I have been here two times when I was in Peoria. Great service and the food was excellent. They did accommodate some changes in my order. Friendly staff. Parking is good, they do share a parking lot in a shopping center. The taste, amount, and price was all in line with quality service. I will come back here again when I am in the area. I did recommend this place to some friends that were coming to the area. They did eat here and said it was great also.

I was nearby the area so decided to stop here for breakfast and Sunday morning. The weight wasn't too long and we got seated right away. The menu is expensive during breakfast lunch and dinner. I got chicken and waffles which were pretty much candy and waffles. We also got the cheesecake, strawberry pancake. Overall, everything was just OK. A little bit pricey for the quality of food. The three stars is for the good service that we had received. I may come back and try their lunch menu. The ambience was upscale diner vibe.

This place was packed last Sunday afternoon. Glad it isn't right now...

Had a very nice server who made sure we had everything we needed. My husband was happy he could order breakfast all day there. My daughter and I shared the BBQ Chicken Salad and it was very good. Kids were happy with their pancakes...lol why wouldn't they with one chocolate chips and the other blueberries. I had a bite of each too. Yummy.

We loved our breakfast at Haymaker! It's a nice bright space that was enjoyed by a happy morning crowd. They have early bird specials that begin at 7am. We arrived at 8:30 and the dining room was hopping. This was one of the best omelets I've had and the biscuits, made there, were also excellent. Karen was our server and she was efficient and authentic in her kindness. We will definitely be back!

    1. First Impressions: The restaurant has a nice shaded patio with misters for outdoor seating. Inside is clean, and cool, with a warm elegance that exudes pride in the statement, God Bless America 2. Service: Our server was incredibly attentive without being overbearing. She gave great menu recommendations. 3. Food/Product/Experience: The food here is fire! We came for the bloody mary and we stayed for the Brisket Skillet! The brisket was fire and rivals the quality of Little Miss BBQ! The kids meal pancakes came with 3 massive pancakes! 4. Pricing: The pricing is fair and the portions are large! Bonus tip, make sure to sign up for the reward app! We received a $10 reward for signing up.

This neighborhood, always clean, country breakfast restaurant is a must. The wait staff know us and are always helpful and fantastic service; it feels like home. The food is superb! Today we started with blueberry pancakes, then each had a Benedict- the original and florentine. Eggs cooked to perfection and phenomenal hollandaise sauce.

It's the first time we visited this new location. The wait wasn't that long 10 to 15 minutes. Josh was an awesome server always checking on us. The food on the other hand. My wife ordered the chopped brisket sandwich with fries. The brisket was full of flavor the barbecue sauce was fantastic. I ordered the French dip sandwich. The sandwich lacked a flavor. I ordered the onion rings to go with it. The onion rings reminded me of Jack in the Box. We ordered a side of mac & cheese. mac & cheese was really disappointing. It reminded me of Kraft mac & cheese, they could've added shredded cheese on top and it came out lukewarm. The ambience is very loud.

Cute restaurant in a strip mall. Service was great, but the food!!!! Goodness to goodies, it was fantastic. I had the Haymaker Benedict--And when they say it is perfect as-is, I agree 100%! This dish had just the right balance of all its ingredients. Smashed potatoes, enough veggie, crunch chicken breast, and fluffy eggs! Glad I'm just visiting because I'd be eating this breakfast WAY too often if I was local!

First time here and I am already loving this choice for my birthday breakfast. Let's see how they deliver. Our party of 3 were seated right away. Kristin, our server is on point and about business. She took our drink orders and gave us time to decide on our meals. We all chose the California Omelette. One subbed tomatoes for spinach. Two chose hash browns and one country potatoes. I was very pleased with my food. The seasoning was good. The toast was just right. The hash browns were overflowing so didn't finish them. The orange juice was very good according to my daughter. The restroom was clean and neat! Five stars!! This location is locked in for a return visit. The decor is light and airy. I appreciate the brightness. There's a nice covered outdoor area.

This can be loud after reverberating off the patio but the play list while we were there had everyone signing along and playing cornhole. Our server was also great with a lot of our requests and questions about the menu. We landed on Wagyu Social Burgers and White Cod Fish Tacos for the win. We both loved the food! Since it was a Sunday, I knew it'd be busy. I figured it'd be a good idea to check whether Hash Kitchen offers a way to join the waitlist online. Luckily, they do! I joined ahead of time and we arrived about 30 minutes later. While there were tons of people waiting for a table outside, our table was ready within minutes of us checking in. We were promptly seated and our waitress did not take long to take our order. I wasn't sure how long the wait would be after ordering, but it was surprisingly quick considering how busy they were. We ordered the Boujee Biscuits to share. Those were delicious! It comes with three kinds of butter, but my favorite was the salted caramel one. We also each ordered the Best F#*%ing Birria Hash and shared a stack of the Buttermilk Pancakes. Everything was so good, but I especially loved the Birria Hash. Once we finished eating, I was able to pay by scanning a QR code on our table, which was really convenient. I can truly say we had a great experience.

