When I say it is the worst experience I've ever had, I'm not exaggerating. Most of the positive reviews are fake, astroturfing from friends and family in Stamford, something I should have looked at more closely before booking. I booked them to pick up my son at JFK and bring him to Stamford, CT for a wedding, and for a return trip. I booked on 10/3 for trips on 10/6 and 10/8. The trip from the airport was mostly uneventful, it took a long time but that's the nature of pool travel sometimes, waiting for someone else to get to the car from their flight. The return trip to JFK airport however, was an unmitigated disaster.
On 10/04 the departure time of 6:30am on 10/8 at the hotel was confirmed. On Saturday 10/7, the day of the wedding, it was reconfirmed again in the morning and we thought we were all set and enjoyed the wedding. Then, while we were attending a wedding, another unclear email came in late in the day that we did not see, moving the pick up time up about an hour, with no phone or text follow up to confirm although they had our mobile number, just an email we didn't read because we are now already at the event and had already confirmed twice. This was one of a total of fourteen emails for a round trip to JFK, fourteen completely unclear emails! The driver, Cesar, then called once the next morning, at 5:30am, a full hour before the scheduled pick up while my son was in the shower, and then just left without him. The next email, at 7:52am, was a payment receipt from this dishonest business for a ride my son wasn't on. I called, and only received a refund when I told them I would have my credit card refund the charge regardless. The representatives of this company were beyond rude in every interaction, and left me scrambling to get my son a ride to the airport on time. Do not use this outfit under any circumstance, you have been warned.
