Came in for a family dinner on a Saturday night. Service was decent enough, beer selection good, plenty of food options for everyone and food was pretty decent.

Great location and environment. They also have a nice private room for larger groups that can be reserved. My expectations on the gnocchi were pretty low. I knowingly broke a rule I have of never ordering Italian from a place where Italian isn't the primary focus. The gnocchi itself wasn't that bad. The sauce left a lot to be desired. I'd definitely go again based on some of the other meals I saw.

Food was very good. Was loud because trivia was going on. Nice vibes and good to see people having fun.

A hidden gem! And one of the best chicken ceaser wraps, I've had in a while. Located on Whiting Street , Bistro 24 is in the little Plainville village. The street is filled with small local restaurants. But I'm happy I decided to peek into this one. I went in on an unusually busy evening and ironically wanted something quick. The server was very honest and polite about the back up in the kitchen while running 3 different parties. They made me a drink to start with refreshing blueberries so I couldn't even be upset. Our waitress was phenomenal and suggested the stuffed mushrooms on the specials menu and they were big and had real crab meat in them. I was impressed. As I mentioned I was hungry and wanted something quick so we ordered a couple sandwiches, one being my new obsession the chicken ceaser wrap (with tater tots) and the other was a grilled chicken pesto sandwich on a ciabatta bread with sweet potato fries. Both were so yummy. I'm a dipper so I asked for a side of ranch and it was homemade and I ended up requesting an extra one to go with my leftovers because that's how good it was! Kudos to Bistro 24, I can't wait to go back and try one of their entrees!

Waitress was great: polite and attentive. It was a slow Thursday night after 7/30-food took A bit long to come out. However the food was very good.

We had a very nice meal. The ambience is cozy, modern feel and the service is friendly. We went early for dinner to avoid the Friday night rush so it was quieter than normal. We started with the fried calamari which was really good, crispy and not greasy. Fit our entrees we gad the chicken Parmesan and the chicken Milanese. Large portions and tasty.

The food was really well prepared. The seafood was fresh and cooked well. The octopus appetizer was tender and flavorful. The bistro shrimp was simple yet delicious. The atmosphere was festive and cozy. We sat to the left behind the bar and had great service. I will definitely returning!!

Had dinner last night with my husband, we shared the grilled octopus, mediterranean style for an app, it was delicious and is actually plenty for an actual meal. My husband had the NY strip was cooked just the way he likes it, the veggies were good. Ihad the scallops, they were cooked very well, the parmesan risotto was a tad under and a little to a dente. Got dessert to go, cheesecake, chocolate cake and pistachio cream pie hit the spot after we got home, cudoos to Nonnies bakery

Food was quite good, as was the service; even on a fairly busy night. Definitely worth a go!

But they also have a nice Mexican food menu, which is what my husband ordered and he really loved all the tacos and nachos he got--he was talking about them the next day! All very reasonably priced as well. The diner had nice lighting and was spotlessly clean, including the bathrooms. Most of the seating is spacious and comfortable booths, so you don't have to be sitting too close to anyone else. The food came out pretty quickly and the service was excellent. Greeted warmly by our server, the coffee was served and it was fresh and delicious. I drink mine in black and I could taste the flavors. Some of the best coffee I've had in a long time. Diner style and delicious. I ordered the bacon, egg and cheese sandwich on an English muffin. The egg was perfectly fried, along with the white American cheese, and tasteful bacon. Unfortunately, the bacon missed the mark, as it wasn't crispy. It was soggy. And the English muffin was very small and un toasted. It seemed to me like it was microwaved. How can you not toast an English muffin? So the sandwich itself was not solid whatsoever. But looking around at the breakfast platters, they look delicious and all of my friends seem to enjoy what they ordered. So just a quick note to the owners and the chef and the cooks, toast, the damn English muffin, please! Crispy bacon would be nothing out of the ordinary to ask This place is solid, looking around at the different orders for breakfast, I look forward to returning again and giving it another shot

