Their team did the design, permitting, and landscaping/irrigation work. The pools team did a great job, and I'm very happy with the end product. HOWEVER.... this review is to comment on my overall dissatisfaction with the company's willingness to honor the landscaping/plant warranties - which they didn't do. Instead, they invoked the "act of god" clause, and left me hanging. The dollar figure is a few hundred bucks, and a little bit of my own labor to replace the dead plants... Given the project was north of 200k, it's a minimal impact, but I'm going to be honest, and state that it left me with a terrible taste in my mouth, and wanted to share it with the broader community.
