The order was for a toasted bagel. The food was very expensive. A 12oz milkshake was $10. Despite a lengthy absence, I was presented a POS devise with the total and a second screen for a tip. Only after I asked and was told there was a 20% service fee already added into the bill. Had I not asked, he would have let me tip double.
