I decided on the chili and a salad for my meal. The chili seems have a very good taste and texture. My wife ordered the steak house burger and it was huge. The taste was very good. The fries were crispy and decent. Our server,Ashlynn S. , was very attentive and friendly. I think she said she was new but she did a great job. Brussel sprouts were missing the honey glaze and it took so long for our waitress to come around and check on us we already had our main course served and didn't want the sprouts remade correctly. They did remove them from the bill as they should. My main dish was the Parmesan crusted chicken with mashed potatoes and broccoli. The chicken was good, potatoes good, broccoli bland as hell. My man ordered the baked ziti and loved it. I tried it and it was like a deep dish pizza, pretty good!!! My expectations are higher than what we experienced. Turkey club had a surprising amount of turkey which was a bonus, but the sweet potato fries were incredibly burnt. We went here last night, party of 6 for a birthday celebration. I had pre planned with reservations for 5:30. I don't even know where to begin with this experience but let me give it a shot. First of all, our waitress brought us out the wrong drinks. We didn't see her for the longest time to even say anything. When she finally decided to return to take our order, we had been sitting there for easily 30 minutes. I want to point out that the restaurant wasn't even full yet. We ordered 4 adult entrees, a kids entree and I ordered an appetizer as my main entree. It took another 45 minutes to get our meals. When they finally arrived, every single one was lukewarm or cold. One of the chicken meals had a mushroom sauce on it that appeared to have just been sitting for over 10 minutes. I ordered the pot stickers, the dough was crunchy and not because it was over cooked but because the dumpling hadn't been cooked properly. The problem wasn't just with one order but all of them. No one finished their meal. Because we were there for a birthday we ordered dessert and I knew it would take forever and sure enough, it took 30 minutes to send out 2 cookies with ice cream scooped on top. Our server never removed our empty glasses or offered any refills after 1 round (only 2 got refills the first time she asked). I was so disappointed, I took zero pictures of our food which I should have. We were really looking forward to this dinner and it was just a disaster. $175 later after the tip, was a complete waste of money. Would have rather gone to McDonald's. read more

We did not have a great experience at this location. We came in on a Monday night and the service took forever. We ordered 2 speciality non-alcoholic drinks and they didn't come out until halfway through the dinner when multiple other drinks had already been refilled. They only brought out one of our multiple salads with the appetizers, and never once offered to refill the soup or salad for our endless soup & salad meal that was ordered. We ordered a burger 'medium' and it came out well done and flavorless. The waitress did not seem happy to be there & it reflected on the service provided. I was craving chicken parm a few nights ago, and ended up getting takeout from BJ's at Austin Landing. Maybe it's because I was so hungry, but it was SO good! The breading on the chicken is very light, which I loved! The mozzarella and tomato salad was delicious. Not sure why they put the dressing on the salad for a to go order, but luckily I didn't have far to go. Definitely a future note to ask for dressing on the side though! I've been here a few times and the food is usually pretty good. I've enjoyed their appetizers, pizzas, and pizookies. I did get their chicken nachos once, and the little pieces of chicken were as hard as a rock. Not sure if that was a one-off thing or not, but I haven't tried the nachos again. Other than that one miss, I have no complaints! For my fellow night owls, they're open until 11:00 p.m. through the week and midnight on the weekends! read more

This used to be a decent chain, but it has gone downhill the past few years. The food quality is awful now and when I order online they never get the order right. The last few times I've sat at the bar, the service was good and the food was mediocre. But this is the last time I'll be going to BJs. I ordered carry out to be picked up at 1:10. I arrive at exactly 1:09, go inside and nobody is at the carry out counter. That's fine, I don't mind waiting a few for fresh food to come out. Someone came by from the host stand to help me, she was very friendly. My food was already waiting behind her. I immediately removed the items from my bag that I requested online to not be included, and handed back to her. What a waste of food to include sides I already said I didn't want. I also subbed fries for the tomato mozzarella salad but they still packed the fries anyways. My prime rib sandwich meat was dry and fatty, the buns were water soggy, and the fries were hard and stale. I paid to add cheese to the sandwich, they didn't do that. I'm pretty sure my food had been made an hour before I arrived, because it was all cold. Even the au jus was cold and separated. I couldn't eat the bottom buns because they were so soggy they fell apart. Gross. The salad was OK but super wet possibly from tomato juices and the balsamic. This was the worst meal I've had in a long time, and I got food poisoning recently - even that was better going down. I do not recommend BJs for dine in or carry out. Horrible quality for a $22 sandwich and inability to follow directions. read more

