Never ever order a cake from here. You give pick up time only to find that they are running at least an hour behind. Then they just pull a cake from the regular ones out on the floor anyway. They do a lousy job decorating and don't follow directions. They ruined my party making me late. There was a line of people in same situation I complained and got a whopping $10 discount. There is an older employee named Stephen stationed near the exit who appears to believe his role as a receipt checker grants him the authority to interrogate every customer on their way out. His behavior is unnecessarily slow, overbearing, and frankly, inconsiderate. Stephen seems completely unaware that most customers have places to be and do not wish to stand idle while he painstakingly counts every item in a shopping cart as though he's performing a TSA-level inspection. This obsessive approach serves no real purpose other than to waste people's time and create unnecessary frustration. A receipt check should be a brief courtesy, not a drawn-out performance that holds up the entire line. Stephen's inability to grasp the concept of urgency and his apparent need to overexert authority in a position that doesn't require it is both unprofessional and irritating. He should be fired, or at least have management tell him to not take his job like his life depends on it. He can take that position to Walmart. If he cannot exercise basic efficiency or respect for customers' time, management should seriously reconsider his role at the exit. A store employee should facilitate the shopping experience, not obstruct it by holding up a line to check an individual's entire shopping cart to make sure there's the precise amount of items in it. read more

Shoppers beware! They cheat you out of coupon savings when you clip coupons using the phone app or the PC version. I went shopping there today with the $3 off Vita Coco and the $1.50 off LaCroix Seltzer coupons clipped on the computer app. Expiration date 8/10/25. I did not recieve the discount. You need to clip the coupons from the flyer and bring them in also. What a pain! read more

Awful customer service and follow up at the Levittown location. Problem #1- cancelled an order on 11/22 and unable to get a creditcto my cc. Problem #2- ordered delivery today- get notified it was delivered. It was not. Called store and they use doordash for delivery. Unable to refund me. Will do doordash inquiry. Compared to the BJs in Queens I like this one better due to the fact its staff are seen sanitizing more items throughout the warehouse. I also like the fact that they will sanitize the trolley used to collect food and other items. This is something I would overlook before Covid19 however nowadays its very important and this branch does it well compared to other branches in queens. The staff are super friendly as well, this is always an added reason for someone to keep coming back. The lines are not bad compared to once in queens branches. I usually save 15 to 20 min on each visit but that also means an added 30min drive from my house to this branch ... it is still worth it The prices and deals are same in almost all branches so no big difference there. read more

Alright, I admit. I was MAD. Real mad. Instacart and Bj's delivery was such a horrendous waste of time and money. Like everyone else I was skittish about catching COVID in the wild.. or from rude peeps who crowd your personal space in the aisle. (Nothing new without COVID, honestly). My solution? Shop late and in-store pick-up. I'm a night owl normally so I don't mind heading to BJ's after I've done my post-dinner clean up at home. Their in store pickup is whole new level of awesome. Clip your coupons on the app, load in cart, pick your time slot and go! There aren't many pick-up parking spots but if you go at a non crazy time it's not too bad. BJ's has redeemed themselves.. Been shopping here for years. The regular staff is friendly. Except, when you need someone at the self check out. Without their store tech or staff errors, I'm usually done with my checkout under 5 mins. I will stop coming to this location, because the last time I was in self check out, their receipt printer was out of paper. The woman with the cashier key literally made the "shoo" hand jester at me. Didn't address me directly at all, no eye contact. She disappeared quickly when my husband was going to engage her. Seriously rude and discriminatory. Love coming to BJ's when out in Long Island - glad that it's not that crazy on weekends except the week before or the weekend of a big holiday weekend. Usually go in knowing what we need to shop for rather than going up and down the aisles...and use the self service check out. Always checking out the desserts in the back - love their mile high apple and pumpkin pies! Great for parties. Can't go without stopping by the snack aisles - esp for 2 bags of chips for 1 price and the chocolates aisles to pick up for work. Fairly easy to find what you want as each section is labeled. During the holidays they have some of the cutest toys for kids - who wants a huge teddy bear! Way too heavy even for me but cute! When you are done shopping and hungry, there's Fortune Wheel next door, or even to go before! read more

