The food was just spectacular! So many options and such creative spins that tasted out of this world. Everything was served hot and fresh. My guests RAVED all night long about how amazing the food was. Several took food home and the texts rolled in the next day as well. On top of that, the staff was just amazing. So personable, friendly, accommodating, while working quickly and efficiently. Everyone enjoyed hanging out and talking with them while ordering. I specifically sought out to try one of them. SWAT's menu specializes in stuffed burgers and they have some very creative options. I was looking for something lighter and healthier so I went with Smash Time. Their menu consists of different taco variations + apps like bacon wrapped pierogies and Rockefeller frites. I wasn't in love with the prices (apps were $6 and tacos sold 2 for $10 or 3 for $12) as it prohibited me from trying an app along with a taco without spending at least $16 on lunch. Comparatively, SWAT appeared to be priced well with unique burger creations ranging from $8 to $10 along with $3 sides. I ordered the gangnam style tacos with roast pork, kimchi and chili sauce. The pork was flavorful, but it felt like a taco I could make myself at home. Nothing really stood out from the large, competitive taco game - normal flour tortilla, some cabbage and what tasted like store bought chili sauce. It was ok but it did not make me wanna dance gangnam style. I would be back to try the rockefeller frites (the lady in front ordered them and they looked awesome), but I won't seek this food truck out specifically amongst the bunch.

All the food in our group was excellent. We had the cucumber/tomato salad, a meal called This is Cleveland, pulled pork sandwich, potato salad & leafy greens. The cucumber salad has of course cucumbers as well as tomatoes, onion, chick peas, feta & cilantro in a light vinegar sauce. Refreshing! The " This is Cleveland" is 3 meats (ribs, pulled pork and Kielbasa over a bed of sauerkraut (spicy cabbage) and was fantastic as well. The pulled pork sandwich with potato salad was piled high with juicy pork with some slaw on a bun and it too was delicious! There are a wide selection of beer as well as a selection of bourbon & whiskey that goes from your average to high brow selections. I got the one here for $12.50. Wooof. I won't be ordering that again. I got a side of $7.50 potato salad. At least it was eatable. For the main course, I had the $58 giant beef rib. This is the first time we tried this food truck and we really enjoyed it! The people working the food truck were like a well oiled machine. They had a good long line, but they worked at a constant pace to keep up with the orders. I had my eye set on the Po' boy and it did not disappoint! The price was really good for the size Po'boy they serve! It took me a minute to figure out how to pick it up without the coleslaw and fries falling off! But I was determined and I prevailed! My advice is to get lots of napkins! The gentleman and lady that we're working the truck were nice enough to let me take their picture while they were working hard to get out the orders. The only disappointment was that they did not serve drinks. So after I waited in line to get my sandwich, I had to go somewhere else and wait in line to get a drink.