Even after joining the waitlist, you still have to check in with the hostess upon arrival, and there may still be an additional wait. When we arrived, we were told it would be about a 20-minute wait for a table, or we could sit at the bar. We chose the bar, but honestly, we wish we had waited for a table because the bar area felt a bit tight. The bartenders were very nice, but at times it seemed like they were a bit overwhelmed, as we had to wave them down a few times for assistance. One highlight was the live DJ--the music selection was great and really added to the overall atmosphere. For food, we ordered the Basic AF and the chicken and waffles. Unfortunately, the food temperature was disappointing. The waffles were cold, and most of the Basic AF dish was cold as well, except for the eggs. The only item that was warm on my plate was the chicken. This is definitely something that should be improved--breakfast dishes should be served hot and fresh. For drinks, we ordered a Bloody Mary and wanted to add a mini Miller High Life, but they were out of stock, which was disappointing. Instead, we opted for a Corona, which felt overpriced at $7 for a single bottle--especially when it's being used as an add-on. A lower price point would feel more reasonable in that situation. On a positive note, I also ordered the Boozy Bag drink with a watermelon slice, and it was absolutely delicious--definitely a highlight of the visit. The restaurant does offer a good amount of outdoor seating with shade coverings, which is great for avoiding the sun. Inside, especially near the bar, you can hear the music much better, but it's still audible outside depending on where you sit. Our total bill for two came to about $70, so it's something to plan for in terms of pricing. One additional suggestion: we did notice bartenders and staff handling drink garnishes--such as fruit and decorative items like cotton candy--with their bare hands. For hygiene and cleanliness purposes, it would be highly recommended for staff to use gloves or some type of protective covering when preparing drinks, especially since these items go directly into customer beverages. Overall, we enjoy the vibe and energy here, but consistency with food temperature and attentiveness during busy times would really improve the experience. Also, it looks like they offer a rewards program that requires linking a credit card--we're not fully sure how it works, but it might be worth asking about for future visits.

So when we drove past it during this weekend's trip to Peoria, AZ, I knew this was where we would be dining for at least one morning! Turns out we loved it so much that it turned into day 2's morning selection and our last meal before heading home! First I must say that the service was amazing. Our 2 wait staff members were adorably personable answering all my questions and returning several times to ensure we were well supported. Second, I loved the coffee latte in the mason jar. So good I got it both days. First morning was the Beast Eggs Benedict for me and the Chorizo omelet for Mr. Would definitely order both again. Mr. got biscuits with his omelet. OMG! These biscuits are the right biscuits--you know the difference if you've ever had good and not so good biscuits. These are the right kind of Southern style biscuits so good, make you wanna slap yo mama!! But that's not all. The homemade strawberry jam! It's everything. Just the right amount of sweet. One thing to note: the fried potatoes on my plate and the bell peppers on Mr's plate were both a tad al dente. Might be the style of the chef on the line. Both were enjoyable. Another thing to note: incredible portions. Go hungry. I had to ask for a box both mornings. Second day: I had the Monte Cristo which caught my eye the first day and the waitress assured me was a solid choice after the Beast. Y'all! So! Good! I have ordered many a Monte Cristo in my day. This was unique to the Biscuit cafe with one layer of beautifully cut ham and Swiss cheese nestled lovingly between two thick pieces of perfect french toast slices and dusted with powdered sugar. On the side was the famous homemade strawberry jam along with dijon mustard. The mix of all these flavors was perfection. Everything I dreamed it would be. Mr. got biscuits and gravy to try the sausage gravy and it was super! Really good seasonings and sausage flavor. Not too much pepper which is a frequent risk with white southern gravy. One more thing I absolutely must call out. If you're like me and love the idea of a flight so you can test out many flavors--mimosas, margaritas, cinnamon rolls, donuts, bacon, french toast, are just a few of the flights I remembered from the menu. This place has a minimum of one flight per category. This calls out to my "try everything" spirit. Hope it calls out to yours too! This is definitely staying in my Phoenix/Chandler saved places and we will definitely go back.

There is also some black paper along the windows, which looks pretty tacky. The place also had an unpleasant stink to it. I was slow to be greeted by a server after being seated despite the fact that the restaurant was less than half full. The coffee was fair and the service was slow. I was hoping my breakfast would make up for it, especially since the prices were a bit higher than average. I got the pork chop and eggs. The pork chops were very thinly sliced and deep-fried but had an almost jerky like texture. My over easy eggs were also well done. They do have some interesting looking southern dishes on the menu that I was really curious about, but it's very unlikely that I will return. Are too many other good breakfast spots in the area. We got Chilaquiles, a Craft Plate, Avocado Toast, lattes, AND a Bloody Mary from the bloody Mary bar. What?!!! A bloody mary bar! What a concept! You mix n match mixes, vodkas, or in my case, tequila, and then get to make your own skewers. The blue cheese olives were so good! They even have bacon! Food was great! Service was great! Lattes spot on! And my bloody mary creation was OUTSTANDING! Loved everything about Hash Kitchen! Bring the concept to the east coast! You'd thrive in Annapolis, MD!

We sat outside it was nice, dj was vibing. The server was nice. We order 4 entrees and a starter. Two of the entrees I ordered after our meal to take home. I feel bad because I did hype this place up and it was lackluster. It was so much better the first time I came here. It was probably a year ago now so I should have expected it to be different I guess. The Ube dream pancakes did not come with the ube cream or fresh blueberries, only compote. The cannoli donuts were pretty good, very rich but not too sweet. The Huevos Rancheros Hash * and The F#*%ing Birria Hash were both pretty good. The Chilaquiles * were so-so, much better the first time I tried it. The chicken tinga on it was flavorful and tender.
