I had always seen the one on University which recently moved to Gaylord (if I'm not mistaken); this Hampden location appears to be the newest addition. Selection was great and wide range. Each section/table has a theme behind it (like wine and cheese for instance; there was even a section for Taylor Swift!!) I have to admit; some items are a bit pricey (I saw a cheese knife that was so good-looking but it was almost $40!! Ouch ) I took the time to look around though because I wanted to find something nice to buy. What I ended up buying was a book about cheese. I spotted a few books about wine but since I already know so much about wine I just opted for the cheese book only. And it was only $9! Service was good and friendly. The employee at the door, I believe her name was Brandy (or something similar), looked at me and said, "We're closed," with a very rude attitude like if she was super annoyed like if i did that on purpose . She didn't offer a polite explanation, just dismissed me in a way that felt unprofessional. I now know the store closes earlier than I expected, but a little customer service and kindness go a long way. It wasn't about the store being closing in 1 minute it was about the nasty way I was spoken to.
