Absolutely worth stopping in here. My order was taken in a quick and efficient manner and my coffee came out just the same and was delicious! They use a playing card system as opposed to an order number to give you your order(they keep one, you take one). So many cute little gifts available to buy too to help spread their story. We usually pop in here when in Bethlehem. Great customer service. Friendly and professional staff. The dining room is usually clean. Small patio area for those beautiful days. I can see why the line was so long our first time around! We walled to a few huts before coming back to a shorter line and it was worth it. The delicious smell of coffee hits you as soon as you walk in! I opted for their (iced) tea of the day which was an hibiscus peach and my husband had the seasonal gingerbread coffee. All of the staff truly seemed happy to be there and I learned about how the company started and is dedicated to inclusion. Only down side is seating became limited and the staff acted not so thrilled (frowning, not talking to each other, no one thanked customers/let alone try to interact with them), even though the business seems to have a mission of inclusion for all. I stopped here for a Frappe on a whim. I highly recommend this place. The coffee is good, and the cafe is clean and has a great atmosphere. Bitty and Beau's also has a great cause as people with disabilities run these cafes. The servers and staff were kind and courteous. I also loved using cards to announce that my drink was ready instead of using a name or a number. A creative way to announce your coffee is ready. read more

Bitty & Beau's is such a great concept, these shops should be everywhere! The staff are friendly, polite and just delightful. The coffee and snacks are good, and we went back a second time in the same day because of that and the wonderful staff. The interior is basic, warm, a tad industrial and clean, with several tables to enjoy your coffee and nibbles, and large windows to brighten up the whole place. Parking is on the street or in a nearby garage. Will definitely return on our next trek to Bethlehem, or anywhere else we see one of their shops. read more

I really liked the vibe of this place. The menu is small but has all the major stuff and flavors. Friendly staff. Props to them for hiring folks with disabilities. They have a big wall of merch. I'm torn between being a cheerleader for supporting the workers here (which is SIX stars) and the actual product itself (which.....is not). It's not the way it is prepared necessarily, I just don't think it is high quality ingredient coffee, and at a price point that is not comparable to the quality of coffee. Bring money...the place isn't cheap. Playing cards idea is fun for knowing when your order is ready, and service was flawless. Not only is it absolutely delicious drinks and pastries plus a cute space, but it is also an amazing way to support a great cause. It's wonderful to see individuals of all abilities working and connecting with each other and the community. I went to the original in Wilmington on a college trip back when it opened in 2016, and this branch is just is great! Wowser! This gránd scale coffee shop sits pretty on the corner of main and broad almost eclipsing historic Bethlehem. Welcome to the neighborhood! Bitty & Beau looks a bit pretentious but lives up to it's grandeur with the best hours and seating around. This is a godsend during covid as it feels like most of us freelancers have been strapped down to an electrical chair of a home office due to the pandemic (for example Starbucks in Easton, which had a large space with giant reclaimed tables, shut down it's seating permanently, so thank you Bitty & Beau. The experience; Bitty & Beau has a lot to learn but they are trying. I worked in coffee businesses for over 8 yrs, so I get it. Food business is tough!!! Ya gotta be strong plus have endurance! Let's respect the baristas and managers! Have patience and give some love! It's a little noisey and cold inside if you are looking for a place to work.
