Hopefully, they'll add packets of vinegar and maybe some mustard and mayonnaise (or they could have bottles for in-store diners' use. The hot sauce is made by, according to the label - "Mother's of Shelburne." However, their web site lists their name as "Mother's Inc." Anyway, this is a kick ass flavorful Habanero hot sauce - with a very nice heat bite to it. I love how they've balanced flavor and heat. The best of both worlds! The sauce is this gorgeous deep yellow hue. I'm almost out of this hot sauce, so I'm preparing to buy a case of it online!
