Came here to pick up breakfast to go. I placed the order online using the First Watch app so I didn't have to wait. I've eaten here plenty of times and it's one of my personal fave breakfast spots. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. Today was just a pick up order but dine in has indoor seating or outdoor seating with water sprayers within their shaded patio area. The ambience inside is bright, positive energy, clean, and casual dining while the staff is fast paced serving dishes to tables very efficiently. Food here is healthy and pricing is actually better than Denny's or Waffle House. Very very reasonable menu prices with high quality farm fresh ingredients used for everything here. read more

I have been to this location several times before and every time has been amazing. I came in on a Thursday afternoon for brunch. I was greeted right away and seated promptly. I got a water and a coffee. For food, I got a Barbacoa bowl. And my friend got the chicken chimichanga. Both were very good food came out quick. It was very clean and well staffed and my server checked on me several times. This will always be my go to for breakfast and brunch. read more

I went here after a short hike nearby. I knew they were closing soon, but was hoping that they could get us in. We were able to sit down, but I felt the meal was rushed. I appreciate the efforts to accommodate dietary restrictions, however, this is the second time in a row At this location where the food was subpar. I ordered chicken sausage links that were so overcooked they were dry in the middle. The eggs were cool (over easy) and their featured drink was very watered down with no distinct flavor of lemonade or dragonfruit. Our server was attentive and the restaraunt was not busy so not sure what gives with this major decline in food quality. read more

Haven't been in a very long time, and had a BOGO coupon, so decided to go again on our way out of the valley. It was nice and quiet, very good service, delicious food. I had the Fall Harvest Hash and my husband had the biscuits and gravy plate. Enough of mine for me to take home half of it for the next day. Breakfast at one of our favorite places, been to several of their locations and never disappointed

We courageously decided to take our 1 & 2 year old out to breakfast this morning at First Watch and it was wildly successful in every way! My grandparents used to take my brother and I to first watch when we were kids and I have fond memories of hot chocolate and pancakes so it was a treat to take my own babies to do the same. When we got to the restaurant we were immediately greeted and asked to sit out on the patio that is lovely decorated and very spacious so we had plenty of room for our kiddos to spread out and eat without grabbing at each other or our food!! Once seated our waiter Anthony took our order and also brought the kids coloring pages and crayons to entertain them. He was very friendly and attentive throughout our meal. The menu boasts breakfast and lunch options for every tastebud and diet. As it is the new year and health is a top priority we went with chocolate chip pancakes, lemon ricotta pancakes, eggs and bacon of course...ok so we will get the egg white omelet next time. Anyway, we enjoyed some apple and orange juice along with coffee while we waited for our food and the patio was a pleasant place to do so. Our kids did beautifully being patient and coloring away and then our delicious and beautiful food arrived. It was the kids first time having chocolate chip pancakes and they loved every bite (so did I)! The eggs and bacon were cooked perfectly and it was all super yummy. The whole experience was lovely and filled our tummies for a day of fun. The inside of First Watch is very spacious and filled with booths to seat large parties as well as breakfast for two. Many breakfast spots have sticky tables due to the syrup intake but everywhere was clean and stick free. The cost of breakfast here is fairly pricey, but the food is good and it seems as though prices are up everywhere, so you'd be hard pressed to find a meal for less. We are trying to get out for breakfast more as a family and we thoroughly enjoyed First Watch today; we will be back soon and often! read more

Very attentive happy server. Restaurant is clean and open. They have indoor and outdoor seating. From the outside might look small but it is spacious. They have great healthy selections. I had the traditional breakfast and watermelon juice from their seasonal menu. Food tasted great. Overall good experience. If you do come on a weekend there is more of a wait. read more