This little unassuming place deserves every one of them! As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a very friendly man at the counter who seated us and brought menus. He turned out to be very helpful finding out this was our first time here. The store was well lit and clean. The tables were well spaced and not crowded in. My wife stuck to our tradition and ordered the RT 10 Dog with the spicy relish on the side. (Which was great for me) I couldn't resist The Hungry Bull burger. We'll just have to come back again for me to try their hotdogs. The 10' hot dog is a Martin Rosol's so the foundation of this hot dog is super strong. The sauerkraut was tasty and full flavored and just the right amount of mustard. My wife tried the spicy relish, that our server cheerfully supplied on the side, and it was a little too hot for her liking. Bonus for me. I got to put it on my burger. My burger came out stacked on a sturdy Brioche Roll with American cheese, onion straws and some very tasty horseradish crema. My burger was juicy and full of flavor. The onion straws brought the right amount of crunch. Halfway through I began to add in the spicy relish. Amazing. We got fries and onion rings and shared. The fries were big, crisp on the outside and creamy on the inside. Just the way I like them. The onion rings were amazing. I like when you bite into an onion ring and the whole onion doesn't come sliding out. These were perfect. Very good crunch and flavor. We have already decided that we will be back. I can't wait to try the hot dogs and the chicken sandwiches that were also calling my name.

I had a meatball sub, and my goodness, it was the best I've had in years; a perfect balance of sauce so that the meatballs didn't get overwhelmed. My husband had a chili dog and was gobsmacked at how they managed to elevate a seemingly straightforward dish. They used toasted bread, and the chili was the perfect amount. My son got one of their burgers and absolutely devoured it. Finally, their fries and onion rings are some of the best I've had in a while. I'm bummed that we are only in CT to visit family once a year, because this would definitely be added to our regular treat rotation.

The aioli was delicious and went well with the tots. The sunny side comes with a hollandaise so I figured poached eggs would go best. The eggs were perfectly runny. My two complaints: I could have used a bit more hash browns under the eggs. I asked for a side of toast because there weren't enough potatoes to soak up the yolk with. The hollandaise has good flavor but arrives a bit watery and foamy. It also seems like they serve unsalted whipped butter? I could be wrong but my buttered toast was bland. Overall, I will definitely come again. The coffee was good, there are other dishes I want to try, and our server, Meikhi was so nice and attentive. He's very personable and matched the energy of each of his tables.

Our waiter Elijah had a cool vibe and was attentive. For drinks, I ordered their Valentine's Day special cocktail which was tasty and pretty. I would definitely order again. We also ordered the Cajun tacos which were also very flavorful and good balance of flavors. Would also order again. For our entrees, I ordered the Braised Short Rib Grilled Cheese with truffle fries. It was so delicious. I love that it was on sourdough bread and the cheddar cheese (I think it was cheddar) made every bite just so good. The fries were not the truffle that I was expecting. Instead of oil I think they used a seasoning so it was a little salty but I found that I couldn't stop eating them. My boyfriend ordered the bacon burger with pork belly and massive onion rings. He did say that he wish he ordered what I got and he said the pork belly was a little too crispy for his liking. Overall, I would recommend Five Corners Bistro. The small restaurant was like a deli with several tables inside and a lovely outdoor patio that really elevated its overall atmosphere. We placed our order at the inside counter and grabbed a table outside. Throughout our visit, we experienced extremely pleasant and gracious service from Fina and a young man, both of whom were cooking and delivering the food. Though this caused things to move on the slower side, they really had their system down to a science, managing our meals and the several takeout orders that I saw being collected. The lunch menu had various salads, sandwiches, and burgers on offer. I selected the Chicken Gyro, which used a real grilled chicken breast that had been sliced, rather than those pre-cut strips that always seem to contain fillers. The chicken was a tad dry, but the homemade tzatziki sauce, which was heavily infused with dill, helped to add moisture to the sandwich. I had opted for a whole wheat wrap, rather than a pita, and I loved that they had lightly toasted the completed dish, even with its inclusion of romaine lettuce and diced tomatoes. That method gave the wrap an improved texture and a slight crunch. I sampled a few of my companion's fries, which were thin, crispy, and had a real rustic flavor that resembled potato skins. They were great! Fina's Kitchen was a real gem, hidden among an industrial area and catering to the local businesses. It was a great find!
