We chose this place over Einstein's because it was on the way to where we were going and I like trying local places when I'm visiting somewhere. It took a really long time to get our food, which sometimes happens with pizza bagels at other places. But then they forgot to put cream cheese and my daughter's bagel which luckily I was able to get fixed before we left. When I finally got to open mine after driving to our destination, I realized they put American cheese (my least favorite cheese) on my bagel when I asked for just cream cheese. I've been to Cocky's in the flats twice now and had an even greater experience this time around. I love how the bagel sandwich menu lets you pick between multiple bagel options with a unique "jalapeno cheddar" option that looks and tastes made to order in that they take pickled jalapeños and melt cheddar cheese on top. First time I got the Italian and the steak egg cheese. This time I got the loaded big daddy breakfast. Loved the Italian but "super loved" the big daddy. It was disappointing, especially considering a 20% gratuity was automatically added to the bill. I don't mind automatic tips in general, but it should be clearly communicated upfront, either by the staff or visibly posted. We order 2 bagels waited 45 mins. Still never got them. Heard the cooks yelling if they had are order like it was lost. The north Olmsted location is still busy but it's a lot easier to find parking and get a table than the flats location. Keep in mind, bagels do take about 10-15 minutes from order to your table but they are delicious. There aren't bagel sandwiches like cocky around here. The sandwiches are creative and the menu options are large. The ingredients do taste fresh and there is a good ratio of toppings to bread. They are known for their jalaeverything which is an everything bagel with jalapeños on top. MUST HAVE. It's so good and I don't know anywhere else that sells it. read more

Nice selection available for vegans and meat lovers with a cool space to hangout in. I got the jalapeño everything bagel with the popper cream cheese and it a great amount of heat while still being very flavorful. The açaí bowl was large and came in a plastic container which is nice for leftovers. Orders are taken at the counter by a friendly staff member. They will bring your food out to you when it's ready. The service is always really good! I couldn't even pick a favorite item. I love "the sausage party for breakfast. If I could do NEGATIVE stars for service, I would. I work at a hospital, so you know we order food a lot (through Door dash and other apps). The nurses and I ordered food from Cocky's for the second and last time. The food here is so good but I feel like I have to be there and supervise to ensure my order is correct and organized. Both orders we spent over $100 and yesterday was the last time. We ordered different items including kettle chips that were not homemade but still charged $2.50, sandwiches THAT WERE MADE WRONG, 4 orders of buffalo chicken dip and bagel chips that were ROCK HARD and thrown in ONE giant bag that needed to be split up amongst nursing. Last time we ordered Gluten free bagel chips with our Buffalo chicken dip, along with other flavors of bagel chips and those were not included. Just plain. AND WE HAVE TO PAY EXTRA FOR GLUTEN FREE!! Needless to say, my coworker could not have eat her food due to unknown gluten. Then after ordering $100 worth of food, NOTHING WAS LABELED with names after we specifically called and asked them to do that. I mean honestly, after spending so much money and hyping up my coworkers to get Cocky's both times, this was a horrible disappointment. No one knew whose food was whose. And when we called the first time to talk to someone, it was impossible to reach anyone. Then when we did speak to someone, they simply said "sorry". SORRY?! Do you know how much door dash is? I expect to get cold food when receiving it on someone else's time, but completely wrong food?? Food made incorrectly, that someone has an allergy to... and you say SORRY? No, we want a refund. Half of us spent money and didn't get to eat. The customer service sucks and I work at multiple hospitals, so I will be sure to let them all know that Cockys does not care about their customers. read more

The kitchen staff were friendly and quick, given the amount of pickup, in-house and to-go orders they received. I opted for take out and the sandwiches snd fries stayed hot, which is no easy feat, for the drive home. I ordered the Turkey Club on an everything bagel, an avocado everything bagel with fried egg, with 2 sides of fries. Clearly, they were delicious, I never got the chance to take a picture. The avocado was fresh, seasoned perfectly and the Cocky's sauce had the right amount of kick. Loved it!
