Half rack of ribs with truffle fries

I really like the ribs and the sauce that they put on it. My boyfriend had the burger and he said it was the meat was really tender. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This is not the place for people who don't like loud noise, but it didn't bother me.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Also it's upside so you have to walk up two flights. We got greeted at the door and the waitress came immediately to the table. All in All I'd be back.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]This spot is exactly what you would expect being in a 'mall', next to an arena, and a tourist destination.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]When we went it was a quite busy evening as the arena was preparing for a concert, which means the staff was running back and forth.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]However, the team was very pleasant, the food and drink came out quickly, and the ambiance was rocking with music from the artist that was playing that night.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The food was find - you can't really go wrong with bar food, but if you're looking for high-quality food, this isn't your spot. However, for some food/drinks before a concert/game, yes, stop here, it was perfect and exactly what we were looking for.

I really wanted to like Black Market at Bayside Marketplace, but the experience was honestly disappointing. I ordered the fried chicken sandwich ($18.99) and paid an extra $2 to upgrade to onion rings. The onion rings were drenched in oil, the batter was still wet, and some pieces even had the onion peel still attached. That shouldn't happen anywhere, especially at this price. The chicken itself tasted like a frozen patty dry, bland, and with barely any sauce. There was literally one pickle on the sandwich. For over $20, that's just not acceptable. We also ordered the "Wagyu" smash burger with sautéed onions ($25). It wasn't smashed or crispy like you'd expect from a smash burger. It came out like a regular cheeseburger. The bun wasn't toasted, just straight out of the bag. The meat was extremely salty and over-seasoned. For $25, it didn't feel special at all just overpriced. The dozen BBQ wings ($23) actually tasted good, but even that price feels high. I do want to say our server was very kind and tried to make things right. The service wasn't the problem. The issue was the food and the value. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The atmosphere didn't help either. The front of the restaurant was empty, yet we were seated in the back where it was dark, crowded, and so loud you couldn't even have a normal conversation.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] When you're paying these kinds of prices, you expect quality and a good experience. Unfortunately, this just didn't live up to it.

The wings were really good. Service was ok. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It feels like a chain restaurant.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Drinks were lacking. I'd only go back for the wings

Everything was fine until one person in our group found a DIRTY bandaid in her drink. The way that management handled the situation was very unprofessional. Having the waitress come and relay a message instead of coming out and speaking to the affected individual personally was very classless to say the least. That was not her responsibility. He did not show any empathy towards the situation, in fact it was kind of like we were a nuisance to him for bringing it to his attention. Joel, the manager or lack thereof, shame on you! I give him 0 stars. Do better sir. Side note: there was a 15% discount and her order was removed, but it does not make up for how she was treated. She now has to go get checked for the unknown. The emotional turmoil this young lady will endure is unfathomable.

The happy hour attracted us to Black Market. We were told that the promotions were only at the outdoor bar and were escorted to the bar areawhere we were told that there were 2 seats available. We went outside and there was only 1 seat available, so after waiting a while for availability we decided to grab one of the available tables by the bar that weren't included in the happy hour promotions. We waited quite a while for the server to greet our table despite the tables surrounding the bar being only half full. I ordered the fried chicken sandwich which I expected to be a healthy breaded breast (like most chicken sandwiches are), but instead the sandwich had very dry chicken fingers that tasted worse than a typical fast food restaurant. The truffle fries were tasty which saved my dish. My husband's chicken tenders and fries were very dry and seasonless, so he could barely get through half although we were starving. The workers kept trying to take away his plate while he was still struggling to get through it. The service was lackluster and inattentive considering the fact that the 18% gratuity was charged to a 2 person check. I would not recommend, unfortunately.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]If you like sports, good food, and good vibes, this is the place for you![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I came here for the first time to grab a bite before the basketball game. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was packed with other people who had the same idea.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]There was music playing, people were having a great time![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My husband and I got the burger sliders with the Cajun fries and Thai chili wings along with a beer to share. Server was friendly and attentive, the food came out quickly and was delicious!

