They do what is required for a fair price, and don't add on unnecessary work to meet some kind of monthly service revenue quota. Madison Ford is especially helpful in taking care of older vehicles. I had another big city Ford dealer tell me that they refused to work on any Ford over 10 years old! Madison is small enough that word gets around on how businesses treat their customers.
