One to One is good for a person who is into casual all around fitness. Not for someone who's more dedicated to one muscle area and looking for a personal trainer. Parking available in a nearby garage. One to One will validate parking as long as you remember to ask the employees before leaving.

Jess and her team completely changed my mind set about going to the gym and working out. I was in my early 40s when I first started working out at Whole Fitness and, until I found Jess, I had never been able to stick to any kind of fitness routine. I was at my heaviest, totally overwhelmed, and honestly at my wits' end. From day one, Jess put me at ease and made me feel at home. Whole Fitness isn't a typical gym and that's what makes it so special. It's a boutique, private environment where you never feel self-conscious, intimidated, or uncomfortable. I always felt safe, cared for, and supported. The trainers and the other clients became an extension of my family, and leaving that behind was much harder than I expected. After moving, I tried to recreate that experience and quickly realized just how rare Jess and her team are. I won't turn this into a complaint about other trainers, but it became clear that what Whole Fitness offers isn't easy to find. I eventually stopped trying to replace it and started doing virtual training with Jess instead because I'm simply not willing to settle for less than the best. Today I participated in my wife's training session with Jess and she really made me feel the burn. She showed my how to isolate particular muscle groups that's I never have before. I always thought I was doing shoulder workouts like side raises and shoulder press correctly, but she gave me tips that really helped me activate the muscle groups with less weight than I usually use. She also made the workout fun and threw in some movements that I definitely haven't done and really challenged me. Since my wife started with Jess I've definitely seen the change in her and would recommend her to anybody looking for a trainer that really knows what they're doing.

Nola movement offers a combination of Brazilian and other dance genres in a class that is called "Island beats". What's nice about the dance class is that they give you directional cues and you end up working out without even realizing it! They also offer Zumba, strong, TaBoga, which is a hybrid of of yoga mixed with high intensity cardio. In addition they offer regular yoga and meditation classes. I got to work with Nike O, the owner of the club and discussed my personal goals as well as physical limitations. I'm still recovering from a pulled muscle so modifications are a must for me. Nike and her team were happy to comply and "slow things down" if an exercise was too difficult for me to handle and make it painless. I loved doing "strong" with instructor Sharee. Many of the exercises I was familiar with and she added little twists and turns to make it more challenging as well as a lot of fun. I also loved doing yoga with Stephanie and her partner. Yoga is a great restorative class and I highly recommend at least one restorative class when you are on a workout schedule. I also did a TaBoga class with her. Although I don't reside in Cleveland I am extremely happy that they continue to offer their classes on the "Zoom" platform. Purchasing a membership will not only give you access to online classes which are powered by the MindBody app but also you can take directly in their studio when they are open. I want to thank the entire Nola movement team for helping me take another step closer to achieving my strength goal and also for making their dances so much fun.

Every trainer takes the time to show you the workouts, explain the why, and are your biggest supporters throughout. I love how most of them have kids and know the struggle of the juggle between self care and balancing the home life. They maximize the time you are at the gym and tailor things to your capabilities, but give that extra nudge you need to step out of your comfort zone. Every class is different though because different exercise moves are used. The classes use the Lagree method of fitness. 216 Lagree is the only MEGAPRO studio in Cleveland as of the date of this review. I first visited by myself for an early morning class on Thursday, April 2nd, 2026 then I came with some friends on April 4th, 2026. FULL BODY MEGAPRO -- I took a Full Body MegaPro class on Saturday morning, April 4th 2026 with two friends. The class is a high-intensity but low impact workout. It involves different movements on a Megapro machine that work legs, glutes, arms, and core. The Megapro class is a full body workout. I was shaking and sweating within the first 10 mins of class. The class is slightly similar to doing Pilates on a Reformer machine. The Lagree method of fitness works to strengthen and tone muscle fibers but it does not make muscles bigger. You'll get lean and tight muscles with the more classes that you take. If you want to bulk up and get bigger muscles then take a weights class at a gym because the Megapro class won't do that for you. I remember after my first class, my body was sore and tight the next day but after stretching, I was back to normal the next day or 2 days later. I know that I was sore because I used muscles that I normally don't use when exercising so the soreness was a good thing. COST -- A hefty price. I used the 'Buy One, Get One' free class pass deal ($35 for two classes) which I liked. One class is $35 which is expensive so I most likely won't be back especially because I already used my 2 classes passes.
