When I first went to them I had an eye irritation that they were able to quickly identify and treat. The doctors are attentive and knowledgeable. I was recently on vacation and forgot my contacts. The office staff worked quickly, despite being very busy wih patients, to fax my prescription to a local eyecare office who was able to fill it for me. However, this was billed as a "diagnostic" exam since the provider "found" dry-eye syndrome, something I never complained of or has trouble with. Result: $30 co-pay -A prescription for glasses or contact: An additional $60 -A "contact lens fitting assessment" (considered to be 'cosmetic') even though this has not changed in year. Result $70 Total Bill for an routine eye exam: $160 Be VERY skeptical of this place. I understand the contact lens fitting charge, as I have paid for that in the past, but the other two (2) charges are pure 'junk fees'. Needless to say, I will not be going back to this place.

He even went so far as to prompt me with the "correct" answer if I took longer than 15 seconds to tell him better or worse. When we were finished he gave me a hard sell for bifocals even though I told him twice I didn't really want them. You can exchange them if you don't like them he says. So I got the bifocals, hated them, returned them for exchange and then realized that I just paid the bifocal price for a single use pair of glasses. The topping on the cake is that the driving glasses leave halos around objects and the reading glasses aren't even as good as my Walmart specials. Both prescriptions are useless. Never again will I go back to this guy.

They have very modern eye testing/mapping equipment and are known for their glaucoma care. They provide call-ahead reminders to ensure you remember your appointments which is very helpful for me. Her replacement is out sick and would probably be out all week. They told me to take my broken glasses and call back in a week. I ask if they could please take my name and number and the glasses and call me when someone is able to look ay them. I explained that this would at the very least save me the trip in. Absolutely not and they sent me on my way. If you don't want to see then this is the place for you.
