We went there on Sunday evening as we were celebrating the 63 wedding anniversary of our cousins. We were attended by Inna, which I think had a great of patience as some of the attendees were over 70 years old and some had a slight hearing difficulties and she must have waited over 5 minutes per person just to take the order Honestly I don't know how she took the order of 17 people and didn't go crazy She extremely polite and provided great service She is a great asset to this restaurant I was really impressed as it is not easy to patiently spend about 1/2 hour just to take the order Then when the orders came some of the attendees forgot what they ordered and it was a bit confusing and cumbersome Osnat the manager as usual very friendly and greeting everyone and supervising the servers Outstanding food and appetizers, like the Brisket focaccia and the arak a la mojito was excellent The musician was wonderful playing oldies but goodies and he even sang hava naguila and some of us actually danced the hora. Given that it's yeshiva week we've been eating at off hours, tonight 5 pm, not quite dinner time, maybe just several apps. Actually nice way to sample several of their offerings. More about that later. First of all, though it is a very fine dining establishment, hosts and servers , etc were not stuffy. In fact, they were friendly and funny and I enjoy that. Because of the very early hour, just after the last race, we were seated quickly at a lovely table outside in big comfy chairs. The service was impeccable. We started with the wings, one of the most reasonably priced items on the menu, and they were very good. I believe one can order 10 or 20 and there may be a 3rd choice. Anyway, onto the wagyu. I've never had wagyu before, for the price it would be wasted on me. True this time as well, I'd pass on that in the future. Lastly, the steak salad with pineapple and mango, they may have been out of mango but regardless it was very, very tasty. All meats were cooked to perfection. We finished with the fried ice cream cause I love dessert, particularly ice cream. It was heavenly pastry and even the parve ice cream was pretty darn good, the fruit coulis was bonus. Every time I have wanted to write this review, I get enraged all over again. But, it has to be done. In March, we decided super last minute to celebrate one of my best friends birthdays on the day of her actual birthday. On my way to the restaurant, my girl calls me and tells me that the waitress told her they were running a special for 3 people. It included the steak, cooking for us and appetizers. Bet! She doesn't give a price but standards on their menu for each person was bout $50-$60, so were like a special for 3 would be great. Anyone who's ever used money before knows a special means a deal, discount, points, an incentive of some kind. I tell my girl, yeah that's fine. This restaurant (at the time), is not on any directory. It had just opened or switched management or some shit. We get there and it's maaaaaaad conservative Jewish people, who all know each other. Nothing wrong with conservative Jewish people, We just weren't anticipating that vibe at a casino and we showed up titties and legs hanging out, like on a prowl for sugar daddies at the slots after. But all we left with was surprise, stares of disgust and disappointment. I wish somewhere in the reviews it said anything bout this being the crowd it was, cuz we know us and we never would have gone to some conservative ass spot ESPPP FOR A BDAY!!! Let's continue... They all look at us like those scenes in the movies where everything pauses. Once i go inside the place is empty and it's just my two homegirls at a big ass table in the center, close to the bar. And this waitress who is Hebrew speaking, does not stop staring at us and asking us invasive ass questions. We started to get mad uncomfortable. The waitress then comes up to us and the DJ had started playing some kind of tiki tiki music from like 1998. She comes back to the table mad hype and in her broken English she's like "for u, for u." And we're like yeah **QUE THE PHOTOGRAPHER WE DIDN'T CONSENT TO!!!** This lady does like a drive-by photo shoot ALLUPINOUR SHIT!!! And then disappears, I asked several times where the photos were going and we didn't consent and it was just blown off. Now, this man, the chef, who doesn't speak any English, comes from the back and cooks our meet on a slab. We're all into it cuz it's a cute show, we make mad jokes bout my girl getting meat on her bday and hee hee haa haa right? B R U H. BRUH. bruh. Tell me why our bill is $710.00... Tell me why the special was homeboy cooking the meat on a slab at the table was $480??? Tell me why it wasn't till it was all over that we realized these ppl been staring at us cuz we looked like we couldn't afford this shit and they knew what was coming but we didn't. This was prob one of the most uncomfortable dining experiences I've ever had. And that bill legit was out of line