Then when I was deciding between two different models, both Kristie and Ben solved that as well! Ben is very knowledgeable and does a great job in relating his experiences to the products. I ultimately went with the Kawai K-15 because it made sense for my budget and experience. And they helped me understand the pros and cons of choices as well. He asked what I needed, and I explained that my acoustic guitar had a broken peg tuner. I already had the replacement part with me, so I handed it over. Instead of jumping straight into recommendations or upselling, he immediately tried to fix it on the spot. Once he confirmed it was repairable, he quickly cut the string, replaced the tuner, and got everything back in place. The whole process took less than 10 minutes! I live in Carson, so driving out to Lakewood and getting it fixed the same day was such a relief. This guitar isn't for professional use--it's for my daughter who's just starting to learn--so having it ready right away saved me a lot of time and hassle. He even tuned it by ear in seconds, which was really impressive. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience. I really appreciated the quick, no-nonsense service and would definitely come back again for future repairs!

He is not apologetic, not sincere, not PATIENT and not understanding. Just say sorry, but instead he is now rude and so now he had to revise his response here since it will scare other families away! Michel should have called me. I am not buying a product, I am looking for piano mentorship for my children. And if Warren isnt nice and cordial with me, how much more would I trust my kids with this guy. I had to break the news to my daughter this piano teacher is not interested in helping us with piano lessons. Never met this guy, dont want to now. He seems to have an ego based on his emails. Please change Michels title to personal assistant instead of personal virtual assistant. Thats not an insult. We were treated like sorry you cant respond ASAP within 2 days, lets move on to another family. Found this guy on Yelp.. so thats why Im leaving a review back here on Yelp. He's an amazing teacher and is very patient with my 7 and 9 year old. I love that he teaches in a non-traditional way that has captivated my children and motivated them to want to play and practice. For keyboard, he's taught my son to play based upon a finger numbering scheme and used songs that my son likes to listen to (Star Wars songs, Dance music) in his lessons. I am impressed with Daniel's ability to listen to a song that my son likes and then teach him how to play it using this finger numbering scheme as opposed to reading music. Reading music isn't a priority for us, right now. I am just interested in having my kids play an instrument and enjoy it. I'm glad that we found Daniel who is able to teach them in this way! Daniel is so well versed in music that he is able to adapt and teach the kids in a way that is best for them using music that they like and hear on the radio. He also comes to our house which is a huge bonus! And, if you homeschool, he accepts funds from charter schools!
