The employees were very friendly and kind. The driveway has a pot hole and the rails for the tires are sticking up so when I drove into the car wash my car bottomed out. It sounded pretty bad. The owner should look into getting it fixed. read more

Have been coming here for about ten years very good service nice people. Live in Burney and get my car washed as often as I can.

They pre-wash then washing is done by a machine. They are suppose to dry afterwards. They dry the front and sides but do not dry back or top. When you drive off water falls from the top all over the car. Why do they bother? read more

Would not recommend, left Clean Car Wash with a dirty car and a eep because they took the J off my emblem. I went back to have my car rewashed and to find the J to my Jeep. They refused to rewash my dirty car and made me back out of the car wash. I went over to Tay-van around the corner and they washed my "eep" for free and had it sparkling clean. I don't usually leave reviews unless they are positive but I am pretty disappointed. My mom raves about this place so I went. I got the most expensive car wash and left a pretty nice tip because of the wonderful things I've heard. After leaving my truck is still dirty. I am going to have to go to another place to re-wash it. Maybe it was just because it was the end of the day. read more

I was a little disappointed. The line went slow, probably because they have to almost hand wash the car before it goes in the automatic car wash. I think the automatic car wash probably needs to be updated. There's not too much to it once you get inside the actual car wash, I would say it probably rinses off the car but doesn't do much for cleaning the car. However, because they do hand wash the car going in to the car wash, overall it did the job. read more

This place was great! We had a vehicle full of bugs all over the front, so I swung by here on my way home. One, it was fast. In total I was there for probably seven minutes total, and three were waiting for the car in front of me. Two, two guys scrubbed the entire front and tires before I went through. This is exactly what I was looking for! Three, a guy at the end takes a towel and dries your car off. All three were extremely nice and professional and worked extra hard even with it being 100 degrees outside. Four, it was a good deal. All this for $9. plus a three dollar tip. Amazing place, amazing people! We're passing towards the Redwoods, on a super hot beautiful day,wanted to have my new Estoril Blue Crystal Effect Audi washed off a bit,especially the flies and bugs on the windshield and bumper. To start off, I must explain that I have OCD when it comes to my truck being clean. I usually wash it at home, but I was in a hurry so I brought it here. Pulling in, I saw that the prices were reasonable, and they had more than two washes to choose from. I saw the one that had what i believed to be wax, and pulled ahead. It was barely before 8 in the morning, and the temperature on my dash said 28 degrees outside. I did feel a little guilty making someone else do something that a) I normally do myself and b) something I would not do in below freezing temperatures. The two guys that came out to wash my truck, looked as though they had no idea it was freezing out. The taller guy took my antenna off, and came around to my window. He gave a very genuine, polite greeting that actually shocked me. While he and I talked about the different packages another guy sprayed my truck down with a high pressure hose. The first guy asked if I wanted Rain-X to go on with my wash. I asked him if it was any good. He replied, that a vehicle with a good clear coat, the Rain-X makes it look like it was just hand waxed or buffed. I ended up paying $18, a price i thought was a little steep. Then I saw the work they did. When he and his coworker were done, the outside was immaculate. I asked for his name, Tom, he told me. He and Chad not only washed my truck but they did it like it was there own. Not only will I go back, but I'll do so whenever I'm in Redding. I urge anyone who's on here looking for a wash to try them out, you won't be disappointed. read more
