This place is a great blast from the past. My family and I have eaten here a couple of times and really enjoyed the atmosphere. The music will set you back to the 80s as well as the toys pictures and video games. The burgers are well-made delicious and fun. The only negative I have about that burger is the cost. The burgers are a bit expensive. The atmosphere makes up for the additional expense. I have not tried one of their milkshakes yet but after seeing two customers next to us get them they are definitely on my radar for next time. They were over the top impressive. read more

If I would have reviewed them the first time we went, I would have given five stars. However, now that we have been back twice more, I can't rate that high. The menu items are a bit over priced for the size that you get, something that has changed within the past year. I keep seeing reviews that say the food is amazing. That wasn't our experience. We got the 1-up burger and the Kong burger, cheese curds, and 2 fountain drinks. Our total was $48. The Kong burger wasn't bad, it was mediocre. The 1-up burger was very bland. The toppings were fresh, but the meat in both burgers tasted like they had no seasoning, not even salt and pepper. Both the sweet potato fries and tater tots were top tier, so was their ranch. On the atmosphere aspect, the feel of the place was great. It's a great, quirky environment which a lot of people seem to love. Overall, I probably won't be back. I had high expectations since I've heard many people rave about it, but it just didn't live up to those (or anywhere close)... especially for almost $50 before a tip. read more

Our experience here was good and so was the food! The atmosphere is really cool there is tons to look at. One con is that you could be eating at a table and right next to you a child is playing one of the arcade games but to others that's not such a big deal! Menu looked fantastic - vegan options and sweet potato fries. It's a nice concept and friendly staff but food was a huge disappointment. I had the 256 Vegan which is an Impossible burger with (allegedly) homemade pickles. The burger looked and tasted like it had been microwaved. The sweet potato fries were burnt and tasted like they had been cooked in old oil or reheated. Gross. My dude got the Cabbage Patch and he said it was the greasiest burger he's ever eaten in his life. I'll chalk it up to being new and hopefully the kitchen will get their act together. read more

Great experience tonight at this cool burger place! If you were born anywhere near the '80s, you'll love it too. We had the white barbecue sauce specialty burgers and the standard bit burger; all were very good! Arcade games are free to play, so great for kids of today and kids from the 80s. This was a great burger. Did not directly ate here because was playing video games at tokens but they delivered right to tokens because they are one in the same I believe. This was fun and this was my first time going and it was during covid but it was exceptionally clean. Plenty of space and the young lady was super helpful with how to play the games. Had a few drinks and my daughter had her boba so she was super happy. Played some video games ate some burgers and fries. Had a lot of fun and great bonding time. My daughter is 18 so it was just something fun to do on a rainy day instead of sitting at home. read more

I went for my birthday, and I got the Salted Caramel shake, while the others in my group got the Cookie Monster. One of the best shakes I've ever had! They don't have too many options, but considering how good they are, it doesn't really matter! I tried some of each of them and they're all delicious! We love Bit Burger! The food is amazing. We usually go to Token Game Tavern down the street and order from Bit Burger. So if the small seating area of Bit Burger is something you didn't like, just walk down to Token(owned by the same people) and enjoy your burgers and video games.
