The TVs were hung perfectly, cables hidden - suggested an idea for the tv boxes and it went flawlessly. The technicians have been to our home twice to replace sensors and they love to drag their feet since they charge by the hour - I don't see how it takes them 3 hours to replace 3 window sensors, one of them upset me when I noticed he was wasting time removing the glue left from the sensors he replaced until I demanded that he leave it alone. For over a year we've experienced issues with the system faulting for no reason - tamper alarms/siren going off at 3am - and made several requests for technical support but they never even responded to our emails, that is until my husband mentioned he was considering switching to Ring monitoring - then the owner pretended to care and got nasty. Also, if you are a current customer, MAKE SURE TO READ YOUR CONTRACT, they are 3-year commitments and are AUTO-RENEWED, they WILL NOT let you cancel. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
