I let him know I can't do that early, and he was extremely rude, giving attitude. He kept saying he had nothing else to do and needed to come now. I said I need to keep the 1 pm appointment. He said he might be there or he would try to be there. I said you can either be there or not so which is it. He said I can't be there and told me to call the company if you have an issue with it.

We were pleased with the plumbing, electricial, and tile (Ivan and Simon) sub-contractors that were used for our bathroom project. We've encountered our fair share of contractors and, for this job in general, received many over-the-top quotes and/or no shows. Ben was reasonably priced and consistent in his communication. He provided us with a project calendar (we've never had that happen w/ a contractor) and while, his team went over their original due date--unexpected issues--he maintained communication with us about who would be where, when, and why. Very happy :)

I had quotes from 3 other individuals/companies around town and they were either too sales-like for me or weren't responsive at all. I have to admit I was hesitant about going forward with AKB since I'd not read any review about them, but I had a good feeling after I met Benjamin to receive the initial estimate. I got the impression that he actually really cared about his work and the job he does and it was more than just a paycheck for him. I really liked how he was even able to give me a ballpark estimate with just some pictures I sent him before he came over to give a true estimate. I initially reached out to Benjamin in late May and we had decided to start work the first week of July (on that note, he also had earlier availability than anyone else I had received a quote from). We wound up pushing that back once we received the final quote as we wanted more time to save money for the job. He started work on our kitchen on a Monday and was basically done by Friday, except for a few items he had to come back to finish up early the next week. He was great about communicating when he would be at the house and did a fantastic job cleaning up each day--we were able to still use our kitchen in the evenings. We did the back-splash ourselves to save money, and after finishing that, I'm just floored at how beautiful this kitchen looks. I even have to force myself to go to sleep and stop staring at my kitchen each night. It was 100% worth the money and I would recommend Affordable Kitchen & Bath to anyone who wants quality work for a great price.

Like a huge showroom floor of the best stuff. We went on a late Thursday morning and there wasn't many people there at all. Our issue was the workers. The few we spoke too seemed to either be unknowledgeable, uninterested and lacked customer service skills. The lady working the front entrance I hope was new because she was clueless about everything including the layout. The representing that she finally got for us after about 15 min of us roaming around seemed like she would rather get a route canal then help us out. Also kinda spoke to us like we were the expert and should know about the brands and product. When the main focus of our visit is to to see what our options were and to see what we liked. I'd say about 24-48 hours we made our purchase but not from here. The customer service experience turned us off. The pricing at This establishment is in the high end. However as mentioned they only have high end things on the showroom floor. So that is to be expected. Most people including us do not mind to spend a little extra for nicer things but we do expect to recover knowledgeable and helpful information before making a purchase of large magnitude.

I honestly didn't have a huge problem with that until I heard a lady say she was going to look at something real fast and they let her enter. After we got to enter the showroom and found some items we loved, she couldn't help because she had to stand at the door, but we could be put on a waitlist or look it up online. I did not drive to the store to then go look it up online. This store has some really nice pieces, but very poor customer service. They took social distancing to a new level! All in all, we wanted to purchase items for our bathroom remodel today, but I refuse to buy from a place with poor customer service.