We've been coming here for years with our family, including bringing our dog to the patio seating. Today we were told only service dogs are allowed on the patio, there's no signage to indicate otherwise. Really disappointed with this location service. 1. I had coffee split on me (which understandably accidents happen). 2. I waited like 10min for my drink & had to reask for water. 3. My food came out wrong & she never came back. I had to reask about 10-15min later for it. Then it came out in under 5min. The solution after all this was to give me a $5 discount. At this point good customer service would be to comp my one order. I did order several things, so one free entrée makes sense. Even McDonalds does that. Not this First Watch. I must say, our 1st experience at 1st Watch was almost derailed by the manager, however, was saved by Emerald (the hostess) and our waitress. Let's get the pleasant aspects out of the way. The atmosphere with the wooden theme especially for a breakfast place is perfect. With how busy they are, truly could use some more room, however, the wait was only about 15mins (for how packed they were is impressive). Menu is loaded with options and food was well prepared. Parking can be quite a challenge depending on the day and time since there are other venues in this complex so plan accordingly. Men's restroom door opens to view the standing stall from the ladies restroom so not ideal. Outside of the negative experience with the manager, the restroom situation would be my only issue. Now on to the concern: Our party of 9 + our 3month old grand baby was met by Emerald ( if not for her and the lady who was our waitress we would have left) The manager had placed us in a cramped corner, were they had to obtain more tables and chairs to attempt to make us fit, while he was making significantly more room and accommodation for a smaller group on the main area with far more room. I even wondered why he placed a couple at a center table setup that could have also accommodated our group far better than where he had placed us. Seeing thus Emerald quickly started to correct this illogical move, however, right in front of us this manager attempted to belittle her and with an attitude to prevent her from correcting this situation. Emerald respectfully and professionally stood her ground, placing us at the more roomy accommodation. I am not sure why he behaved the way he did, I absolutely hate assuming so I will leave that alone. Once resolved, everything else was wonderful. This was my first time at a First Watch and I thought it was good. I reserved a table online before arriving and it definitely saved time waiting for a table. It was a Sunday morning and busy. Others have posted about issues with the staff but I did t have any issues. Everyone was nice and I didn't have to wait for service throughout the meal. I had the Chorizo breakfast sandwich. It was good but they don't use traditional chorizo. They were more of a medium spiced patty. Still it was good. My wife had the Shrimp and Grits. She said it wasn't the best she's had but it was good. I expect both of these things just from the type of restaurant it is. A friend of mine recommended this place to us for the Crab Cake Benedict. Met a friend for breakfast here. I have been a few times a long time ago and the food has always been great. There wasn't a wait and we had a nice spot on the patio with plenty of shade. The service was friendly and quick. I ordered a farmhouse skillet hash which is their home style potatoes with eggs, bacon, onions, tomatoes and avocado. It also came with a side of fruit and some noble bread. The food was served hot and everything tasted perfect! Hard to believe this place is a chain. It's got culinary chops oozing out of it. Food quality was awesome. I asked for maple syrup for my one pancake and it arrived in front of me in about 10 seconds warm, like it was stored in a warmer. Little things like that make a huge difference. Everything I've ever ordered at first watch has been fire . So good, I wish they would come to California. I almost always get breakfast food there but the market veggie sandwich is my new favorite thing. I like the counter for fast service. I don't love that the cocktails are premade but I guess they do the trick. It's a fast paced environment so not really the kind of place you linger for brunch. The only reason that I'm rating this First Watch location with 4 stars is because of Ana. My mom and I had brunch here and the food was okay. We were seated and proceeded to watch servers walking about, or chatting with each other. I started to time how long we were waiting for anyone to acknowledge us, because they were clearly fully staffed and the restaurant was not crowded. At approximately the 20 minute mark, we were about to get up and leave, but then Ana came from assisting the customers on the patio and was directed by two of her coworkers to come to our table (mind you, these two coworkers were clearly socializing and never bothered to say a word to us). Ana apologized for the wait and was very professional and attentive, unlike her coworkers. While I understand that the servers have assigned tables, seeing that there were more employees than customers, and the fact that we were clearly sitting there, someone could have acknowledged us. I made an online order and picked it up this morning. I'm missing one of my items and gravy is all over my bag due to the lid not being secured. In bold on my order I asked for no bacon and got bacon. When I tried to call the restaurant twice I get a fax machine sound, no one answers. No eating utensils, no straw. I'm so disappointed! I base a lot of my reviews on the availability of options for people who have all allergies. My son has a soy allergy and basically the only thing he can eat on the menu is oatmeal.