af. I've been to restaurants all over the world, fine dining and all. I have never paid that much for 3 people nor have I felt like I was a whole ass petting zoo. If you're a POC, I would STRONGLY, not recommend going to this Get Out dining experience. Every time we come to miami our grandparents take us to this restaurant. It has been this way for the past year or 2, recently we came to miami and they took us here (obviously) and we reserved an outdoor table, but no, indoor. We always have the same waiter because he is greta friends with my grand-parents, but no, he was doing a party somewhere else. We got food and it was all supposed to come at the same time, but no, it all came at totally different times. When my whole family was done with their meal I finally got my short ribs. I have heard the same kind of situation from my cousins when they went to visit my grand-parents and the same kind of thing happened. It used to be a great family outing, but that is slowly fading away. The food is still quality stuff, but the service is not. But fuego was the same $450 price for us and we ate a ton w a great atmosphere. There's no way these guys make it without providing more of a value. Good for what it is. Definitely overpriced like any Kosher place (they pay premium for the ingredients, so I am OK with that). Nothing to rave about but it was tasty. Appetizers were very good. Tartar is yummy, anything with an eggplant in it, is a big hit. Fish was decent. They kill the steaks (once again, just like any other Kosher place). Order rare to get a medium well. The venue is spacious and suitable for groups, with comfortable leather club chairs you melt into more than just sit in. Service was beyond excellent, with attentive wait staff who provided perfect food pairing recommendations and were always close by to refill drinks and clear finished dishes. The appetizers were all winners, with the standouts being the wagyu hot stone, the foie gras and the beef carpaccio. The bbq short ribs were sweet and tangy and Chef Aliani's steak can compete with the best steakhouses for its prep, sauces and tenderness. Plenty of ample parking, located at Gulfstream and we also enjoyed the live music playing on a gorgeous Sunday evening. read more

We received our appetizers without a hitch. Then They bring one main course which was a steak salad. Twenty minutes later they bring the three steak main dishes (by the way the rib steak with bone in had no bone) It was a tiny steak. There is no way that was anywhere near 16 ounce as it said on menu We received chicken five minutes later. Then we ask about the two remaining ones. The burger came a few minute later then the fish another 10 minutes The only dish that was ok was the chicken Everything else was terrible For the prices that they charge which is very high the service should be the same. Oh another thing Both men and women's bathrooms were filthy. Nothing about this restaurant is good. I expect service on the holidays to be hard but you can't serve a table sitting together their meals so spread out over time Oh and by the way when the server was taking our order, she had another tables dish she was holding. Last night some friends and I went to Bissaleh. We were seated at a large square table outside to accommodate us for a socially- distant meal. Even better, there was so much distance between our table and the one next to ours, I felt like we were on our own patio. The service was amazing and our waitress was super helpful in recommending dishes. The food came out quickly and the presentation was lovely. We started with the falafel/salmon appetizer which was so unique and delicious! The chicken salad was out of this world--we actually ordered a second! The sushi was fresh and melted in our mouths. Very nice appearance (exactly the same as the previous place, Three Forks: they didn't spend a dime renovating it) But very expensive which I don't mind as long as you get your money's worth. We did not. The steak tartare was brown and tasted old, the sushi Dragon roll came out within a minute of ordering and the salmon was slimy and the lamb chops (3 for $60) that asked for medium rare were white on the outside and completely transparent (raw) on the inside. My cousin had a $30 burger that the meat smelled horrible. Also, the truffle fries that I ordered (because nothing included with the lamb chops) were completely soggy and not a hint of truffle. Planned a private event for almost a month, went over all details with the GM, Osnat. Having closed on the price for 30 guests, paying per person, she promised to be generous with the portions. When informing her only 25 guests would show, she stated there would still be enough for 30 guests, given our prior agreement. The food was enough for 20 guests and many left hungry. In total, 10 appetizers were supposed to be served. We received only 6 out of the 10. Out of 4 entrees we received two. Not to mention, we had to chase the waiters to bring soft drinks to the table. Again, as we were promised, the table would have unlimited soft drinks, and there was only ice water, not even bottled. 