I come here with my mom and Aunt all the time and every time we have a great tine. It is small but it's a really nice little boutique and they always have great quality items here. They are on the higher price end but again they have very good quality items. The staff here is always very nice as well and they even offered to call my mom when they got a shipment in for an item she was looking for. they have a point system as well however it doesn't work with online purchases which stinks but it is what it is. read more

I purchased the two metal pine cones and the two candles to go in them. Was so happy with all of it. However, one of the candles came cracked and it broke. As soon as I tried to set it in the pine cone. I reached out to them and had not received a response. Have always loved the items I've purchased there but disappointed that they have not reached back out to me. read more

i purchased numerous items from this company at christmas. 10 small copper picks for a floral arrangement were one of the items. sadly, they were badly packed, really not packed at all. they were put in a fountain i bought. during shipping the fountain shifted and crushed the items. i asked for a damage return. i was told i did not have to return the items. i put them in my dumpster, horse dumpster. a week later i received an email asking for photos. i fished one out and photographed the damage. not easy as this is a poop dumpster and it had been raining for 5 days. they refused to refund me unless i photographed the entire order. not possible. the worst shipping and customer service i have ever experienced. mixed messages and horrible service. read more

Honestly, if it was possible to give negative stars I would. I ordered several items during black friday sale and were supposed to be delivered on 11/29/2025. While at home on that date, I recieved an email delivery confirmation at 6:17pm. Needless to say, UPS never showed up nor did I find any packages at the door. Furthermore, I checked my surveillance footage and confirmed that there was no delivery. I immediately contacted Interior Delight (email) and advised them of thr situation. I must have written approximately 10 emails to witch they replied twice with a generic message informing me that the package was delivered and the link. Today, I recieved a 3rd email where they wrote the same thing and then added their return/lost package policy which stated they are not liable eventhough UPS informed me that the company needed to contact them and file a claim. I am not upset at the policy, eventhough they should take responsibility, but what I am really upset is the way they treat you and the fact they took 3 weeks. This was a disappointment from receiving the table runners that didn't portray the correct coloring to the return process. I reached out after receipt and was told since I didn't purchase the insurance to return, I was responsible for shipping charges back. I feel this is a shady policy. I finally got customer service to do the right thing and provide a return label. I requested my refund in full and of course they deducted the shipping from my refund. Terrible customer service! My feedback is similar to other 1 star reviews - really terrible customer service. I have been searching for the perfect chair for over 2 years, and finally found it here and was so excited! I called the store directly 3x on the day they had a sale to try to purchase - took them a few days to call back at which point the sale was over. I signed up for their newsletter to receive 10% off, but they said it was only for online (even though it does not mention anywhere that it's for online only). Even though it was the perfect chair, I cannot bring myself to give them business - really wanted to support a small local business, but they made it too difficult. read more

I think the store has some really cute and unique items but the service could use some work. I've been in the store twice and neither time did anyone who works there even acknowledge my presence. Even when all of the other customers left the store, the two employees just continued talking to each other and completely ignored me. I will not be back. This review is long overdue because I love this store and I want to highlight a service they offer that is awesome! I called and scheduled an appointment for the owner - Sarah - to come out to my house and see the spaces I needed light fixtures for and offer suggestions. The service was $100 but that is a credit towards your purchase and then you get 10% off your order as a design client. What a deal! We ended up getting new island pendants, dining room chandelier, and living room chandelier. I love them all! I loved Sarah (so nice and friendly and worked around my taste) but most of all I love how painless the whole process was. My husband and I cannot make a decision for the life of us but Sarah has collected such a great set of fixtures at her store that the decisions were easy and now both of us are happy with our selections. She also offered to come back with some of the ones we liked so that we could see them in the space which was so helpful for indecisive people like us! Lastly, they delivered them to our house when they came in. The service was phenomenal! Beyond the light service - it is just a delight to stop in and look around the store because there are so many fun things to look at. Also, it is just amazing at Christmas time. I bought this adorable santa shaped dish towel last year that is now my favorite Christmas decoration. read more

I ordered the teardrop hanger on their online site. It's not awful, but definitely not as substantial as the pictures. Also, the tag on it said "Made In China" and warned that it contained formaldehyde. Definitely not mentioned in the description....at least Wayfair tells you it's made in China! The holes that attach it to the wall are drilled off center, so it looks crooked. Luckily, I think my husband can fix it. It's so definitely not worth the price! I feel ripped off. I would say be cautious ordering on line. read more

Worst customer service I have ever received. My pieces never arrived and they refused to work with me to straighten it out. They refused to refund me, replace the missing item, or file a lost package claim. So if you get your package you're lucky, but if you don't, prepare to potentially lose your money and deal with these difficult people. read more
