Was not a high quality vehicle and we knew that when purchasing Because i am working to restore it. But during the car buying process he had me sign an arbitration agreement That he explained to me was an agreement for them to pay up to 1500 dollars if anything goes wrong with the vehicle. Turned out it was me signing away my rights to hold them legally responsible in anyway if anything goes wrong with it. As well as when he was explaining to me that the car I was purchasing had bumper to bumper warranty still. I asked him if anything could void that warranty. Which he assured me that wouldn't happen. After ward finding out that in truth CAN happen. if I knew that ,then I wouldn't have purchased the vehicle without asking for a dealer warranty of some kind instead of as is. When we drove up unannounced to this very unassuming office with cars in the back, our prayers were answered when the salesman, Rob Aleman, came out to meet us. I don't usually like when car salesmen circle you like vultures. But Rob just came out of the door and introduced himself to my husband and I. We instantly felt at ease with this polite and laid back gentleman. We told him why we were there. He took us right to the truck, he got the keys, we test drove, loved it. Went in, got paperwork started and chatted together, got to know each other while the paperwork was being handled by Joey. Joey was also nice guy. Rob made us feel like we had been friends for years! Over the phone, the staff were friendly and easy going. When we arrived, the car was ready to look at. It was exactly what we wanted. We had a budget and were able to stay within that budget. The whole process took less than an hour. The company has a real down to earth feel-they take your photo next to the new car and post it on their wall! The staff have an easy way about them that makes you feel comfortable and not like you're being manipulated. It's a very small dealership and off the beaten path, but soooo worth your while! Also want to note that they let us take the vehicle home the night before purchasing with a small deposit so we could have our mechanic take a look at it. There was a piece of paper in the window that said to call a number if picking up a Uhaul. We called and called, at least 15 times over 15 minutes leaving a message, but no one answered. There was also another customer trying to drop off a truck and he was calling as well. I called the main Uhaul number and they also called multiple numbers for the business, but they did not get an answer either. Eventually, we heard through a camera speaker someone talking. The man had an attitude and said to call the number, the same one we and Uhaul had been calling. We tried calling it again and he still didn't answer despite just then telling us to call. I was on the phone with Uhaul and had them change our reservation to a different location. I would not recommend this location.

In the end, I was forced to drive from our home in Frisco, TX to San Antonio (where my son is attending college), only to find out that the dealership had done nothing they said they would and my son's car that had been towed there the week before was untouched! In the end, they charged me 2K more for the same service they had done to the careless one week prior because we chose not to use insurance to cover it the second time. After speaking with both the service manager and general manager at length, it was obvious the practices of the receptionist came from the top down!
