The outside and inside of this location is very clean and bright not like other dark and dirty service locations. I only needed to wait a short time for others in front of me to be serviced. Once I talked to someone we discussed different options available to me and I felt I was not being forced to pay for the higher priced oil. We discussed the differences and I was able to make an educated decision. The service time was reasonable for the oil change about 30-45 minutes as expected and less than I have waited in the past at other locations. And it allowed me to have a couple frosted beverages at 30 hop on the other side of the parking lot. :) When I returned shortly before my service was done I was the only one in the entrance. I was quickly & cheerfully greeted by the Service Manager Kevin and he apologized for not meeting me earlier because he was with another customer. He mentioned that he was finishing up some research into some of the concerns the technician found with my vehicle. He showed me pictures and later provided me with prices and service times for each item. I was provided with email receipts and future service items along with the inspection details of everything from tire pressure to air filter quality. I would feel comfortable recommending this location to anyone who has very limited automotive knowledge. I do not think they would take advantage of anyone. New service manager told me that both front CV shafts needed to be replaced "no grease left in joints" and the Rack and pinion steering gear must also be replace due to excessive play. I removed the axels and found nothing wrong with them, not even a tear in one boot. And the rack and pinion is nice and tight. I returned today and showed the Serv Mgr the axles and asked him to explain. He treated me with total disrespect and did not care that he flat out lied about multiple "needed repairs". We will not be using this company again, not even for a simple oil change. They didn't even bother to grease the top ball joints on my truck when I took it to them last month. If anyone askes me, I will tell them not to trust anything these people say.

The shop did a very good job and I was very satisfied, but it missed something that Jiffy Lube pointed out to me. Jiffy Lube told me that the air intake hose was almost completely ripped around the tube and was connected by only a very small portion. If it ripped all the way off the SUV would lose power immediately. The next day I replaced the hose. THANK YOU Blairsferry Jiffy Lube!!!

I took my car there for a tire change and alignment, the tires came out good and the service was…read moredecent. However, the alignment was not done the greatest. Fast forward 4 months I came in with a flat tire to get repaired. Long story short they ended up losing my tire and sent my mom all over town on a wild goose chase. In the end, they found my tire sitting in their shop. Now fast forward 6 months I ended up getting a nail in my rear tire. I also noticed that the front right tire was already getting bald. So I took the whole car in and asked them to repair the tire with a nail in it and also to rotate the tires, and check the alignment. The lady said okay and I asked how much for the rotation which she then said its free. So after the tire was repaired I went to get it and noticed the tires were never rotated. Rather than going back in I decided to do the rotation on my own as it is not very difficult. Unfortunately, it was because the lugnuts on one of the tires were on there so tight an impact drill could not get it off so I used a breaker bar and a lead pipe. I was not able to get it. fast forward 3 months, The tire is bald on the outside meaning the alignment was never done. So I took the tire into the shop and asked for them to fix it. The guy there told me the warranty would not cover it because it was an alignment issue. I told him they had aligned it but he then told me it needs to be aligned twice a year. So on 11/05/22 the tires were installed and aligned then on 9/01/23 they were supposed to be aligned and rotated but weren't. I then gave him the tire and he gave me the quote and told me there would be a new tire on there when I came back later. I then went home and my mom called and explained to them how I should have had the tires aligned on 11/05/22 and aligned and rotated on 9/02/23. The lady then tries to say that I never asked her to do any of that back on 9/02/23. She told my mom that she was not there and basically called me a liar. My mom then asks her for her name and she then hangs up. Later that day my mom went back in to pick up the tire they were supposed to repair and nothing had been done to it. The guy told her he did not know if I wanted the tire to be changed or just inspected which makes no sense, I told him it needed to be changed. He also told me he would change it.