The disappointments never end. Travel here routinely for business but visit only 1 or 2 times a year thinking staff turnover might improve my chances for a decent meal. The entre bowl I was served I would not feed to a dog. Even one I didn't like. Just inedible. The app came out wrong and barkeep comped it without asking. I don't think she would have eaten it either. Said the guy at that station was new and still learning. Here's a thought - perhaps serve your customers something you would actually be proud to serve. Customer service complaint. Put us on the waitlist 30 minutes prior to to calling the restaurant. Left the house and called to check wait time. Their automated system says press 1 for wait time. The system says check with host. I press 3 to talk to the host, phone rings non stop no answer. When I finally get someone to answer, I'm told they can't quote wait times until you arrive. Let's start off with my dad loves this place and the Southern Fried Chicken meal... he probably goes here once a week to have this for lunch. They've now added it as one of the $13 meals that includes a 'mini pizookie'. The $13 meals are available Monday thru Friday. Do we need this added dessert? Nope, but it sure was a tasty addition! We both ordered this meal as I order it to give him half of mine because he loves it so much. The chicken is well seasoned and cooked nicely, tender and juicy. I can see why dad loves it. The corn with the fire roasted red pepper was decent blend of sweet from the corn, the spices from the peppers & seasoning and has a feel of savory from guessing butter. I didn't care of the white cheddar mashed potatoes because, well to be honest the only ones I like are self made at home. The pepper gravy is a bit weak for my taste buds but pairs well with the fried chicken. Will I go back? This restaurant is a favorite motorcycle destinations. While they do have an inside dining area, I go mainly to this location for their outside dining experience. The inside seating area is nice , although I do find it a little dark. Hence the 4 stars rather than 5 The outside dining area has café style tables and umbrellas. They also have an area that is covered if the umbrellas don't offer enough shade for your taste. The menu is extensive so they have some thing for everybody. My favorite item on the menu is the salmon tacos. Absolutely delicious. read more

I just wanted to say something positive about our experience last Sunday. We have had a few poor experiences our last few times we've dined at BJ's. I was hesitant at first to eat there after church but thought I would give it one last shot. I am glad we went as we had a wonderful meal and a very sweet and attentive server named, Tara. I had the chicken bacon ranch pizza and a side salad, it was very good. At the end of our visit, Tara came to the table and said, " This is for you!" She handed us this card which I will attach. Well we took our daughter out for her 18th birthday. It was 3:00 so it wasn't busy. We had been there numerous times and it was great. It took 15 minutes for our drinks to arrive from the bar. We ordered dinner and they brought our other daughter's dinnerout to her ten minutes before we received ours. My wife's steak was over done and mashed potatoes were cold. My daughter's burger came out well done when she ordered medium rare. My spaghetti was cold that came out with the chicken Parmesan it was a horrible birthday dinner. When we complained the manager did take off two dinners and gave some lame excuse. I did like the drinks when I got them. Went here for a late dinner on friday. As expected, a lot of restaurants are short staffed and have very long wait times. This is a restaurant chain that serves american food, kind of like a Chili's. I wasn't that hungry so I just got a fried calamari. The portion size was decent for an appetizer, and it was not too expensive at under $10. One plus was the large and not TOO expensive alcohol (beer, cocktails, wine). The breading and the frying were pretty decent - typical oniony, peppery flavor. Not like an incredible crunch but this was only $10. The tartar and cocktail sauce were OK, as expected. I wish they did have a slice of lemon. The real problem was the calamari - it was very dry. Probably, frozen for much longer than it should have been. It was very chewy. Tasted the jambalaya - was a bit too salty. The ratio of rice to other stuff probably caused this because there was little rice. Tomatoes were not the best texture. This combined with the very slow service is why it gets 3/5. read more

