Not happy with their work or service! First, I went in with a picture of what I wanted done on my nails, they asked if it had to be exactly like the picture I said yes please, and they asked why. I answered politely, because it's what I really want on my nails... After the lady started to work on my nails she said, it doesnt have to be exactly like the picture. They couldnt do a simple heart. Worst of all, my nails weren't filed completely. It wasn't until I walked out (paid $30) that I noticed my nails were jagged and sharp. I had to file them when I got home. LADIES, if u dont like something about the way they do your nails, then speak up! They are very helpful. Let me start by saying I typically don't even feel the need to write yelp reviews but the reason why I'm writing a review now is because I feel like they trick me into paying more. I went in last time to do a fill and color change which is supposed to be $25. They charged me for a full set which is $35. I don't understand how this happens? Don't they double check with the person who did my nails? I decided maybe it was just a mistake, and I went back. This time I just wanted an acrylic take off and gel POLISH. the gel polish is $15 and take off is $5. i told them i wanted the polish and when the lady sat down she said "gel manicure?". I don't know that there's a difference between polish and manicure. So they ended up charging me $25 for gel manicure and $5 for take off. Mind you they have us write down the service we want when we walk in so it's right there on paper. I'm not the type of customer to make a fuss about things but I definitely don't respect being tricked like that. Going to call them and try to get my money back. read more

Called to see what the wait time would be for my friends and I and we were just greeted with rudeness. We asked what the wait would be if we got there right now and she said "I don't know what right now is" in such a b****y way. So I told her a specific time and said 5 minutes from now, she responded with "I'll tell you when you get here." I told her that I was calling to know if the wait time was worth me driving there because I did not want to wait for an hour+ or possibly not get service and she responded with complete rudeness which was uncalled for. Hannah is an excellent pedi tech. She knows how to trim, massage, polish properly. AND they are very sanitary! They use little blue bags in the base of their tubs. I Am SHOCKED!! My roommate and I were in desperate need of some acrylics and we saw that this place had an offer for 20% off on yelp, so we decided to take advantage. The place looks so cute and nice! The color selection is ok and it doesn't even smell that bad in there. I expected good things But then the manicure started. The same guy did my nails and my friends, and we both felt very rushed by him. My roommates nails were flared out, bumpy, and slanted. And when she said I want to make it shorter the guy said "oh shit" (swearing in front of a customer??) and didn't try to help her. When he did my nails, I wanted mine done coffin shaped, and he told me he couldn't do that, so his wife ended up finishing my nails. SHE did an amazing job, I would rate her 5 stars! I really liked the service, the Peddi was really good too. My only complaint is that the polish within 3 days started getting chipped really bad :( I don't think this peddi is going to last more then a week and a half. I got a french tip with some flowers. Went here to get my nails done for my 21st bday. They were just rushing and trying to get as much clients as possible, and rushed with my mani + pedi even though I had set up an appointment. They nicked my thumb cuticle while cleaning up the cuticles and forced it to stop bleeding with NAIL GLUE -- after ignoring me when I told them I knew how to make it stop bleeding. Both of my thumbs were nicked. Additionally, I kept trying to explain the very simple order of polish I wanted and they kept disregarding/ignoring me until I had to be a bit more louder about it, which then they completely rushed my nails and missed a lot of spots . Didn't even fully cost the second layer of nail polish. Would definitely NOT request you go here, reviews are old and not accurate to their service today. Seriously, never been so disappointed before. I asked for Coffin, Matte, Acrylic Full Set and this is what I got. I am not one to complain, ever, but I just couldn't sit and stay quiet. I obviously stated my discontent and was treated like I was dumb. They told me what I had picked off of the display was not a finished product and there was no way for them to achieve that "Matte" look I wanted but I was charged an additional $15 dollars because I picked that option. Anyways, they offered me a $10 dollar discount. I walked away with my glossy nails, all different shapes and sizes. These are in no way "Coffin" shaped or even filed straight. I don't expect every nail to be perfect but I do expect the job to be done right and this was in no way a good job. I am so pleasantly surprised with this place. The people are friendly, especially the owners! Jennie did a perfect job on my acrylics with design and was so nice, and I'm not sure about the girl with the pedi as for her name, but she was sweet as well and gave me exactly what I wanted. Tried something different today , actually it was a miscommunication that turned out for the better. I originally went in to get a full set of original powder acrylic nails and walked out with gel over acrylic . I'm much happier that I went this route I'm just concerned about longevity of the nail color being that it's gel. I'm almost positive I won't have an issue since I've been doing gel pedicures for about three years now and I've never had an issue with the color moving . Matter of fact it's a pain to take off you actually have to let it soak in acetone for a while or file down gently . I had Jennie do my nails ( she's my favorite ) . I will say this even with an"appointment " you might not be seen at that particular time . They're always busy but it is worth the wait . Keep that in mind next time if you're in a hurry . read more

Very friendly, but I'm very displeased with my nails that I had done not even a week ago 4/28. I got acrylics with gel, they were short like I asked for, and colored the way I asked, but the more I look at it the more I see they weren't done straight, one finger has the nail going to the left, some are thicker than others, some have pits and lumpy, some have the edges lifting up by the cuticle , and one finger has the polish cured on my skin and has left a thin sharp "plate" of gel that I occasionally scrape against, doesn't cut skin thankfully, there's another finger that has it but hasn't caught onto anything. While looking at the nails at a glance they look cute, but wearing them and feeling sharp edges and lumpy nails and being crooked, I am displeased about it. Overall the atmosphere is wonderful, and the people are lovely, my mother in law had just gel done on hers and they look wonderful. I wouldn't advise against this place, just make sure what you pay for matches up with what you're asking for! read more
