I took in our new kitten and he charged me $89 after we were quoted $60 and he did literally nothing except for hurt my baby trying to get a fecal sample and gave shots. He has zero bed side manner and, he was so rough with the kitten. He didn't check my kitten in any way, he didn't talk to us at all about anything, it was so uncomfortable and awkward. We definitely won't be back and I feel like I want to get my money back for the visit so I can take him somewhere else to someone who cares.

I claimed that this was a provider that you cannot go wrong with.. however, after our visit earlier today, my opinion has changed. About the provider herself these things remain true, as well as the younger receptionist. Unfortunately, the other older receptionist and every one of the techs I encountered today have dramatically changed my opinion and will keep me from returning to this place in the future. Snippy attitudes, literal eye rolls, dramatic sighs, and general lack of empathy and decency. One thing after another, tensions rising, and through it all not once did I have as much audacity as they to behave the way the situation most definitely warranted. Charged for services not rendered. Lack of attention to detail. Dismissive behavior. Inaccurate record keeping.. I could honestly go on. I deleted my previous review before I'd even finished checking out. I have referred friends and family to this center for years.. no more. My recommendation to the new owner? Clearly, if you don't look carefully, those bad reviews are easily buried. The nurses were incredibly rude. I asked them to return my dog to me, but they kept lying, telling me to wait ten minutes, five minutes, then two minutes. It was ridiculous. They deceived me and made me wait in the room for over an hour, yet they still refused to return my dog. Finally, I told them that if they didn't give my dog back, I would call the police immediately. Only then did they return my dog to me. What's absurd is that when they handed my dog back, they cursed and said my dog would definitely die. The nurse thought I couldn't understand English and was shockingly brazen. I guess they were angry because they didn't make enough money off of me. When I told them I wouldn't pay their exorbitant fees, they immediately suggested euthanizing my dog. It was unbelievably cruel. In the end, I went to another hospital where my dog received excellent care.

My dog was in on March 17 th for her annual check up and dental cleaning. I saw no one I'd ever…read moreseen before, that was concerning but generally the staff was pleasant. Lab work showed a likely UTI and anemia. The anemia was not shared with me. My dog did well over all and almost $900 later she came home. The next several days were uneventful but on Sunday March 22 in early evening my dog became ill and showed signs of distress. A trip to Mountain Emergency Vet was in order. Upon exam and radiograph it was determined she had a ruptured tumor on her spleen and there was little to be done so my sweet precious Buttercup was euthanized I'm not suggesting CBVC did anything wrong but it's their behavior since that has shown their true mission which is the almighty dollar and lack of caring being their mission. The emergency vet notified CBVC early March 23 of Buttercups passing. I called later that morning. Now mind you my dog had her annual On the 17th March and needed no routine vet services for a year had she lived. On Saturday April 4th I received a text from CBVC saying my dog needed vet services. I was really distressed and called them and chewed them out. Done with their incompetence so I thought. Yesterday I got a postcard saying my dog which passed 3 weeks earlier needed an annual checkup. These people should never be allowed to be in business. They really don't care about your pet or you. Run like hell to another Vet as fast as you can go. My heart is broken at the loss of my sweet precious Buttercup and they're so cruel that every time I start getting into a better head space they hit me again. They are cruel and evil.
