Me and my husband came here for our anniversary and had the best time. The service was top notch. The servers and bartender were so kind and accommodating. The lemon drop flight was delicious & refreshing. The ambiance was perfect for a romantic night with live R&B, comfortable seating, and mood lighting. For food I got the salmon bites. I don't know how the breading was made but I'm addicted. It was deliciously crispy and the sauce...yum. My husband got the hot honey wings and they were cooked to perfection. I've been here a few times. I heard the menu changed. I like going on live nights. Entertainment is great. Nice happy hour food and drinks. Food on the other hand. I had a few meals( we love to eat) Cajun chicken pasta wasn't good to me Chicken Philly was good just needed more meat or smaller bread Taste was good, fries good Lobster bites was hard and kinda salty but really tough. Intriguing idea but a miss. Flight attendants as waitresses, dolled up and looking amazing, tailoring your experience to a flight but the food was a near miss for me, the atmosphere was loud and wasn't as clean as I'd hoped. Went on a Sunday during brunch hours, pushed too much of a bar scene vibe with loud music and the Montecarlo sandwich wasn't that tasty. 3 stars for the waitresses and their AMAZING attitudes. read more

I was completely befuddled by the lack of service and knowledge of the staff in this place. If they weren't conveniently located at street level in the Hyatt Regency where people assume some level of competence, they would have closed a long time ago. For a place that plays on the flight theme in their name, they have shockingly few beer and wine options. In fact, they were confused when I asked why I was receiving my red wine in a champagne glass. Watched a group of four sit down beside us at the bar and, between bad service and seeing what we were served get up and flee. Avoid this place at all costs. The service is what made me give this place a solid three, if it was just for service i would give a 5, but i felt the food was overpriced for what felt like very commercial nothing extraordinary food. We were really hoping this experience would be a success. The concept was really cool but it was a complete fail on implementation. The menu online didnt match what was available so we should have just left. But optimisitcally, We entered the restuarant, that was nearly empty and each ordered a cocktail and a cobb salad to split. My cocktail was very watered down and my wifes was just not right at all, literally had no flavor. It was advertised as a gin drink served in a coupe glass with edible flowers. It was a 16 dollar flavorless insult served in a tall wide water glass full of ice with a thick straw. Inexplicable. No restaurant with standards would serve this. We waited a LONG time for bad drinks and a salad was that was not fresh and mediocre. To add insult to injury, they add a 15% gratuity to your check unadvertised. Im sure they have to bc no one would tip this nightmare. We had planned to order dinner but got pizza next door instead. Highly recommend avoiding this place. Save yourself and don't go. read more

Marshall tried to make it better. However I was underwhelmed. Nice place, could be a great ambience, cute concept and friendly staff. The drinks were cool. The food, ugh... my friend ordered the empanadas which was really 1 cut in half. It looked like dog food to me... like minced taco meat and refried beans mushed together. I had the calamari that was recommended. I was told it was some of the best, but for me, some of the worst! It was not crispy and it was greasy. I don't know who the chef is, but they need some work. I really would like to find a single positive thing to say about this restaurant. Once you enter off Euclid Avenue you're greeted with ear piercing music from ceiling mounted PA speakers aimed at the upper dining area. If it's winter and you can't get a seat in the back toward the Arcade, move on. There's no heat by the front windows. Gotta go to the restrooms, you need to leave the restaurant and go down a flight of stairs to the basement of the Arcade. And don't forget to request the code for door or you'll need to ask the homeless people hanging out there for it. The menu? Everything is deep fried. Ok but good lol' southern fried chicken is not available! Portions are small and cost more than double what they should. Same for the cocktails. I hope my review helps the owners save another business on Euclid Avenue from failure. read more

This was a very interesting experience. I went here with my family of 5 and we had to wait a very long time to even get seated already a red flag. We get our table and the menu has not too many items the kids menu had 2 options. Unbelievable! We had to wait a long time to even get our food and then 2 of my family members got their food and then the rest of my family members got their food. The food portion is very small for the price it is. The only good thing I would have to say is I like the atmosphere. read more

