I've never been to a dispensary that has their products except for this one and I have gotten defective products from this dispensary more so than any other dispensary I've went to in the city most of the time something burns out or they sell you already leaking in the package and they won't let you check it in there they make you walk out with it and then they tell you, they can't refund it. They put it on a lot of fake smiles. And they will sell you anything it doesn't matter if the are wrong and it'll send you through the roof because they lack knowledge of and they lack knowledge of their products. I spend a lot of money with dispensaries. I can tell you this right now I will never spend another dime at that dispensary again. The way I was treated spending $70 for a cart taking one puff of it and it exploding? I asked the person I said if you guys are not going to refund it please I do not want to come back up there and look silly. I will just stop coming there. They told me to come back up there. I went up there and they charged me so I bought it but I told them I would be leaving a review. I cannot give you an exact number on how many defective and devices I have bought from this place, but it is a lot easily $1000 worth of defective products. This was the first one I ever tried to return and that's the treatment I got another one. They can't do nothing. Well that's fine. I'll buy the other one I'm just done coming here because I'm done getting bad products. I'm done getting things that have lost their cannabinoids. From visiting other dispensaries in the Pittsburgh area I've found that Delta9 seems to have the cheapest prices. I opened the review and saw that the reviewer felt that he was treated very poorly, as a result, and myself being new to vaping (with more questions than answers), I decided to stay away, in order to avoid possible ridicule and embarrassment from my lack of knowledge and overabundance of questions. Several weeks went by and I still hadn't found a store. So, since I was in the neighborhood, I bit the bullet and went in to seek help for an issue that I was having with an existing setup of mine. As soon as I walked in, I heard a very friendly "Hello, my name is Alex, how can I help you?" I shook Alex's hand and explained my setup problem and asked him if he could take a look and see the problem, and/or make some recommendations on how to get it right. He took the time to provide me with a very customized experience. I explained that I was new to vaping, and what my needs from it were, as well as what I was looking for. He took a look at my device, figured out what the problem was. Asked me what kind of action I wanted to take (which was to replace my atomizer), and, so as to not blackball me into an item that was beyond my price range and my needs, he made sure to ask me what I was comfortable spending and he found the perfect device for me; In fact, I like it better than my original one! He made sure it fit my battery, and made sure that it fired right and fit well on my existing battery. I happened to have my own eJuice (I vape CBD oil) with me, and he even showed me how to fill the new item that I purchased. This place was soooooo far in the polar opposite direction of what was described by that single-star-review that I can't even begin to explain it! I'm not saying that the Single-Star-Reviewer was being less than honest, but perhaps there were some extenuating circumstances that led to the events that had transpired during his experience? MY experience was so positive that they now have a customer for life and I highly recommend their shop to anyone that asks and/or will listen.
