I originally saw Dr. Mills, who was fantastic, funny, personable, and always made sure my eye care needs were fully taken care of. Since his retirement, I've been seeing Dr. Buonaccorsi, and she's just as wonderful. She's thorough, attentive, and always takes the time to answer any questions. One thing that really stands out is how quickly they can get you in for a sick visit if something comes up. That is something that's hard to find these days. The staff is consistently kind and efficient, and appointments run on time. You're in and out without the long waits. This is exactly how a doctor's office should operate. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, well-run optometry practice.

They gave me prescriptions for an eye condition that seriously needs to be treated or I would lose eye sight and yet they never bother to work with the insurance to obtain approval for that drug forcing me to see another doctor so I can get treated. Last time they gave me a new prescription (I have stigmatism) that I could not wear. When I look at a square object it becomes so distorted that it is almost a diamond. I brought the glasses back and talk to the manager and they could not do anything. The facility is nice and that's probably the only good thing about it

The purchasing of these glasses went very smoothly and and I've had no problems with the glasses at all. Fast forward to this week when I accidentally stepped on them . I was heartbroken as I am very dependent upon them to see. A quick trip to their office and I have them back in perfect working order. The turnaround time was greatly appreciated as I was in a tough spot with some family issues going on and really needed to be able to see properly. I was very happy to find a new optometrist and didn't anticipate returning for a second visit so quickly. Within a few days of my appointment I got something in my eye when walking outside in the wind. I finally called several days later when it became even more irritated and they worked me in the same day. Dr. McMahon found a grain of sand had stuck itself to my eye and said next time to not hesitate calling to come in for a check. It was such a relief to get it out and they were so awesome to get me scheduled same day to come in when I called. My daughter needs a new optometrist and I know who I'll be sending her to! I highly recommend Dr. McMahon and appreciate how considerate and professional both she and her practice is.

Very poor customer service. I went in to get my yearly exam and got glasses. The prescription…read moreended up being off so I needed to get the lenses replaced. But I had broken the frames so I was willing to pay for the frames I just needed the lenses replaced. What happens and I wasn't able to get back there and I actually completely forgot about them. So when I called to ask about where we were in the process they told me I needed to bring in my broken frames in order for the lab to make a new glasses. What? I obviously don't have the broken frames. No one told me this information the first time I went. And the girl on the phone kept saying well since it's been so long (about six months) what does that matter? My prescription is good for a year and the prescription was incorrect so either way I still needed a replacement but they told me I would have to pay full price for the frames and the lenses. The girl on the phone was not helpful. Just very disappointed. I will not be returning there. On the other hand the doctor was very nice and helpful. Was able to see me in short notice.