If all the BJs ran their stores the way this one does business would increase exponentially. The customer service here is great, the lines are never too long, shelves are usually well stocked and products are nicely displayed. The people who distribute food samples take so much pride in their product, you would believe they prepared it on their own. You can buy fresh organic mixed greens, a 10 pack of tuna cans, a year's supply of mouthwash, or a 1000 roll pack of toilet paper (just kidding...a little..) and BJs will make sure you are buying a quality product at a great price. read more

The tellers look at you stoned-faced without saying hello without saying how are you. It's not that they're rude it's that they don't care. This BJ's is eerily similar to all the others. BJ's is great (sometimes), especially if you buying in bulk. Generally speaking, I feel you get a little more bang for your buck in here, but when I visit, I try to keep my purchases limited to my pre shopping list, and inevitably, I always cone home with way more items than I anticipated. Some grocery items are fine because you can portion them out and freeze what you don't intend to immediately use, but certain other perishable items are sometimes not worth it for me........but maybe, if you're a family of 8 it'll be worth it for you. I do have a BJ's credit card and the in store savings due add up pretty quickly. You redeem your savings in $20 increments at the register upon checkout. Some other locations in the area also have a gas station connected to them, although this specific location does not. read more

I ordered an LG 75" TV online, did not open the box once it was delivered. I realized after delivery that the space we intended to mount the TV in our new renovation wasn't large enough for this model since we made changes to our plans. Honestly, I dreaded the thought of having to return the TV but I went on the app and initiated the return process. It mentioned that it can be returned to any BJ's location so I took it to the Levittown location. The entire process upon entering the location was very easy and Danielle in customer service was extremely helpful. My return was processed immediately and I was able to purchase and leave with a new TV. read more

The last two times I ordered curbside delivery it was extremely frustrating. No paper goods are in stock except $30 rolls of bounty paper towels. No Scott and no Berkeley products. The last time I waited over 20 minutes for my order to get to the car. This time I not only waited 10 minutes but was given an entirely WRONG order. I've been on hold on the phone now, since I can't run back to the store, for TWENTY FIVE MINUTES. I'm canceling my membership and trying Sam's or Costco. Just as you say Amen you get harassed by the homeless men panhandling and gypsies trying to repair dents and selling stolen bjs items. Now off to get a wagon. 1,2,3...5 tries and I get one that wheels work. I approach the entry and show my membership only to get ignored and notice nobody else does. I then start the adventure. Wait nothing is where it was last time and I spend 34 minutes looking for an item as my feet are aching and every employee is telling me to go to the front desk. I continue my shopping utilizing the bjs app. No item locations on app plus the WiFi in this store isn't compatible. I grab my items and pass the homeless guy in the clothing isle and then there is a line waiting to go to the checkout. 23 mins later I get to the rude cashier and notice multiple people passing one membership card down a line of carts. I pay and she sends me to customer for a new card. 33 mins waiting and I give up. I proceed to exit and wait 11 mins for my receipt to be checked. It will take you longer to leave the store than to shop. So in conclusion. The place is organized and managed poorly. Items are changed everyday. This bjs doesn't stock items that are in other stores. The in store app sucks. No employees are dressed in bjs attire to assist. They hid their name tags or claim no English and hide on the floor. Numerous fraudulent memberships between customers. Items are supplied in bulk. No remotes with TVs. Glass in salmon cans. Shirts that shrink. Multiple recalls. Prices on wrong items including meat. Employees reserving items for themselves. The homeless and quality of life conditions in the parking lot are hideous. But it is conveniently local and it's the new America. read more

This review is specific to my purchase and is not reflective of the whole store. (I've only been twice so I can't speak to the overall value of the store.) I bought a Nautica jacket that I loved. Of course it had a security tag on it. When the security tag was removed, it left a hole on the front of the sleeve. After thinking about it for a day I decided I did not want a jacket with a hole. When I returned it this morning the customer service person (Dylan - he was very nice) told me that all the jackets would be that way. I asked why they don't put the security tag on the inside or somewhere that a hole would not be noticeable. He did not have an answer for that. Suggestion for store management: Damaging goods in the name of security is pointless. Please review where you put security tags and be mindful that you are making a hole in someone new jacket. read more