4 cigars on each plate (4 plates total), 2 chicken skewers (6 skewers total), cut up pita that was dry, the lamb carpaccio tasted spoiled, and a lot more I won't sit here and list. But for 25 people, you do the math. Is it enough? Absolutely not. Instead of receiving compliments on what we expected to be a beautiful evening, all we got were complaints and guests heading to eat an "actual dinner" at another restaurant in the area. Service was poor, waiters were rude. We attempted several times to reach out to Osnat to resolve this issue and still have not heard back. Also, upon agreeing on a set payment amount, including gratuity, she tried to screw us with gratuity after paying deposit, saying we have to pay 22-25% when originally agreeing on 20%, which 20% is fairly generous, after it was written on paper, and we have proof. I hope this review comes in handy for any future guests at this restaurant. Please be careful and have everything recorded and written. On a side note, Bissaleh is super over priced. This steakhouse had very poor service. I was surprised at the lack of attentiveness for an establishment of this caliber. Our server, Daniel, couldn't perform basic duties like have good customer service. He had very poor energy, customer service and continuously apologized after all of his mishaps. My table ordered the steak which was very good, the ribs which were good. The kids burger is the size of a quarter. The sweet potato mash was not good at all. The green beans were cold but more tasty. The steak made it to my table before the bread we ordered. In addition, they were out of dishes and the server wasn't very knowledgeable. I've heard of the "south beach" attitude but this was beyond bad. Other guests walking out also said the service was poor. The service was superb, A special thanks to Jorge and earnesto for taking such great care of us. We ordered many items on the menu, but our absolute favorites were the chicken salad, the chicken pate, the baby lamb chops, the short ribs, and the wagu beef. The sushi was so fresh and all the sides were spectacular as well. The desserts were top notch and worth every calorie! Make sure you stop by and check out this beautiful spot. I realize we were there during a very busy week, however our waiter had an attitude and would not actually let us order for 30 minutes. After we finally did, they delivered our shared appetizers all at different times so no one was eating together, and after an hour and half there was still no sign of our food. This is a busy week every year and the managers knew to expect this beforehand. So they should have adequately been staffed. This was one of the worst dining experiences we have ever had in our lives. For someone who dines out often and usually only leaves a review for excellent experiences, I felt that I couldn't just let this bad experience slide. The first warning sign should have been that it was COMPLETELY empty on a Saturday night at 8pm. We chose to eat here because everyone was starving and it was the only place with seating. We honestly would have been better off going to the Carousel Club for tacos and pizza. So let's get started on all you need to know before coming to this place: *The staff barely came around and spend most of the time in a huge group chatting up front. *They gave us attitude about a deal that THEY offer where they give you a free bottle of wine with two entrees if you signup for their emails. *The food is soooo expensive. I usually don't mind paying a lot if I'm getting quality food, but this is complete robbery. *My breaded chicken breast and mashed potatoes cost $38 and was very average. *My husband ordered an $80 bone in ribeye that was basically brought to him still alive and had barely any condiments. He loves ribeye and couldn't even stomach finishing this one. It's absolute theft to charge $80 for a steak that is complete garbage. *The waitress almost brought out the two things our friend asked her about when he had only decided on one so he just had to deal with eating the first thing he asked about even though it wasn't what he finally ordered. *They didn't even ask if we wanted dessert (which we definitely didn't after our atrocious dinner) and took over 15 minutes to bring the bill after we had to get up and ask for it and then took about another 20 figuring out how to split it. The one plus that I would give them is that the restaurant is pretty, but I read another review that said it was exactly what the past restaurant had set up there. Steaks are pretty good. Not cheap but pretty good. The rest could use some finesse. Service is terrible, they don't know what they're doing. Management needs to pay better attention not this very important aspect of restaurant business. I don't believe they will last longer than 1 year unless they get this under control.
