Maple sausage bagel with egg add bacon

I had a maple sausage bagel with egg and I added bacon. It was delicious. The service was good and fast. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was a nice clean place.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

I've been to Cocky's in the flats twice now and had an even greater experience this time around. I love how the bagel sandwich menu lets you pick between multiple bagel options with a unique "jalapeno cheddar" option that looks and tastes made to order in that they take pickled jalapeños and melt cheddar cheese on top. First time I got the Italian and the steak egg cheese. This time I got the loaded big daddy breakfast. Loved the Italian but "super loved" the big daddy. The hashbrown paired with the herbed cream cheese was a great addition...and the bagels were hot and soft which I prefer in a sandwich.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Place was hopping.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Coffee was absolute crap.but the bagels were next level and they're the closest bagel shop to me outside of a 25m drive. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place was really busy so there was quite a bit of garbage on the floor[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] and I'm sure with as much foot traffic they have it's hard to keep up with but I would still recommend this place due to the funky good food and unique vibe.

The bagel itself is mid but the fillings inside are delicious! The vegan bacon and the egg are some of the best I've had. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place was cute.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]They have some couches off to the side for waiting and lounging.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] And ample parking!

Was really excited to try this place, it combines two of my favorite things: bagels and booze. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The outdoor area is great, and the indoor bar overlooks the patio, creating a laid-back, inviting vibe.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The bagels did not disappoint. I ordered The Big Daddy, which came stacked with bacon, sausage, egg, a hash brown, and garlic herb cream cheese. The hash brown really elevated the sandwich. I'd recommend adding it to any sandwich that doesn't already include it. The only downside was the service. Despite the place being nearly empty, the staff showed little attention or care. It was disappointing, especially considering a 20% gratuity was automatically added to the bill. I don't mind automatic tips in general, but it should be clearly communicated upfront, either by the staff or visibly posted. I usually tip above 20%, but the lack of transparency and service made it feel off-putting. Unfortunately, that experience might keep me from returning or recommending it to others.

The Frenchie -- bacon (instead of sausage), cheddar cheese, a hashbrown, egg, and maple syrup

[[HIGHLIGHT]]This was a really cute indoor/outdoor breakfast spot in the Flats![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My friends went here for brunch and got the Frenchie (pictured) and a regular bagel with garlic and herb cream cheese spread. Both were delicious and service was good. Only four stars because their soda was flat and it was kind of expensive for a bagel place because of the service component ($17 for one Frenchie + a soda + tip). I would definitely go back again though. ** they do have Coke products which is always a huge plus for me

The bagel itself was made well and the bake was perfect, but the cream cheese was too much with the bacon and egg. I got the coffee and it was 5 dollars of the worst coffee i have ever had. It tasted burnt.

The north Olmsted location is still busy but it's a lot easier to find parking and get a table than the flats location. Keep in mind, bagels do take about 10-15 minutes from order to your table but they are delicious. There aren't bagel sandwiches like cocky around here. The sandwiches are creative and the menu options are large. The ingredients do taste fresh and there is a good ratio of toppings to bread. They are known for their jalaeverything which is an everything bagel with jalapeños on top. MUST HAVE. It's so good and I don't know anywhere else that sells it.

Nice selection available for vegans and meat lovers with a cool space to hangout in. I got the jalapeño everything bagel with the popper cream cheese and it a great amount of heat while still being very flavorful. The açaí bowl was large and came in a plastic container which is nice for leftovers. Orders are taken at the counter by a friendly staff member. Best part is that they do give back to the community, which is how I found out about them. I highly recommend checking this place out when it comes to your bagel needs!

Sausage Party and the hash brown is perfection!

I've been to Cocky's so many times over the years. They specialize in bagels sandwiches! When you enter you order and pay at the counter, and then pick your seat. They will bring your food out to you when it's ready. The service is always really good! I couldn't even pick a favorite item. I love "the sausage party for breakfast. I recently tried their breakfast hash browns- perfection!! For lunch I like either the "dirty" or the "cocky's club". I've also had the Mac n cheese bite. One thing I think is really cool is they are vegan friendly! They have 5 vegan bagel sandwiches to choose from.

Second time years later and it's STILL amazing! Bagels warm and so so good I'll be coming back

Overall the burger was pretty tasty, the star of the show was definitely the beef patty that tasted homemade and was well seasoned. Cheese was grilled and therefore melts, it was great. What let this dish down honestly to me was the bun. They advertised it as a fresh bun, never frozen; although I agreed that it didn't taste like it had been frozen previously, the bun was served to me cold! So to me it wasn't fresh. At least they could've heated the bun up a bit by, oh I don't know, maybe putting it on top of the grill. Get that grill marks, you know. So that kinda let down the whole thing a bit. Another point deduction definitely came from the price they charged. $11 for a regular-sized cheeseburger to me was a bit much. And the size was not that big either.

Sweating profusely, I walked towards the cashier and asked her what she recommended. She said the 'High Rise Burger' - without a second thought or glance at the menu, I acquiesced and ordered it. The high rise burger ($10) was delicious although my senses may have been clouded by thoughts of the cashier. Succulent pulled pork piled on top of a fresh beef patty with onions and slaw. The beef patty was cooked perfectly with just the right amount of texture and juice. Tasted like being at a summer cookout in the backyard. I came to learn that it was their first day ever at Walnut Wednesday and it is run by an ex-firefighter chef. Cool looking truck, yummy food and cute cashier. Go to Firehouse grilling co next time you see their truck around!

The broth that comes with it was great. The bok choy was cooked perfectly, and the noodles are soft as well. The beef was very tender and complements the contents of the dish. I have yet to visit the restaurant, so this review is for the food truck. I first discovered the food truck at the Beachwood Truck Park (now closed). I then rediscovered the food truck during the World on Stage Concert at the Cleveland Cultural Gardens this weekend. Both memorable food experiences! Food: My order during the latest visit included Chicken Tocino ($17) and Ube Cheesecake Cookie ($5). I felt like the food was much tastier the second time around. Chicken Tocino included generous serving of meat and was perfectly marinated. The dish was so plentiful with egg, meat, rice, and marinated veggies. I ate with my eyes closed! Ube Cookie always satisfies my soul. It had a good amount of Ube, was sweet, and delicious. If I wasn't already very full, I'd go for seconds. Almost forgot, you get a buzzer/pager that rings when your food is ready. It's a great idea for large scale events and venues where the truck might be. Service: Everyone working the food truck was nice. Asked me about my meal, wished me a pleasant meal, and provided me with to go bag for my leftovers. Interactions were very warm and friendly. Find the food truck: Street Food Finder site will allow you to find their food truck locations. You can mostly find them at Lakewood Truck Park. By the way, cash is the preferred payment method. Credit cards are accepted. I look forward to visiting the restaurant and further exploring all the menu. I also want to see if the brick and mortar location also has cute palm vibes like the food truck. I'll certainly catch Parilya food truck around the town too!