I was really excited about this place. It's a really cool concept and I couldn't wait to try it. I was seated 30 minutes late for my reservation. And then they tried to see me away from the entertainment. Why would I come to a place that has live music make a reservation to be by the live music and then not sit by the live music? The service was terrible. Everybody was super rude to me, including the manager the people that sent me my server everything. And for the price of the food, it was very OK. Nothing exciting about it. We went in for Brunch without a reservation. We were told free mimosas for Brunch. Server said we had to have a reservation to get that. We ordered coffee and were told they were out. Then when our food came out it was given to another table that came in after us. Service was slow and our waiter seemed irritated to be working. Was not a good experience and would not recommend. Had a great experience our first time there. Bri was a great server. What people don't know was we were coming from my daughters gravesite as this was her 22nd bday. When we walked in one of the girls told my mom how cute she looked and it really made her day. Food is very overpriced. Service is slow. Restaurant automatically includes 18% gratuity on all bills for parties of 2 or more. When we ordered a martini, we were asked what kind of vodka we wanted. First, let me say this: The concept of this establishment is spot on. To be honest, I was going to give it four stars because of the singer (She rocked), and the wait staff was extremely friendly and nice. However, the manager killed it for me. As a former bar manager and currently in the service and hospitality industry, managers must assess the establishment and make decisions accordingly. It was my birthday weekend, and we made two separate reservations. They have two shows, so we made one reservation for us at the 7 pm show and another reservation for a larger party at the 9 pm show. When we arrived at 7 pm, there were 6 or 8 people in the establishment, so we made 10. All was well; we ordered drinks and calamari. We enjoyed the music and really enjoyed ourselves. Fast forward to about 8:30 pm, and some of our guests started to arrive. We were sitting at a small table for two, so we asked if we could move to the larger area. There was some hesitation, but they agreed to move us after we explained the situation with the two reservations. So here is where things got really awkward... the manager got on the microphone after the set was over and was basically like, y'all have to leave. I understand there are two shows. Still, the establishment was practically empty, my larger party made the place look packed, and how are you going to kick someone out of an establishment when, for one, it's not like we purchased tickets to see the singer; that happens to be a benefit of patronizing the establishment, two if that is the policy, as a manager I would have expected you to observe that your establishment was nowhere near capacity. I even asked the hostess if they were expecting additional patrons for the evening, and she replied, "Maybe some walk-ins," which tells me the reservations were probably done for the night since the 9 pm show had already started. After he made the announcement on the mic, he had the audacity to approach my larger party to ask them to leave when they had just arrived for the 9 pm show. This further tells me he wasn't paying attention to the room, nor did he understand what was going on. I get it: managers can't be in multiple places at one time, but that's why you rely on the staff to paint the picture for you. The manager appeared to have just wanted to clear the establishment, not knowing that my party of 10 was the largest group in the building. He blew a perfect opportunity to ensure my guests were comfortable and capitalized on a potential profit from my guests. However, because of the treatment, we left and patronized another establishment. MAJOR FAILURE on the manager. read more

The steaks were so small, they don't even give you a knife or fork to eat it. It's quite literally the size of a McNugget. Atmosphere and service is amazing, we just weren't a fan of the food or the highway robbery prices of the food. read more

Flight is definitely a vibe, from the music to the food, to the general atmosphere. I had a chance to visit during their grand opening and I was not disappointed. My favorite dish was the wings, which were cooked to perfection - meaning they were well done and tasty! I also had the fish & chips which was delicious as well. The outside had a seasoned crispy coating, while the inside was delicate and flakey. It came with fresh cut fries and a house made tartar sauce. During my meal, there was live music. We had a party of 6, we were told that we could not be seated until our entire party arrived - which is standard. There isn't a lobby and standing outside was not an option - the bugs were overwhelming for me - UGH! Once our ENTIRE party arrived, we were seated. Our server (Myricle) was very friendly and nice! Myricle could have been more attentive. When our appetizers came out, I initially told them that we had no utensils - 10 minutes later our entrees came out and still no utensils - UGH! The calamari was over cook :( , the Louisiana Cajun pasta was BLAND, no creole flavoring at all. The glaze on the salmon was FANTASTIC - Kudos to that cook! Brunch here was very delightful, we had the breakfast polish boy 9/10, and lamb chops, eggs, potatoes and grits 9/10. The food was hot when it came out and there were no issues with what we requested everything was done right the first time. The service was good, there was one item miscommunicated, one person said they did have it the other said they didn't. Not sure which it was. Not that big of a deal. I had the flight drinks which were $40 they were ok. Hot honey wings & fries were $25. They call them wings but they were wing dings. They were ok not enough sauce on them. My total came up to $83 and they add the gratuity. Services was good the place was clean.
