Make sure you check their social media on their updated days and hours of operations, as well as their menu offerings for the day, as it changes and offers rotating featured items! They are really good in keeping everyone updated! We ordered: +Chicken & Shrimp Rasta Pasta, adding in the Smoked Beef Sausages - I think this pasta weighed like 10 pounds or something, because the portion was massive! Definitely could be more than enough to feed a family of 4, or just enjoy the pasta for days! The pasta was cooked perfectly al dente, and the sauce was nice and creamy, but not too heavy; there was so much shrimp, chicken, and smoked beef sausages that were cooked exactly the way I like them! I REALLY enjoyed this dish, and it tastes even better the next couple of days! +Salmon & Shrimp birria tacos and Chicken & Shrimp birra tacos - these were cheesy crispy tortillas filled to the max with chunks of salmon or chicken and shrimp - it was great dipping in the highly recommended Thai sweet chili sauce, which was a perfect complement! If there happens to be any leftovers, reheat them in an airfryer to maintain its crispiness! I absolutely LOVED that they don't skimp out on the dipping sauces - there was more than enough for the food - yay! Please don't sleep on their lemonades if they're available, because their handmade Lannas Lemonade is absolutely the BOMB DOT COM. Literally one of the best lemonade drinks we've had, as it was the perfect combination of sweet and tang! Note that everything is made from scratch and cooked to order! We had no issue in waiting, and ours was ready in about an hour. For those who are pressed for time, you can also pre-order anything on the menu by texting their number provided for a quick and convenient pickup! There were many patrons stopping by for their orders, and you can tell that this truck is super popular. Chef Lottie and Mr. Joshua are both super sweet, welcoming, kind, humble, and generous - they always kept us up-to-date in regards to the status of the order, which we appreciated! Their bright blue RV-turned-food truck is located in front of S. Dupont Liquors, and there's plenty of parking in the lot that they're situated on. I'd love to return to try their other menu items, but also to repeat order that Rasta Pasta and lemonade! +new location: 157 S DuPont Hwy +food made from scratch! +Rasta Pasta (shrimp and smoked beef sausages!)! +Lannas Lemonade! +menu changes often - check their social media! +super friendly & welcoming staff! +parking available in lot

It was a really nice surprise seeing a non-chain grub option at this rest stop!…read more Tried the Brisket Sammy and a side of mac. I now know what the human manifestation of a honey badger is after encountering the woman at the Road Hog register. Literally not one word spoken to me or the person in front of me. Just pointing. Though she spoke with her fellow workers. But quick service, and solid food. Brisket was tender, flavorful enough, sauce was solid, tots on the sammy remained crispy, slaw was good, big portion for $11. Felt that was fair pricing for the giving. The side of mac, though? Uh uh. $3 for a VERY small portion of Velvetta-style mac. I'd consider this an okay - though still small - portion at a street fare, or for delivery in NYC. Major rip off for this area of the country. Had it been that portion of baked mac with better cheeses, pricing would have been plenty fair. Definitely worth a try! Especially with them being a food truck that takes CC!

Really quite a surprising find. I am a big food truck and a big BBQ fan, so this caught my eye,…read moreduring my road trip home from Florida. The food truck looks brand new, very clean, organized, with an easy to read menu board - with some interesting and tasty combinations. I mean, a brisket sandwich with tots and 1000's sauce? What a great idea. Pulled chicken with Asian slaw and crispy wontons? Very creative. Plus - they take credit cards. I went for the pulled pork sandwich. Ample amount of pork, with tasty slaw that was well seasoned, with not too much mayo. The pickles and crispy fried onions were a nice complement. Not too much sauce on the pork, which was fine for me. The pork was well smoked, I did notice a nice smoke ring on it. Overall, worth the stop, I'll stop there again.
