The sauce you guys use for this was fantastic. It's was a great burger and I would 100% recommend this to anyone. Fries- waffle fries with salt and pepper on them basic fries can't mess them up right to go with a burger. I would say think about adding some Cajun fries to your menu spicy them up little bit I think you'll be a great addition to your menu. My husband and I have brought our kids here to eat on several occasions. I have some food allergies that prohibits me from being able to eat much here...but the things I can eat, are well made and fresh! My kids always get the Atari burger while my husband likes the bacon cheeseburger (I forget what it's called on the menu). I personally love their sweet potato fries; especially since not many places offer them. But the ordering process is super simple and easy to use. Each table has a stand with a QR code to scan. It'll take you to their menu. Simple add the items you want and there are also boxes where you can type and special instructions/requests. I'm sure if needed, the employees at the front would be happy to assist those of us who aren't very tech savvy or just prefer to talk to someone. Every time I've been here, the employees have been so nice. While you wait and even during your meal, we all enjoy the fact that there are games to play for free. My boys of course love playing the arcade style games but especially when our food comes, we like to play games as a family such as taking turns seeing who can remember the most color sequences in Simon Says. I am a 90's baby so I enjoy just looking at all the memorabilia on the walls of toys, games and tv shows I grew up with. I had the BEST Burger I think I have ever eaten. I ordered the Morning After Burger with Sweet Potato Waffle Fries, my Daughter's ordered the Chicken Philly and Little Bit Burger with Tots and let me just say everything was amazing! We shared a Strawberry Milkshake that my youngest Daughter said was the best Milkshake she has ever had. It was sooooo good! I did not get a milkshake but they looked amazing. *Here is my biggest problem with Bit Burger. I came on a Sunday afternoon at 1pm and the music playing was extremely distasteful. This a very unique little restaurant. I had no idea it was there until I came across a Yelp review. That sparked my interest! It was super busy inside and with to-go orders. It was absolutely spotless, which is probably more important than anything. Talk about a trip down memory lane... just looking around, the decor reminded me of so many things I haven't thought of in decades. This is a great place for adults and children. They were playing 80s music while I was there, and I really enjoyed it. We got two 8-Bit Burgers and potato salads to-go. The food was great. The burger was bigger than I expected. I ate half of it and saved the rest for dinner. I was only there for about 20 minutes, but I left knowing that I would be back. Next time, we will dine in. Onion rings were good but the burgers were extremely greasy. Mine came out in a pool of grease and it just was unappetizing due to the amount of oil on the burger and toppings. For being a labeled kids place on Yelp they should really have a kids menu and why on earth would they put a kids menu on a bar/ restaurant is beyond me. We visited Bit Burger for the first time on a Saturday night. It wasn't too busy and the place is kind of small in a untypical location. We walked in and we're greeted promptly with menus and told the process of picking a table come back to order. All was well and the restaurant was clean. We settled for a big byte burger and a mega man with fries and drinks. Paid up what I consider to be a normal price point and waited for the food. Didn't have to wait too long and the food was out, hot and fresh made. I have eaten at some very good burger places and Bit Burger is right there at the top of my list of places to go. Good thing it's right around the corner as I see this being our go to place for burgers. The burgers were so good. I was expecting a mess from the mega man but it was surprisedly easy to eat without getting it everywhere but your mouth. The portions were perfect! He was convinced it was just a store selling video games, so we went in to check it out. I was right! It is the absolute best ole school burger joint in Knoxville! It immediately took us back to the 80s! Every arcade game we ever played was there. The walls had posters of every movie and movie star from the 80s and 90s. We immediately began playing arcade games. He played and I watched just like we would have in middle school. It was the most romantic time and to top it off, the food was awesome!!!! I've been here about half a dozen times since they opened, and left a google review before. First, their staff members are so kind and helpful. Any question I've had about gluten free items they have helped with quickly & kindly! I even forgot to order my special bun once and they wouldn't let me pay for it when I realized. Just brought me a fresh one, no question, even when they were busy. Their food tastes absolutely thoughtful. The pickles have real flavor. The gluten free buns are toasted and soft at the same time. The cheese is always perfectly melted and doesn't taste cheap. It may be more expensive than a fast food burger, but it is worth every single penny!!! It was okay, burgers were fine, tots were your basic frozen fried tots. No kids menu, and it didn't really feel like they wanted kids there, although it's a video game themed place? Compared to other locations we've been around Knoxville, it was pricy for what you get. But I can say, as a new resident, it was the first place we didn't feel that southern love that Knoxville does so well. My husband said "maybe we just aren't cool enough for this place". One of the better burgers I've had in Knoxville. I'd highly recommend the Megaman burger. The Alabama white bbq sauce is very unique with a nice zesty and tangy flavor. Perfectly toasted buns, thick cut bacon, perfectly seasoned burger. This place was lights out good. The potato latkes were also fantastic with their ranch.