I have eaten at this restaurant each time I have visited Miami and I have never been disappointed. I basically have the same thing each time which is wings, fries and some sort of drink (this time I had a pineapple lemon drop). The wings and fries are always delicious and hot. I usually get the loaded fries and the only thing I don't like is the fresh jalapenos (I prefer the pickled ones), but that's not a huge deal. The lemon drop was also delicious! Servers are always very nice and attentive. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Clean restaurant and restroom area.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They get a 10/10 from me!

It was hot and we were hungry. I ordered a smash burger and other was ok. It was missing something maybe a sauce or something. The fries were good. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This a spot to watch a sports game as they have plenty of TV.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I did see some wings come out and they looked really good so I may go back to try those

Stopped in for some vibes, views, and libations and Black Market check all the boxes. It was taco Tuesday and although I'd already eaten, who can beat $10 margs? I enjoyed the games on all screens, good company and a very pleasant and attentive server. I'll certainly be back.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Food was fresh and the music was great[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], but service sucked. The waitress came to our table only twice and both times we had to tell her we needed more water and soda. They are able to suck at customer service because they automatically charge you 18% gratuity (regardless of party size). The only other upside is that it is 2 mins walking distance from the kaseya center.

It was their trivia night, I believe there was a $1500 pot if you win. Everyone seemed to be playing. We arrived to late to join. The place was packed yet there were only two servers. Our server was running around like a chicken with her head cut off. However she managed to keep up with out party of 9. There were times we were waiting for assistance however we could see she wasn't just sitting on her ass. We order burgers, flat breads, tenders and steak tacos. Steak tacos were horrible Burgers were delicious Flatbread were good Tenders definitely looked like they were frozen tenders from the grocer. The beverages were nice not too strong but not weak. We were kinda profiled however as a black person you get use to it. My husband and brother stepped out for a smoke break..although everyone else was still seated at the table. We watched security run out after them. We laughed cause they looked stupid. When security ran out there they pretended to be looking at something when they noticed they guys were right outside the door. Irish pub we didn't expect any less. However it was kinds funny how the guy darted out after them then aimlessly looked around after he realized they were smoking a cigarette ‍

I realized that I had not actually been to this location since it was The Playwright (or whatever it was called) 4 or 5 years ago. The updated interior is nice - very "pubby" - and they offer a good variety of seating from bar seats to high-tops to couches. Two things here that were standouts: First, the burger is one of the best burgers I've had on South Beach. So much so that I'm craving it again this morning. They've done a good job with the menu in that it still has all those bar foods that you look for in a place like this, but they've put some thought into elevating a number of items (e.g. the short rib poutine!) Second, the service was great. Our server (sorry, can't remember his name - a nice guy from Kendall) was very friendly and provided excellent service. As many reviews mention, this is definitely a place to watch a game. While we weren't there for this purpose last night, the TV setup is great and I could def see myself camping out there with a few beers on a weekend afternoon. As someone who lives in the neighborhood, I'll be back again for sure.

A Hidden Gem with Flavor and Vibe…read more Stopped in for a casual evening and left already planning my return. Biscayne Bay Brewing nails the balance between laid-back charm and elevated flavors. I started with a margarita that was surprisingly delightful--bright, balanced, and not overly sweet. It set the tone perfectly. I also sampled one of their signature beers, and it was everything you'd want from a local brew: crisp, flavorful, and clearly crafted with care. For bites, we shared the fish dip and hummus--both winners. The fish dip had that smoky, briny depth that pairs beautifully with a cold drink, and the hummus was smooth, fresh, and generously portioned. The location itself is a vibe: welcoming, stylish, and perfect for catching up with friends or winding down after a long day. Whether you're a local or just passing through, Biscayne Bay Brewing is worth the stop.
