This is a different kind of family operation....but it's a good one. Rebecca was great with communication. Joseph offered clear and precise repairs for my car and did so in a timely fashion. But my biggest shout out is for Jacob... he's the one that actually fixed my car and he was a very knowledgeable and explained the repairs. I was introduced to this family owned business by a gentleman that has detailed my Mercedes for years and also owns Mercedes so has some deep knowledge. I had had some bad experiences with both the Mercedes dealership and another well-known repair shop in town was a bit reluctant when it came to looking for a new mechanic for my AMG I visited these great people and was given a detailed estimate of the work that needed to be done on my car and also the option of doing only the most important first and easing into the others. They even went so far as to indicate a reduction in the labor cost when certain repairs were done together, which I felt to be extremely helpful and transparent. I decided to go ahead and have all the work done and not only did they pick me up and take me home they completed all of the work in the time promised and my car runs like a top!
