I've shopped here before in the past and the overall experience with the staff has been a great overall experience. Once I went in to the BJ's - Warner Robins location I was greeted by the staff which was pleasant. I got my shopping cart and explored the great deals such as rotisserie chicken, coffee pods by the box, protein drinks by the box and cat food by the box. What BJ's - Warner Robins offers to the customers is a better deal than other local stores such as Walmart. The electronic selection such as TV's, laptops, iPADS and other electronic devices. I'm so glad BJ's finally opened in Warner Robins on September 12th! My husband and I waited a few days after the grand opening before heading in to pick up our new Club Plus membership cards, and we went that Saturday when it seemed like everyone else had the same idea. Even with the big crowds, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and well-prepared. The customer service line looked long at first since many people were picking up membership cards, but it moved quickly. I also love that BJ's offers a military/veteran discount, a great touch for the community with Robins Air Force Base nearby. Inside, the warehouse was clean, organized, and well-stocked despite how busy it was. They handed us a coupon book full of discounts along with a promotional reward for joining, which made it an even better deal. We stocked up on toiletries, checked out their fresh produce (the fruits and veggies looked great), and admired their nice seafood selection. It is much cheaper to shop here in bulk than a grocery store. Checking out was smooth--although it was self-checkout, there were plenty of staff members assisting and keeping things moving. We never felt lost or left to figure it out on our own. What I also appreciate is convenience: before BJ's, the only bulk option was Sam's Club in Macon, which is a 30+ mile drive. Now, BJ's is right here with better hours too (8am-9pm Monday-Saturday, 8am-8pm Sunday) compared to Sam's shorter schedule. Plus the gas station has better fuel prices than all the other gas stations around. Overall, BJ's is a fantastic addition to Warner Robins. Everyone was helpful, the store felt fresh and organized, and we can't wait to make this our new go-to for all our bulk shopping needs. read more

've seen the store manager treat elderly people disrespectfully. l've seen supervisors told to post fake good reviews. The store manager has had multiple partners just hang out around in the store for weeks. Memberships are sold for whatever. u pay $120 Next person pays $60 and next pays $10 same membership. Dishonest Culture: Supervisors against employees, supervisors shall not speak freely or Store Manager will have them all turn against you with attacks and Lies. Work culture causes mental harm to employees; REAL Example: paychecks don't come and employees gets blamed degraded and told that it's their fault they didn't get paid because "Stacy(Store Manager) doesn't like you". Managers lie/ no limit to how low they will go.. New employees mentally degrade quickly after starting. Lifeless, heartless, hopeless, soulless, godless work environment. I am a single woman who went to the tire department and paid $458 for a new set of tires. A few days later I noticed the hubcap missing from the back right tire and went to the store to report it. I was given the runaround about no one being able to help me at that time because they needed to review the video footage to see if I left with all four wheel covers. I was just called by one of the managers to say all four wheel covers were installed when I left the store and there was nothing they could do for me. I will not renew my membership or shop there any longer (their store can't compete with Sam;s Club anyway). I feel the wheel cover was not properly installed on the new tire and fell off after I left the store. Now I'm faced with trying to replace it myself. Thanks a lot, BJ's. read more

BJ's offered a special to purchase $150 groceries and receive $.50 off fuel up to 40 gallons or $99 whichever comes first. I made a purchase of $160 and thought I would get the reward.....which stated clearly 40 gallons or $99 whichever comes first. My husband put $26 fuel (about 7 gallons) in his vehicle.....not there yet...so I made a purchase to get my discount since I was not at 40 gallons or $99. NO WHERE in the ad did it state this was a one and done deal....I don't know any person who would put that much fuel in a vehicle at one time. SUPRISE TO ME..I was charged full price and asked the store manager what happened. She told it was a one time deal and she was sorry. I think this is very deceptive advertising and I want all shoppers to be aware of this trickery. read more

Even if a customer provides a photo of their receipt, a copy, or their membership ID, they still refuse to help. In today's world of advanced technology, this policy feels outdated and inconvenient. Most modern retailers can easily verify purchases electronically through membership accounts or email receipts -- yet BJ's continues to rely on outdated systems that create unnecessary frustration for loyal members. What makes it worse is that there's no clear way to contact their corporate office for support or complaints. As a result, customers are left feeling unheard and undervalued. BJ's should remember that excellent customer service builds loyalty -- not just profit. It's time they update their systems and policies to reflect the modern shopping experience their members deserve. read more

****SCAM ALERT **** Do not work with The AT&T reps for multiple reasons. The first reason is your bill will not be what they promise. Secondly you want be working with The actual AT&T you get pushed off to some side business that acts as AT&T and you talk to nothing but people that cannot speak english. They will also delay sending pertinent information for you to trade in your phones so you miss the deadline and then your stuck with the full bill for the phones. This has been the worst experience and I wish I would have never stopped at their booth inside BJ's. I will also add that Sam's Club would have never been this messy and led their customers on. I will never shop at BJ's ever again and I will tell all my friends and family about the scam that caused me not to shop there. read more
