Many of the smaller pieces are priced very reasonably; the larger items and furniture however seem to be priced somewhat more expensively. There are also several boutiques/stalls which sell vintage clothing, records, and Americana/travel memorabilia, all of which was fun to view and to discuss. The staff are friendly and polite, and offer to 'hold' items while shopping, which was most welcome. The store is small and can get very busy at times on the weekend. Need something? They'll help order it if it's not there. I travel to shoot long range. Kevin's wife greeted all of us (including the kids) immediately upon walking in and offered us refreshments while browsing. While we weren't originally looking for a custom ring, Kevin and his wife helped us see what could be done within our budget and within our timeframe. Not once were we ever made to feel like our budget was insufficient. At no point in time did we ever feel like we were "being had" or like we were dealing with a "used car salesman". Kevin walked us through options, made recommendations, and even showed us some stones he had on site. He explained the things he looked for when selecting stones, settings, etc...and patiently answered all of our questions. There was a bit of a hiccup in the final delivery of our ring but Kevin managed to get everything sorted out and really went out of his way to do right by us. The hiccup wasn't anything catastrophic but Kevin's efforts were definitely welcome and much appreciated! He really went the extra mile to provide absolutely amazing customer service. Paid my $5 admission and had to go to the restroom... expecting to see port-a-potties, I was happy to see a big sign indicating the orange building were restrooms. Easily spotted up ahead, indoor plumbing, clean with plenty of stalls and multiple spots to wash hands. For an outdoor venue, this made me quite happy. There are vendors galore at the flea market and something for everyone. Arrive early for the best finds and to be sure you have time to see everything because there are so many items on display. Many vendors are open to making a deal even! A few food vendors on site as well in case you get hungry for breakfast, lunch, snack or beverages but I'd like to see more options in the future. Bring cash although there are a few who accept Venmo, just don't count on it. Otherwise, it's a great place to spend a few hours and find things you may or may not know you needed!

You can pay extra for early bird entry, otherwise the gates open at 7a for general admission. They have a few food vendors but could work to get a couple more on site, especially if you are planning to spend all day there. I've been coming here for a number of years and love meandering through all the booths.
