I had an order delivered from this restaurant recently. I ordered the LEB Smash burger which is two 3 1/2 ounce beef patties with American cheese, grilled onions, and pickles on a bun. This comes with the restaurant's Sommer's secret sauce. I ordered Parmesan Truffle Fries as a side. The order was delivered quickly. The LEB smash burger was cheesy and delicious and I enjoyed the pickles. It's a great take on the classic smash-style burger. The Parmesan Truffle fries were fried well, not greasy, and were plentiful. The fries were pretty good but I feel they could use some ketchup which was not included. I added my own ketchup. The Sommer's secret sauce for the burger is good. It's slightly tangy but not too spicy. The LEB Smash Burger was packed in plastic container. The Parmesan Truffle fries in a eco-friendly container. Excellent experience from start to finish! Booked part of the brewery for our UD graduates party.(5 roommates) we needed a space for about 100 people! LEB was so accommodating. They created a limited menu from their normal menu with a special greeting for our graduates on them. Our guests were able to order from that menu. The food was excellent and came out very quickly. Service was top notch! They allowed us to bring in some table decor, special desserts, and other decor. Would highly recommend for any party needs! It's Dayton Restaurant week and the lovely Mrs decided we should finally go to Loose Ends for dinner. Get there at 630p and greeted by the hostess and immediately seated. We were worried it would be super busy due to time, the parking lot is full but inside is crazy big! Lots of TVs playing sport. It's big, wide open and a little loud but tolerable. Server greets us and we tell her it's our 1st time here and she graciously took some of her time to explain the whole beer and food menus, asking us what we normally like and making thoughtful suggestions. We both ordered the 'special' that the menu states it comes with an order of Rangoon, a gourmet hot dog and a de-constructed float. Since this is a brewery, we ordered the Henry(Hefeweizen-this BlueMoon) and a grape hard seltzer. I'm going to say that the grape seltzer might replace the hard mtn dew) in my fridge as it was delicious. The Rangoon shows up and the order was huge. Like a shareable times two, they are hot, crispy and delicious especially with the in house made sweet Thai chili dipping sauce. Mmmmm.... Food finally shows up, as we had been visited a couple times by server and management stating they were short kitchen staff and they were just hammered with large group orders. Nice of them to keep us in the loop. Hot dogs were okay. Not the worst but for sure not the best I'd ever had. Not really what I'd expected. Now the deconstructed floats were good! The lovely Mrs got the orange soda and it was tasty! I ended up with the only diet soda they had which was cola. I ended up pouring the rest of my grape seltzer in there and that made it so much better. I kind of hope they get a diet root beer or orange soda some day. Will we go back? Yep, but for having drinks with friends but not for the hot dogs. We'd prolly order a steak sandwich or entree to share. Supporting local. Never had a bad beer, bad food, or bad service here. We take friends here as often as we can for all these reasons but honestly avoid it during busy hours. The interior bounces sound around a lot and it can be hard to hear. Prefer sitting outside in the warmer months. The inside is sort of warehouse-ish with ample seating and an area for large groups. Great lighting and there are a few TVs scattered around. We sat at a high top table. It was a little wobbly, but not so much that we had to use a shim. We started off with the guacamole appetizer. For entrées, he had the Smash Burger and I had the Big City Reuben. The quality of the food was fine, but we waited over an hour during the Father's Day brunch. Perhaps this would seem OK if the restaurant was packed, but we were one of only a handful of tables. It be clear, this was not an issue with our server, but with the kitchen. Looking at other recent reviews, several expressing similar issues, clearly there is a management issue. This time we got fried pickles, chorizo burger, Thai chicken sandwich with parm fries and stir fried veggies as the sides. The pickles are chips, and were ok. I liked the dill dip they served them with. My bf enjoyed the chorizo burger, I thought it was fine. The Thai chicken sandwich was delicious! There were two pieces of chicken on it, and I even removed one and took it home to eat later because they were so large. The fries were good with the parm seasoning. The stir fried veggies were OK, but heavy on the fish sauce and soy sauce. I didn't end up eating them. Overall, I keep getting more impressed with this place. I want to start by saying that our service was great. Our waitress was new and she did wonderful. If she didn't know she told us that much and went to ask. The restaurant itself is nice, open, and it was clean. I was here once when they first opened so I was a little disappointed with the menu. It wasn't as expansive as I remembered. There also were not a ton of allergy friendly options even though the menu makes a big deal about telling your waiter. We went on a Tuesday night, which is now a night they are running special Grilled Cheese menu. This is where the big issue is. We were not told until we were getting ready to order that they do not offer burgers on Tuesday night. Quite a lot of us in our group were wanting to order one. As someone with a dairy and gluten allergy a burger without a bun is usually my best food option. We were also told they didn't have the vegan burger, which was another problem because one person in our group is vegan. That is literally the ONLY vegan option on the menu because a $20 salad without chicken. In this day and again this is absurd. There should be more allergen friendly options on the menu especially if you are offering Grilled Cheese, which is 100% not allergy friendly. The manager did "Find" some vegan burgers so my friend and I were able to eat, but the entire thing was just crazy. I went back to look at their social media and there is no mention of not serving burgers on Grilled Cheese night anywhere that I could find. Highly suggest that they have that more in the forefront or have the hostess telling people as they are seated. The cranberry seltzer was really good. The vegan burger was pretty good and I appreciated that you could make out the different ingredients. I do wish they'd offer a gluten free bun. A burger is just not a burger without a bun. Either way, you can have yourself a nice brew and some darn good grub. This electrifying brewery's origins began with a father and son team who started out as juicers, the colloquial term for electricians. Loose is their last name. The double entendre is derived from the addition of the word "Ends." All of the beers are named after electric terms. We tried the Ohms, a NE IPA (which autocorrected to Oh Man when I tried to tell my beer loving friends about it) and it was Oh Man so lovely. We also had their fresh made shrimp ceviche and blue corn guacamole which were both delicious. Our server was pretty cool and very helpful. Look forward to our next time here. read more

