They claimed they had recently bought the business and would have to contact the former owner. What a load of nonsense. I went back and saw Kat, who was AMAZIIIIIIING. 3 stars should be 5 for Kat. She was so good that I bought a bunch of ZO products, and still use the line daily and have repurchased. Saw her twice in a row and my skin is absolutely better off having know her and gotten recommendations. However, as a "wellness" center I was sad I only had one person I could see here for facials. I sucked it up when Kat was gone all summer 2023 and unfortunately she simply didn't return to this location after her summer travels. The salon's posted hours indicated they were open until 7:00 PM (and online hours showed 7:30 PM), so I assumed there would be enough time for service. When I asked if I could get a pedicure, I was told they had already taken their last customer at 6:00 PM and were not accepting anyone else. What was frustrating was that the salon was completely empty at the time. I understand businesses may stop taking walk-ins before closing, but if that's the policy, it should be clearly communicated online and at the salon so customers don't make a trip expecting service. Arriving nearly an hour before closing and being turned away was disappointing and felt like a waste of time. I hope the salon updates its hours or clearly states its last walk-in time to avoid confusion for future customers.