It's BJ's, you go, sign up for a membership, and buy things you don't need in bulk size. I rarely come here. I usually stop by before a party or BBQ, when I need hotdogs in bulk. They also offer some decent salads and electronics (those somehow go together, trust me). It's perfect for larger families that need 200 rolls of paper towels. It's perfect for me when I need a TV for 50% off and/or frozen dinners. Honestly, it is a great place and has a bit of everything. You'll always score a deal here and they offer self-checkout if you don't want someone else ringing up your 40 boxes of tampons. read more

I've usually been to this one on Saturday afternoons. The selection on things we like isn't bad, it's reasonably clean and the organization isn't bad. I also LOVE that they usually have the express lane open; when it is, shopping here is so much better. If it's not, you're better off with self-checkout so long as the people in front of you aren't tech challenged. However, there is definitely room for improvement. For one thing, there needs to not be such long lines to leave for receipt check. We had to wait for ages in one today; if you left without getting the receipt checked & someone tried stopping you, they would have ZERO legal cause to detain you. Management needs to staff enough people so this doesn't happen since it's unacceptable to take longer in this line than in the checkout lane. Second, it would be nice if they would keep certain items in stock & more easy to find (in particular, ready made pizza crusts w/sauce). I'd also like to see better variety in cat food since I can't get my cat's food here at all & can't use coupons for it at this location. read more

I'm not a huge fan. They have a large selection, but the lines are always incredibly long over the weekend, and you're definitely going to have to wait a while. I legitimately don't like coming here, although they do have plenty to buy. I'd also rather go to Costco and get the free samples. And it's not like you can buy food to eat either; the concession is limited at best. read more

Out of all the locations of BJ'S I frequent this is my second favorite. They have a nice selection of products that we like but as far as registers, they are lacking on that part. It's nice that they have the 5 or 6 self checkouts, IF all of them are open. As usual on the weekends they really can use more cashiers on deck. The lines usually span to the middle of the store. The other area that could benefit from more staffing is the deli department. At least try and get some more part time help in the later part of the day/night. It's usually quiet in the mornings. The other shocking part, NO boars head!? Why? The Wesley farms brand isn't bad, but the other brand really looks and tastes like imitation "roll" product. The few crew members that do work there are always friendly and helpful. If these things could be corrected, this would surely be my number one! read more

This place is good if you like to go shopping with other family members as who needs three A1 steak sauces or 2 dozen muffins, or a six pack of Colgate tooth paste. The savings you get may be good on some products but not all. They have a meat department that has a large selection of meats, they sell beer , wine, dairy, fruits, appliances, car parts, TVs , clothing, and just about anything else you can think of. There is sampling tables on isle ends, and manufactures coupons are accepted on any product they sell. They do also have an excellent return policy and offer free membership trials upon request. Bring your own bags as they do not supply them. read more

Ok, I'm gonna admit. I've been shopping at a competitor (*cough* costco *cough*) for years now, but I've been curious to check out this location, especially since it's so close to where I live. So this past weekend, off we went (warehouse club trips are always an adventure, as you know). Wow. That's the first thing that came to mind. The place is clean, it's big (but nothing requiring three sherpas and a mountain goat), the isles are labeled (HUGE plus, unlike other places like this). Not to mention, the items themselves.... of course any warehouse market like this is going to have supersized verisions, but here it's more managable. Like, the sizes are a bit more realistic, like gallons of milk and pounds of coffee. Plus they sell dunkin' coffee, so that's an automatic plus in my book. I'm hooked. I would definitely go back there again. And yes, even almost a year later... there were really no lines. And they have self checkout, if that's your thing. read more

ok, I will start by saying I come to this BJ's every week. It has its good points and bad points. The good: You can get really good deals on most items. They sell items that costco does not. The employees are very nice and knowledgable. They usually have an express lane open. The bad: Their bananas are always green, like dark green!!! That pisses me off! While you can get a great deal on cold cuts, the line is always long as hell and the meat guys are slow as hell!! You never know if the shopping carts are gonna be in the store or if you got to find one before you get in. For some reason, they are always cleaning the floors driving on one of those floor cleaning carts while the store is open and people are shopping!! Do that when the store is closed!!! They usually dont have enough lines open and the lines are usually long. As you can see, there is more bad points than good, however I still shop here every week. Go figure. read more
