Over the past ten months since my wife and I moved back to Redding, we have consistently chosen Quick Quack for our car washes. Every time we visit this location, our vehicle is cleaned thoroughly, and we are always impressed with the quality of the wash. The attention to detail, combined with the professionalism and friendliness of the representatives, makes each visit a positive experience. On Saturday, since it had been a couple of months since my last wash, we decided to return to Quick Quack to have our car cleaned once again. As usual, when I pulled up to the customer service representative, I was greeted with a friendly smile, which I always appreciate. However, on this day I was not thanked for my business, which is understandable given that there seems to be a new employee every time we visit. While this isn't a major concern, a simple acknowledgment of returning customers would enhance the overall experience. Since I do not subscribe to the unlimited monthly plan at $32.99, I opted for a one-time wash. In a previous visit, I recall being offered an unlimited plan at a much more reasonable $18.99 per month. In my opinion, that is a much better price point and one that I would like to encourage Quick Quack to offer as it would help me and probably others maintain as an ongoing subscription. However, at $32.99 per month, considering how infrequently I would use it, I find it a bit too expensive for my needs. If Quick Quack were to bring back the lower price or offer a promotion for loyal customers, I would be much more inclined to subscribe. That being said, I have no complaints about the quality of the service itself. The car wash consistently does an excellent job, leaving my vehicle looking spotless and shining. Additionally, the vacuums provided are strong and effective, making it easy to clean the interior of my car thoroughly. These aspects of the service are what keep me coming back. My only suggestion would be for Quick Quack to offer some type of promotion or loyalty incentive to those who continue to visit regularly. It would be a great way to show appreciation for customers who choose Quick Quack time and time again. Even a small discount or promotional offer every so often would go a long way in maintaining customer satisfaction and encouraging repeat business. Nonetheless, I will continue to visit this location because I truly appreciate the way my vehicle looks and shines after each wash. The high-quality results and friendly service make it a reliable and worthwhile option for keeping my car clean. Inconsistent policy...when I take my offroad jeep in they lockout the roller for my hood saying it will damage the aftermarket pilar lights. Sometimes they haven't probably because they forgot, or I started to request them to wash the hood. These light have a 3/16" steel plate purpose built to take tree branch hits, and they have. I showed the manager the mounts and lights and tried to tear them off myself but wouldn't budge! I wish they would look closer at flimsy ski/bike racks, wind deflectors and the like and give me the same consideration. I just got done dropping off the last of my crew here in Redding and I wanted to get a quick wash on this rental Suburban that we trashed out on and off the road. I don't wanna get charged with excessive dirty return on the rental, so all I need is a quick wash and doesn't need to be absolutely perfect, just good enough for a rental return back in Red Bluff. Quick Quack (gotta love that name!) offers a fast wash for about $12 bucks. That's all I need. The machines did a decent job, maybe not every bit of mud came off, but good enough. Easy in and out and off back to red Bluff. If you need a quick wash or touch up, this place works good. read more

Actually listen to your customers and members. They turn brushes off if you have a factory roof rack. So only the sides of your vehicle get washed. So you are forced to either go through again or go home and wash it yourself. Either way it's a half wash but for the full price. read more

If your car doesn't have dead bugs on its windshield you're probably OK going here but ours did, so it was not so great. We usually go to the "Clean Car Wash" on Churn Creek but decided to give this place a try since we were driving by. Basically, you drive up, pay the attendant, drive through their washing machine, and then drive away. We had a few bug marks going in, but they were not all gone after the wash. Also, there were places on our car that were missed. The other place scrubs your glass area and the front of your car by hand and after you drive through their machine they have someone there to dry it off by hand. There is no comparison. As you have probably guessed by now, we will continue with the other place. read more

I can not even begin to give this car wash a 1 star, but had to put 1 star for yelp to let me submit the review . On 5/1/25 my husband and I went to Quick Quack Car Wash for the first time and noticed the sign of items that are not covered by the car wash nothing in the sign was a concern to us so we proceeded, at the end of the car wash we noticed a crack in the front windshield that was not there when we entered, we pulled back to where the employees were and they told us to take pictures and filled out a Customer Incident Report, she also gave us Customer Service phone # but said the store leader Stephanie would review the footage and email us, well 2 weeks later and numerous phone calls to Customer Service finally received and email from Stephanie that the windshield was denied because they do not cover windshields as simple as that, never reviewed any footage as I was told. M I am very upset because this should be on the signage plus why weren't we told by the first employee who helped us if this was the policy. I called customer service again after I received the email from Stephanie and I was told they aren't aware of what is covered. Sorry for such a long review but be aware!! When I went to Q.Q. car wash I selected what cost I was willing to pay. 4 months later I get billed $22.99. When I called Q.Q. customer service to ask about the charge , I was told it was for my membership renewal. When I got my car washed the attendant never asked if I wanted a membership . Will not go to that quick quack car wash again. My car was not that dirty, but I had bugs on my windshield and bird poop on drive side window. The girl with the water hose sprayed the car with a stream of water with no water pressure on the front of my car, not that it did any good. When I got out, I still had all the bugs still on my windshield and the bird poop was still there, my tires did not get clean. I may have been there on a bad day, but I went there so I didn't have wash my car when I got home. Well, I had to drive 54 miles to home and wash my car after spending $33.00 plus dollars and then paying for my water to redo it. read more

