I have so many dietary restrictions right now in my life and I was already nervous there wouldn't be very many options for me to choose from, but our rockstar waitress Stephanie took care of me from the moment we sat down. 5 stars doesn't do this place justice! I am a repeat customer who enjoys the atmosphere and food of biscuits much more than other "brunch" spots in the Phoenix area! But what really stands out to me about this restaurant is the waiters/waitresses that go above and beyond to make sure you feel at home and ensure your dining experience will be above expectation! I came in today and noticed they were extremely understaffed (maybe two or three waitresses for the whole place) and none of them skipped a beat! I had the pleasure of Stephanie serving me today and let me tell you that woman rocks!!! Ordered the corned beef hash, but it was not as great as led to believe. For one it is large shredded corned beef with red potatoes and no onions. The flavor of the corned beef was average. It comes with either hash browns or red potatoes Since traditional corned beef has a hash potatoe like ingredient I got the red potatoes. Hash browns were crispy as I ordered - not because they were cooked crispy but crispy dry and chewy like they were leftovers from 4 hours prior. They recooked my scramble and added what looked like swiss cheese - I ordered cheddar. There were a few specks of orange but not enough to warrant $1 charge for the cheese. Also very watery. Pancakes tasted ok but had to use a knife to cut/tear off bites. My husband's burger was ok but fries were like the hash browns - old tasting and chewy. Server never checked on us. This was the 3rd try to see if they had improved. 3rd times the charm. Never again. Would NOT recommend. read more

Love this restaurant. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel special when you walk in. They have several great options for different palates and I highly recommend the almond crusted French toast. We love their freezer jam they serve and if you love the Marionberry as much as I do you can buy your own container to take home. The first time I came here I was blown away!! By service and menu! You know what.. it's still good. But we literally go here bc of the banana pancakes. They discontinued them. Still on the menu, but you can't get them. Also the service has been spotty the last 5-6 times we've been in.
