Dr. Cappi works magic. I went in there with pain and stiffness in my neck and shoulders. It was affecting my sleep, giving me headaches, making me grumpy, and no amount of massaging would help. He told me it would take about 6 visits to "fix", but I noticed a HUGE improvement by the 4th visit. Olga and Vanessa are wonderful as well. They are all very friendly and so helpful. And, in addition to the doctor being great at properly adjusting my alignment, he gives sound preventive education to limit the number of visits I need. I was referred to BKP by a friend when I pulled my back out. Dr Cappi was able to relieve my pain with just a few visits, which involved therapy and alignment. It's been almost a decade since that injury, and I can say that any visit to see Dr Cappi is a huge relief to my body. This was my first time in for a treatment with Dr Cappi. Past experiences with other chiropractors have not been the best, so I've shied away from them altogether. But my shoulder has caused me pain now for weeks, and Dr Cappi came highly recommended. If all visits are like this one, I'll have no problem coming back. After a conversation and some tests, he was able to diagnose what was going on with my shoulder. He also wasn't one of those chiropractors that dismisses the care of traditional medical Doctors, but rather encouraged me to continue my visits with my general practitioner and educated me on the questions I should be asking. My daughter (who is only 15 years old) had 36 physical therapy visits on her ACL reconstructed knee and wasn't even close to being back to "normal " UNTIL we came to Dr Cappi....after only 3 visits with deep tissue therapy treatment on her leg it is just 4* from being straight.... I was involved in a MVA accident Feb 14th of 2016. My atty sent me here to Dr. Cappi. I was pregnant at the time and Olga and Dr. Cappi couldn't really treat as I was 21 weeks pregnant. Tho they didn't do much it still helped somewhat and they staff are really great. They do take care of you and Vanessa being front end, obviously knows what customer service is, because every time I come in she knows the patients already and conversed with them when she can, the office can get busy. The whole entire team here won't disappoint you and I'm really saddened I had to be transferred somewhere else due to my work hours.