I met up with Cincinnati hikes to hike through one of Dayton's metro parks called SugarCreek Metropark. We had an early dinner at this brewery. We were able to walk right in with a group of eight and eat on the patio. With that said, they did not have enough servers to wait on everyone well... But we did not mind, as our large group enjoyed talking outside on the patio. This restaurant had more of a gourmet, healthy take on the menu. They were out of some things that I was interested in, including the quinoa salad and a few vegan options; however, they had an extensive menu that would fit any picky eater or even the ones trying to stay healthy. Inside the restaurant had a large, open feel with several TVs and an inside look at the brewery. I was even able to take my dog, as long as we stayed outside on the patio. They did provide a bowl of water for our dog, and there was plenty of shade with the umbrellas over each patio table. read more

We arrived late Sunday afternoon and there were several tables eating, but we chose to sit at the bar. The bartender asked what we would like to drink, got my husband's flight and my sample. After about 10 minutes, I final asked him to get my drink as we were being ignored. Food was ordered. Crab Rangoon and burgers were excellent! No silverware or napkins were offered until we asked after being partly through our appetizer. Everything was hot, quick and fresh. When done, we waited nearly 20 minutes to be acknowledged about having anything else. This was the first we were spoken to since food was delivered. We asked for a crowler of one drink, but while they have them on display, they have no lids so they can't fill them. The bartender did offer and then went to the front to see if they had 4 packs available, which they did. After receiving our bill, it was nearly 10 minutes before the bartender noticed and processed our payment. In the process of all of this, the bartender was terribly rude to one of the servers. We firmly believe in tipping at restaurants, but this service was terrible and our lack of a good tip was warranted. read more

First visit, won't be the last. You can reserve a table, which is awesome for a busy night. We arrived at our reserved time and got seated right away. The host was super friendly and made us feel comfortable right away. Big open space that can accommodate larger groups if needed. Lots of big screens on the walls. Our waitress was super efficient, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The menu has lots of options that we look forward coming back to try more items. We both got the hamburger, which was really good. I got fries as the side and they were done just right. My husband got the stir fry broccoli and it was delicious. I had a cinnamon girl margarita which was delicious and different. Definitely will get that again. My husband is the beer drinker in the family. He enjoyed a flight with lots of options to choose from. He said some were great and others were not to his liking. The waitress gave lots of good feedback on the drinks. We went for Trivia night this week. The beer selection is great and the menu has so many options, even vegetarian! The tofu app is really yummy. My hubs got the veggie burger and thought it was good. I got the chicken fingers with the mango habanero dry seasoning and lovvvvveeeddddd them! They were huge, you get three but I could only eat 1.5. So good. Great beers! We tried 5 different kinds and there wasn't one that we didn't enjoy! The Coriolis Effect was my favorite! My husband liked the Prokop cream ale. They also had a great selection of foods and I absolutely loved the Bulgogi lettuce wraps! They were amazing (spring menu)! We also had the wings and the crab dip which we would also get again. Service was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable, our waitress did an amazing job! They have wide open seating, a long bar with seating, as well as their outdoor patio is almost ready. Heard some good things about a new brewery that just opened up so we decided to check it out on a Sunday while watching the NFL playoffs. They did not have the proper liquor license so you could not order a mixed drink or any liquor per se except for beer. That was a bit of a let down especially on NFL game day. It was very spacious with tables spread out, in fact a little bit too open with it previously being a crossfit gym. Way too many chairs at the bar for Covid reasons. So we asked to sample a few beers and were told by Tatty McGee (not her real name, but since she never told us what her name is that's what we will call her) that we were allowed to sample two beers. God forbid we sample 3 shot glass sized beers we would've disrupted the alcohol sales for the day (which is only beer because you know their liquor licence issue). So I ordered the only IPA's they had at their establishment which rounded up to two. That is correct. They are a brewery and only had 2 IPA's. For an appetizer we ordered the shrimp ceviche with plaintain chips and Jalapeno poppers. Great presentation on both items however I wish the jalapenos were not mild. Flavorful, yes. Then we ordered 12 wings and asked if we could have all flappers and were denied. Then we noticed they only had 2 sauces. A Buffalo sauce and a Thai sweet chili sauce. That's right foodies, only 2 sauces. So I asked them to combine the sauces you know like every other bar and restaurant has the capability of doing when they offer chicken wings and was told they were not allowed to do that.???? They offered ranch or blue cheese but no celery or carrots. When you are a new brewery how about when you are greeted for the 1st time after seating yourselves since no one was up front you start off with "Hey folks welcome to our establishment, thanks for coming in today and trying us out, my name is Tatty McGee And I will be taking care of you today. What can I get for the 4 of you to drink to get started? Good food, need more sauces, need more IPA's (you're a brewery), don't open until your liquor license is up and running, additional training for your servers, but the kitchen staff was great, but be open to mixing sauces, adding vegetable options and allowing flappers only. read more