This car wash ripped off part of my front grill and rear wheel well cover. When I asked them to look for the part they walked through the wash picking up Three pieces from other vehicles until the last one was mine. Because of my car being over 5 years old they will not take responsibility. When I went to the dealership to buy new part they stated I was not the first to come to them from this car wash having to replace broken parts. Beware! I have used Quick Quack in other locations with no issues. Do not go to the one located on Dana! Very disappointing. read more

The locations for Quick Quack are the most convenient relative to our house, so once they opened, I decided to try them and see if I would switch from the Sasqwash to QQ. I tried a number of washes to be sure. First, this is a more expensive place for a single car family. They don't offer the free first month, and on a monthly basis it costs more than the Sasqwash. HOWEVER, if you have 3 or more in your household, the add-on cost for extra family cars at Quick Quack is less than Sasqwash, so if you're splitting the monthly fee plus add-on cars 3 or more ways, it works out cheaper. Second, no free first month like the promo Sasqwash runs all the time. Boo. ALSO it's not clear, but if you cancel the first month, they hit you for ANOTHER $5 as a parting insult. Third, the quality of the wash is less than Sasqwash. Quick quack doesn't have the workers with the brushes on sticks to scrub bumpers, etc with bugs on them before you are pulled in to the wash. As anyone here knows, after a trip to Sac in anytime except winter, you WILL be hammered with bugs. They are counting on their bug wash to get them off, and it just doesn't work all that well without a brush. This was the same at both QQ locations in town I tried - no bug brushes, no pre-scrub trouble areas, just some spray. It did not work to get all the bug remains off my bumper, even after multiple passes through the wash. Also, the TIME the car wash spends on your car is about HALF as much as Sasqwash. It SEEMED fast to me when it pulled us through, so I timed it the next time I went (1m39s) and then timed Sasqwash (3m08s). Less time being cleaned led to less thorough cleaning, IMO. Employees are all pleasant, and do their jobs well. Theming is an A+ - they are dedicated to the cute duck theme and puns - they even project duck images on the soap dumped on your windshield at one point in the process, but the WASH is too expensive in most cases, and not as good of a value/clean as Sasqwash in my opinion, having used both many times. EDIT: I appreciate the response from the owner, but there's really nothing that can be done to fix the systemic issues I experienced with the Quick Quack way of washing, so discussing it with a manager would be a waste of time. They know what the issues are already, I'm sure. The problems are not the Quick Quack employees (they are great, in my experience interacting with them), but the way the QQ wash system is set up without the employees given pre-scrubbers to use at the start to clean the bumpers and tailgate/back window, AND the excessive SPEED of the trip through the wash that doesn't allow enough time under the brushes to give a thorough clean. Those are issues and adjustments an owner would have to make to improve the overall experience, and I somehow doubt that's in the cards. Thank you for following up, though! read more

This car wash was awesome! Really does a great job cleaning your car, but in addition to that, the employees go above and beyond! We had a family night and our kids wanted to go through the fun new car wash (which really is fun) the employee who pre-sprayed the car drew a smiley face on the window for my kids and they loved it. It was so fun we actually went through two times in a row (I bought the membership) I can't recommend it enough. They definitely made a loyal customer out of me! read more

I use them maybe once or twice a month so they have been making way more on my membership than a single. They'd rather let me cancel, than let me go through today and come back with an updated card. Went through the car wash on 06/02 and it ripped off my "factory installed" roof rack. We alerted them to this right away! But they continued to let cars go through the car wash. 10+ cars went through on top of rack. By the time they finally stopped to go in and get it the rack was wrecked. They rinsed it off and sent us on our way with no mention or offer to file an incident report. Called the corporate number where they offered the incident report. The assistant Manager on duty was rude, couldn't care less to help us, canceled our membership on the stop and will absolutely never be back. Once we got home I finally calmed down enough to read the accident report slip where the Assistant Manager lied and wrote not damaged even though she took pictures of the damaged rack and the rack was not able to go back on.
