We had no issue in waiting, and ours was ready in about an hour. For those who are pressed for time, you can also pre-order anything on the menu by texting their number provided for a quick and convenient pickup! There were many patrons stopping by for their orders, and you can tell that this truck is super popular. Chef Lottie and Mr. Joshua are both super sweet, welcoming, kind, humble, and generous - they always kept us up-to-date in regards to the status of the order, which we appreciated!
