This is a to go meal review- Me and my husband were cold and hungry during the freeze and double checked with them by calling they were open. We ordered on DoorDash- Chicken biryani Garlic naan Butter panner Pakoras It arrived still hot! The paneer came With rice, I noticed it was a bit on the sweeter end. I also think the base of the curry is made with water not milk or cream, the consistency I'm used to with indian food is different. It was mild! Which I appreciated since I cannot handle spicy food. Garlic naan was good! Pakoras were a bit too soft and oily for me but tasted good. All of this came with raita, what we thought was a sweet chutney and mint chutney but the sweet chutney might have ended up as biryani sauce? It was different! Overall food was decent, I wouldn't necessarily be back for their curries but do want to try their biryani. I'm guessing they are known for biryani since it is caused Biryani Express. My husband really enjoyed the chicken biryani!

Updating the review: bad food is health hazard, changing stars to minimum aloo masala was spoilt in the masala dosa, They took it back and packed a 'fresh' one but that smelt even worse than the first. Bad! We got the chilli bajji to enjoy the rain outside and crispy corn, both these were crispy hot and excellent.... yummy. Today's restaurant lesson: nothing which requires aloo masala should ever be ordered here.

Did an order through ubereats. Everything was fresh, flavorful and decent portions. We had the butter chicken, garlic naan, chana masala, bhindi masala and samosas.

It was pretty good. The chicken 65 had a little too much grease. The goat curry was good. Pretty normal. The biryani was good too. Mango lassi was fresh and thick. Service was good too. Place was decent. Overall, an ok experience. Pretty normal. Not spectacular but good. I would go back for good food.

Visited them before they moved to the new location. Loved it then but it's so much more comfortable and pretty than before. Love the mini colored fires. Food hasn't changed. So good. And our server was so sweet. We chatted about the future of the restaurant, introducing more Indian foods like specials and such. I love this place. I will also say my US Navy Vet husband has been all over the world, and this is his favorite Indian restaurant.

This was my second time going to this place, and I really enjoy it! The waiters are super friendly, and the food comes out fast. I used to not like samosas, however, this place changed my mind about them. Love this place, and I will continue going here as long as they keep it up! My favorite thing here is the Butter Chicken with Garlic Naan. I know that's very typical to order, but they do it so well here. It's creamy and the chicken pieces are large, tender, and there's many. I got a few bones, but I didn't mind since the pieces were so big. The curry is on the sweeter side, however it's still good. The naan is fluffy on the inside, crispy on the outside, super garlicky, and just delicious. Overall, I ordered two curries just for myself, and it lasted me three separate meals. The portions are definitely big, so you'll be getting your money's worth.

Bought chicken vindaloo.. it was too oily. Tried masala dosa and was good. Inconsistency is the problem.

My partner had the brisket sandwich with potato salad and a small helping of pickles and pickled red onions and I had the pulled pork tacos. My partner said the brisket sandwich was okay, but we both agreed that the potato salad was fantastic! The potato salad was way better than the one at Pappas Barbecue. The taste of the pulled pork tacos was great, but it was honestly too wet and made the flour tortillas too soggy and there was way too much coleslaw on top. I feel like if Killen's is going to serve pulled pork tacos there needs to be three things done. 1. Serve the tacos with an option of corn tortillas because I feel corn tortillas would've worked better to give a great contrast/pairing with the sweetness of the pulled pork and sauce. 2. Serve the corn/flour tortillas on the side so that they don't get soggy and wet. 3. There are some things that just don't belong on a taco of any kind and that's coleslaw. My partner and I also tasted the banana pudding and to say it was divine is an understatement. What I really like about this pudding was that you could taste real bananas in this pudding and it had been mixed well all together. Our total was $80 after tipping, which is a little pricey for some of the items, but honestly I would definitely come back to Killen's Barbecue when I was in the mood for barbecue.

Thank god we found this!…read more After finishing our lunch at Wrap & Roll, we saw this out of the corner of the eye and decided to stop here as the girlfriend was looking for some caribbean snacks. Being from St Croix island in the Virgin Islands, seeing the menu and taking in the smells of this place gave her memories of back home. Of course I was happy to indulge her request as it gave me an opportunity to try some handheld eats. First the beef pattie, pretty big and so savory with the meat melting in your mouth and the dough having a nice texture and crust. And then the saheena; OMG! It was my first time having this lovely pastry which is made of chickpeas, spinach, and caribbean spices. You'll be hooked on this after one bite. Texture was similar to a savory piece of cornbread. Of course I was very happy with this item. The girlfriend ordered a currant roll which had some sweetness to it with a flaky crust. I enjoyed it but not as much as I was scarfing down my beef pattie and saheena. They also serve traditional caribbean eats including jerk chicken, oxtails, bake & saltfish, and roti wraps. We noticed a lot of people place to go orders here and call ahead for pick up. There were several bags of eats waiting as we witnessed people roll in and pick them up while having small talk with the owners. All those items looked delicious and we plan to come back and try those out. We also talked to the owners for a bit, they're a husband/wife team who've owned/operated this place for a while. Super polite and gracious, they helped me navigate the menu and explained what the items would be like when I ordered. Sadly I could not get the Aloo Pie (sold out) but they assured me it's worth having and to come back and try it (which we will). Pearland is lucky to have this place here. Definitely recommend trying it out for yourself!

For starters, we got the Burrata Dip, which is a large mozzarella ball atop a bed of arugula and drizzled with pesto and honey. The cheese was very fresh and it was so good with the toasted bread the gave us. We loved it. We also shared a large greek salad which was plenty enough for two and came with lots of great toppings like sliced cucumber, artichokes, olives, and more. They have many pizza choices here with a large variety of toppings. You can get all meat, all veggies, and various combinations in between that include chicken or prosciutto. They also offer square pizzas if that's your thing. We opted for the Mulberry Supreme which included sausage, pepperoni, Canadian bacon, and beef on a medium-thin type crust that had the perfect amount of char and minimal flop. The toppings were piled on and everything was fantastic. We got a large and took a third of it back to our hotel room. Our servers were very attentive and checked on us frequently plus kept our drinks full. The food also came out quickly. My only complaint here is the inside was very stuffy and humid. Drinks: my gf had an old fashioned, my friend and I got the petal punch and a fourth friend got a European beer I think and we all enjoyed our drinks. My friend and I agreed that the petal punch was the best cocktail we had both ever had. The lychee and mint is just PERF! Food: we tried as much as we could. The momos was yummy and came with a great sauce. The tandoori chicken drumsticks with the sauce, YUM. I knew it was going to be great. The veggie samosas were also wonderful. The mint chutney is my preference over the tamarind, but both were good. Chicken mungfali- 10/10 but wish it were a little spicier. Chicken korma- spicier than I thought but delicious 10/10. The Nutella samosas were the only thing that was disappointing. They were way crunchier than we expected. The picture of them made it look softer and flakier than it was. Especially with the price point of $16- was not worth it. Service: our server, Magic, was great to us and showed us all his faves. Inside: very lovey inside and very clean. Can't wait to come back again! I heard they have a lunch buffet but didn't see it on the menu. I need to do some research on that!
