximize each lesson with quick, concise, and straightforward remedies for me to work on. I never left any lesson feeling rushed, rather I just felt like the process was simplified to the essentials. We didn't have time to overload each session with all the things wrong with my swing. We identified the 1 or 2 primary issues that stood out, discussed why it's happening and what other chain reaction it might be causing, and then we got to work and started grooving the swing change or putting change. I would generally spend 2-3 weeks just working on those small changes on my own, before coming back in to assess the next step. On top of that, I purchased a holiday package that included club fitting, and it was added insurance to know that the person fitting me wasn't seeing my swing for the very first time that day. I would argue, that nobody on the planet is more familiar with my swing strengths and swing flaws, than Coach Matt. That is a huge benefit to have a fitting from your coach! All in all, my experience was fantastic. I'm sad to leave Southern California and access to this Golftec and coach Matt, but such is life. Thrilled to have had them all in my journey and getting me on the path of better golf.

The facilities felt comfortable and well managed. The golf course itself had a slightly busy and somewhat unorganized atmosphere. It's not an overly difficult course, but my score wasn't great--especially because the greens were quite challenging. Reading them was tougher than expected. I heard that the original 36 holes were redesigned into 18 holes. One advantage is that it should be cooler and more comfortable during the summer. Thanks to the recent rain, the fairways and overall course conditions were decent and enjoyable. Overall, it's a pleasant course with friendly service, but be prepared for tricky greens.

Absolutely terrible experience with the GM at Milesquare Golf Course…read more I'm just a regular golfer who reached out to ask a few simple questions about how their group booking process works. The GM, Scott, responded with one of the rudest and most condescending messages I've ever received from a golf professional. Instead of answering basic questions or even being slightly polite, he acted like I was wasting his precious time and basically told me to go screw myself. The arrogance was actually shocking. If this is how the GM treats regular golfers just trying to understand how to book with his course, I can't imagine how poorly they treat their actual customers. Extremely disappointing. Definently the worst customer service experience I have ever received at any establishment. Will not be playing here and will be telling my golf group to avoid this place as well.