Food was just ok. The ribs were too peppery with no other option. The sirloin steaks were very chewy. The tavern pizza has the soggiest bottom. The baked potatoes were really good, not dried out. The roasted vegetables were very good. We had a party of 15, and had made a reservation. In our group were 4 kids ages 7,6,4,2. They got their food last, their dessert last. I guess we should have requested the kids food first. The wait staff was great. We will not be going back. For the price the food was underwhelming. read more

August 16 2024. Visited this BJ's location arriving about 4 PM with my elderly mother. We were greeted promptly and the door host was very helpful in getting us seated and arranging space to accommodate a wheelchair. Service was prompt and professional. Our server knew his menu but did not suggest any items and did not discuss desserts or specialty drinks ( I feel most servers don't know they are actually sales people). The food arrived exactly as ordered. The server had to make multiple trips to the wait station to bring things that should have already been placed( napkins, condiments, etc). Food was hot and properly prepared. The building had a stale beer smell and is in need of a make over. Wood chairs had a sticky feel after years of improper or nonexistent cleaning. The restroom was just OK and was also not being cleaned properly. As we left the 2 young ladies at the door did not acknowledge us with a 'thank you' or 'come again'...or anything. I guess they felt they had our money, time to turn that table ! Overall I think we will return but this location will not become a frequently desired spot. read more

I ordered the blond which is very light and my friend ordered the newest addition to their beer menu. Server came back and said something was broken .. so no draft beer or soda. We said I guess we will be having water. I dont know what happened but our server acted really off. My friend said she acts like shes mad at us. Took my girlfriend on a date here. Food was ok. I got a brew house Philly w/ fries. She got Parmesan crusted chicken w/ mashed potatoes. She said the chicken was fine but the mashed potatoes were cold in the center. My Philly wasn't very good. Kind of bland. Both meals were very clearly microwaved. When we walked in the hostess was not there and took her about 5-10 minutes to come to her stand. When she got there she had some attitude and didn't make it a place I wanted to eat at. So I mean this place is pretty mid. It used to be really good a couple years ago. Not sure what happened. But you guys need to take a look at yourselves. We had a great time at lunch, the food was served fairly by our very friendly waitress. She took our drink order right away and came back to get our lunch orders. I really like how they take the orders at BJ's, the waitstaff uses a mobile device which allows for any notes or customized or exceptions to the orders. Rarely is there a mistake with the way you ordered something, using this system. I really like my soup, the sourdough bread loaf was delicious (I couldn't eat it all!) the "lid"'for the bowl was brushed with butter and Parmesan cheese. My BF and I came here for our first date 3 years ago and came again yesterday to celebrate that day! (We've been several times in between through the years). I like that I can add our names online to the waitlist. If you download their app there is a loyalty program as well. We arrived just after 7 and were seated immediately. I didn't really look over the menu to see if it had changed since covid because I really really enjoy the cherry glazed salmon with a Jeremiah Red beer. We only had to wait for about 10 min on a Sat night (not as many people out due to covid). Our service was slow but we weren't in a hurry. House/side salads were a little small but good. I got the Bacon Jam Ribeye (seasonal menu) with baked potato and a house salad. I also got a side of onion strings to try. It was all good. My steak with the jam was SOOOO GOOD!! My husband got the Tri-tip and Scampi with broccoli and asparagus and a house salad. He liked his food. He said the tri-tip was a little grisley. I would for sure go back. Ordered from here this evening. Food was good but was Not as hot as I thought it should be. We got a family meal. We did have to order thru door dash since we lived a little ways away. Still I think when you order food it should come hot. Now after saying that the food was good. We got spaghetti with meat balls, a pepperoni pizza and salad and garlic knots however the garlic knots did not have a lot of garlic flavor. It tasted more like just bread knots.
